Well you know it's actually my mother and to be honest with you she's only use it I think one by accident so I don't have a lot of experience with it to be honest with you. It got caught up in a medical alert and it went off and so they ended up calling the house instead of me, we live in a small community and they did not call me which I was kind of surprised I didn't know what was going on so that was the thing I guess that bother me so I just want to make sure that they have my updated contact information in there.

They called me the other day at night after I had fallen asleep. Apparently I pushed the button because I was tossing and turning. From that I know they will respond. It is an expensive service, but I think it's better than having no way of contacting someone. It gives me confidence to have it that, if I have a problem, all I have to do is press the button and somebody will come and help me.

My daughter found it for me. I used it more than once. I have a rush underneath so I have to take off the wristband so I'm just wearing the pendent but I am moving in September so I'm going to quit your good services but I certainly felt very good about having it. It is a shame that you don't have service in Canada. I am very happy with it.

Well I didn't try any others, this was the first one I tried, my children and my grandchildren wanted me to have it. I'm 91 years old and they wanted me to have some way of calling in case I needed some help so I just happened to see that one on a magazine or newspaper. I never had to use it. I think they're great I have never had any problems.

I picked them because they had GPS and it was all mobile. It's convenient to have one around my neck and the watch around my wrist, I can take them anywhere I go. If I fall in the department store, in a bathroom, or anywhere else, I know I can push the button and they will know where to find me. Everything works well.

My insurance broker helped me pick them out. I use the necklace every day and it always works. They are always there and are very polite. Anyone who needs any kind service for accidents should have one of these. Medical Guardian has GPS and their support staff is great. I don't know how anyone else could beat it.

I think I learned about them after I got a postcard in the mail from them. From that I just decided to check them out and got it. I had to use it once when I fell off of my recliner chair and couldn't get back up. it. I've found that they do not replace certain things like the string that holds the button. If I want a new one I would have to buy the whole thing again for $50. Other than that I haven't had any problems with it.

My daughters decided to get this for me. It worked fine until a few weeks ago. We had trouble getting through to them so, after it happened a second time, my daughters called and talked to the person. They said that their system had been updated so that our machine was no longer compatible, so they mailed a new machine to us. It came right away and 24 hours later we got it all set up. I feel that for a whole month though the thing was not doing me any good, it was just sitting there, not working. We got excellent service though.

I think I came across them in an ad. We haven't had it for too long so we haven't had a reason to use it. Everything appears to be working well though. Whenever go out I make sure that my wife has it around her neck. I do have a problem with the little red light on the base station, it just keeps blinking all the time.

My son helped me pick it out. I wear it daily but I haven't had to use it. I had to replace the bracelet because it got caught on a sweater or something and just fell apart. We tried to snap it back together, but it wouldn't stay put, so we finally replaced it. They should make them less cheap looking and sturdier, especially considering that they're really pricey. My one other complaint is with the monthly tests we have to do. They know that people forget to do the monthly call thing. I don't think they should leave that up to the person, especially because I have a lot more important things to do.

I got it because I like the features of having the wrist bracelet and I can wear it on the shower, I wear it all day and all night, when I take the dog out for a walk or whatever and when I call, they are always there. The only thing is that it's really touchy, you know, I hit it by accident or whatever.

At one point I thought I wasn't going to be able to afford it, so I called in to discontinue the service and send it back. Instead they paid for the 2 months I was behind on paying and lowered my bill to $10 a month so that I could afford it more easily.

One day I woke up with extreme vertigo and couldn't get up from the floor. I used my Medical Guardian button and they came and took me to the hospital. They were very helpful. It's there when I need it and it has worked without a problem. I can't even remember what I'm paying for it but I'm pretty sure it's inexpensive.

The button is easy to operate and I can have it on me all the time. One time my husband was not feeling well. He got up from his chair and just fell. I couldn't get him back up, so we called Medical Guardian. They were very quick, they usually are, and came to get him. Everybody is very supportive and nice. On a few occasions it took them a long time to answer though.

We had several other services for the person that uses it. They all worked fine but didn't have the range that he wanted. He wanted to have one that would work with WiFi so that he could take it out of the property and still have coverage. That's why we switched to Medical Guardian. We're happy with what they offer. I've had no issues with them. When we got it hooked up, we had no problem getting the service working right away. Any time he has tested it, they have responded right away.

I got it because of my wife. I use it just for security, I've fallen 13 times prior to getting it so I have it around 24/7. The longest I had to wait for a response when I ran a test was 3 minutes. It costs $500 a year. For a lot of people that would be too much money. I always tell that to my friends when I recommend it.

I had some initial problems with the emergency button going off a lot. It was a lot of trouble to try and stop that from happening, but lately it has been ok. Sometimes it seems to take a long long time for them to respond when I call to check on the system. If I was laying on the floor, that time would be extra long. Other than that, I haven't really had any big problems. It is an expensive service, but it gives me what I want.

The only problem I can see is that if I set the device off it goes through a statement about cancelling the call. I you were really having a problem you could die before that statement finishes and also I have found too long of a wate time until a live person answers.

Well I haven't had any experience in using it. Well you know I just saw a few of the guardian books and what have advertised in a religious book and so I thought it would be a good thing to do and just before I got it I fell and my granddaughter was here and she informed her father that I needed it so it was just that all happened about same day. Haven't had to use it thank God so I feel reassured with it. Well I'll soon be 82 years old and I do have gym class that I go to 3 times a week and now I wear that with me all the time and now I feel real comfortable doing all sorts of exercises and running around the gym I put in almost a mile walking around the gym today and so I feel real comfortable having it on, it feels sort of like carry a friend with me all the time.

I have balance problems so I looked around and I picked them because it didn't limit me to just my house. I take it with me when I'm going to be walking somewhere or anything like that. I've never had any problems with them. The button functions well. Thing is, I've had two different wristbands and they have both fallen apart on their own. The first time I actually lost the working part while I was working in the garden. I realized that had happened when I came in and noticed that my hand felt thinner. I had to call in and they replaced it for me. The second one fell apart too but I managed to keep the two parts and tried to snap it back together. I wound up actually gluing it so it would stay.

Well it had the right things that I needed. I used it mostly for outside. I used the GPS more than other thing because I do a lot of stuff outside and it makes me feel comfortable knowing there is something. I have nobody no family so it made me comfortable to know that if I had an accident or something that there would be someone to call home and when I do work outside in my garden and I have to climb up to the attic, I usually put my button on so that I know that if I fell somebody would find me. I don't really have any support from them, they never called me I suppose to call them to tell them I've had changes which I was wishing they would call me so I could tell them about the changes and I don't know what I did with their number so you know I'm afraid to call the ambulance, part of that scares me, that's why I don't get mine tested, so I think there has to be something where they test it because that's something that frightens me, that I might accidentally press the button if it is not necessary. I haven't used it yet as far as pressing my buttons but like I said it feels it makes me feel like I am safer.

Well there's only one complaint that I have is the size of it. Last year I had the small unit but now I got the one that has the wife and the GPS. It' s a larger unit and I'm a small person so it's a little harder to wear and carry it around than the other one that was. The combination of the price and features and reputation. It's actually not me but my mother in law, she had a diabetic seizure almost, had to push it then had enough presence of mind to utilize it and rolled the MS. It did exactly what was supposed to do. Because It was a 24 hours thing you know and I always can I take it out with me when I go out so I feel pretty safe you know. I wanted something that could contact EMTs or something quickly in case I needed them and they were the first service that I came across. I have 2 devices that I can wear and they're both easy to use. I called in to test it and they seem to be knowledgeable and pleasant. They stay on the line as long as necessary.
