I've been very pleased with them. Thank god I haven't had to use it but I do call them because they told me I got to call and make sure it's working properly. I've also pushed the button by mistake a few times and they've been very good and polite to me. It's working well, I hope they'll be there when I need them.

I got it because of the price and their reviews for my mother, she is the one that uses it. Whenever I call with questions, they've done everything they can to answer them. It's not perfect, it is kind of a pain to have to carry the home device around, but it's very helpful.

I saw their advertisement and figured I'd try it out. It works great, if you brush that button help is on the way. I don't leave home without it. My father took it into the bathroom once and needed some assistance real quick. Medical Guardian got help in a minute, they don't mess around. It really helps me and saves lives.

It seemed to meet the needs of my elderly parents, so I got it. My dad was alone one time and was having trouble standing up to reach his walker. So, he used the watch and got the emergency group to assist him. They just came out quickly and handled everything. They were very efficient and reliable.

So far it works. I feel safe with it. I keep it right by my bed and I know its there. I have called in a couple of times because they had first said that I should do that at the end of each month. Last time they told me I didn't need to call anymore, that they would call me instead. The dilemma I have now is that I never know when they're going to call. I never know if I'll be around when they do that.

A few years ago I saw an advertisement for them, so I went to Medical Guardian. I don't have problems at all with the company, it does everything I need to do. I have it because my daughter came up from California and did a bunch of calls to get me something. She picked this one for me, and now I have it. It's easy to use. So far I have just tested it and I've called once when I had questions about the battery. I was worried because I was told it was a 5 year battery and I didn't know it would last that long. When I called to ask someone told me something different. I called again and they told me it was a 5 year battery again...

It's for my mom, she is hard of hearing. She can have it on always, even when she is in the shower. When she pressed the button she was able to hear what they were saying and speak with them. They called an ambulance and my sister at the same time so they could come and help her. They were there when she needed them.

My daughter researched it and got it. I wear my bracelet day and night. I haven't had to use it except just for testing but every time I push it I get a prompt answer. Now I cannot get the band on the bracelet to latch back on. I would like to know how to get a new band.

It's for my mother. The only time we have used it was for testing. The buttons always work. There has never been a time when no one picked up in a reasonable amount of time. They are always courteous too. My mom sometimes worried about the necklace or the watch getting wet, but both are good.

What convinced me of getting it was the advertisement that I read and the fact that it could get me help even if I was away from home. I wear it whenever my daughter is not around. On a typical day I just wear it while going around the house. It's really convenient to use. It just hangs around my neck since the one that goes on the wrist is kind of large. I check on it periodically to make sure it works. When my grand kids were playing with it, they called to make sure that there was no problem. I would like them to call me more often to test the system though.

This is for my mother. She has fallen 2-3 times and we've used it to get an ambulance for her. They have always been very responsive and have been there when we needed them. I've never had any trouble getting to them. Right now we are having trouble with the base though. It doesn't always work when she needs it.

They had some high ratings on the internet and liked the fact that their call centers were in the United States, so I went with it. I've only tested it but they're pretty nice when they answer the phone. Right now my system is connected to my home phone and I want to know if they have cellular systems and if there's any extra charge for that.

I heard good things about them before getting it and, since the price was right, I got it. The thing always works and they always respond promptly. I'd like them to have something with GPS, something that could keep track of people, but I'm not sure if they have that already.

My daughter got it for me. It's good quality. About two weeks ago I fell and couldn't get back up. I had to slide myself to the button to press it and they sent someone out here to pick me up. They came immediately after I pressed the button. I think that a person that lives alone really needs something like this. It really comes inn handy.

These replies concern only the basic unit with a call button. This unit is excellent. But the unit which registers a fall is too sensitive and will sound an alarm for no reason at all. We had to discontinue the fall unit. This service is a gift from my children so I am not able to answer the monitary question below.

The information that I read on a magazine ad convinced me of looking into it and getting it. I'm new at this sort of thing, but I wear it all day and for a while I also wore it all night. I didn't even know if that was necessary, but I did. One time I set it off accidentally while sleeping though. They called me back and I just told them it was a test. It it did what it was supposed to do but I stopped wearing it at night after that.

I saw some of these services on TV. The others didn't meet my needs, but Medical Guardian did. I had no issues setting it all up or using it. One day I was having a panic attack and had to use it. I picked them because of the benefits that were offered by the equipment. I usually put the necklace on in the morning. If I go out, I bring the other part with me while I do my day's work, whatever that might be. They have answered every question that I've had and they have been very straightforward. I'm pretty active. I go power walking, work on my yard, and go shopping on my own, so I wear the device all the time. I've tested it before and they always responded well, they're receptive. What I don't like is the fact that the lanyard for the button is a gray shoestring. It should have a nicer necklace holding it.

I am blind and live alone. I have no family here, so I did some research and got Medical Guardian since they seemed to be the best ones. I haven't really had to use it yet, but I've gotten extremely used to wearing it around the farm. I wear it all the time now, 24 hours a day. Customer support is not just a recording you know, you're dealing with a person for everyday issues and for emergencies too. The response time isn't very fast though.

From what I read, it all seemed to be US based when it came to their phone contact. The people that answered to emergencies were all in the country and didn't have heavy accents or anything of the sort. It all seems to be pretty good, though I haven't had to use it yet.

Well you know it's actually my mother and to be honest with you she's only use it I think one by accident so I don't have a lot of experience with it to be honest with you. It got caught up in a medical alert and it went off and so they ended up calling the house instead of me, we live in a small community and they did not call me which I was kind of surprised I didn't know what was going on so that was the thing I guess that bother me so I just want to make sure that they have my updated contact information in there.
