The worse piece of junk I have ever had. Tested once a month and it never worked. What about in between months? It took 4 days to get to someone in customer care. I hope it saves your life if you ever need it.

I did not know I bought the equipment. My first 3 months are up at the beginning of August and I am going to take a loss and look for another company. I have the watch for the alarm , but it does not detect falls.

Had this and cancelled because we no longer have a land line. Lady was very rude and told us when we shipped it all back that could be 4-6 weeks to process refund. Never deal with them again!

Never responded to two requests for contact. If they did is was a generic number that never identified them whatsoever. ended up ordering a device through Amazon from Great Call and it works just fine for my wife's needs.

Its not useful in all areas in that it depends on level of coverage by AT & T. Would not even GPS my location here in North Las Vegas, what would happen if I were on the road to LA or elsewhere?
