I got it some two years ago because my son wouldn't stop nagging me to get one. I live alone, so he was after me until I finally went and got it. When I called to ask about it, the people there were very nice and helpful. After I decided to get it, they helped me get it all set up too. I have one part in my shower and the other at the bottom of the cellar stairs. I take the mobile unit with me if I'm going to be driving around too. I only use it when I call in to check and make sure that the thing is working properly. Everything works fine every time. The quality of the thing seems fine to me.
