Even though my health is not that great, I know I can relay on it and I'll be safe. The necklace is always on me. One time my little dog jumped on me and pressed the button accidentally. Their customer service was just brilliant. They called me and made sure that I was alright. They didn't want to hang up until they were really sure that I was ok. Everyone is really kind, brilliant, and sweet. I feel comfortable with it.

I saw some ads and decided to go with them. I'm 86 years old and have MS, so I'm kind of crippled. I fell down once so I pressed my mechanism to get help. It took several seconds for them to respond, but when they finally came on they did what they needed to do. Things were ok in the end, though it felt like I was waiting for several minutes before they responded.

I have to take care of my mother who is 93 years old. I'm in my seventies so it's a really good thing to have around. She usually has it around her neck and if we ever need it, all we have to do is grab the button and push it to get help. We've had to use it 3 times already. On one occasion my mother fell out of bed and hit her head so bad that it split and she started bleeding. They responded right away and asked us if we needed help. Someone got here quickly and helped us. I'm glad we have it here, it gives us security.

The features and price convinced me of getting it. One time I was out of town when my mom called them. She was having problems breathing so she hit the button and they were there for her in no time. They responded quickly, calmed her down, and things worked out well. Everything worked as advertised and, after that, my mother felt much better about having it with her. It has been worth every penny. It's a very cost effective and helpful system.

My daughter looked at all the different services and picked this one for me. I don't want to fall but I can't help it if that happens because of my bones, so I have it in case I need it. I have both a bracelet and a thing for my neck and I can wear either one. Once I accidentally pushed the bracelet one and they called me on the machine to see if I needed any help. That was the only time I used it but I'm happy that they answered immediately.

Billing Issues; RECEIPT of paper bill does NOT allow enough time for payment to be sent back & rec'd by due date!!!!!!!!! Paper statement preferred by & to Lacey's; payment sent back same day bill rec'd & then not getting posted as paid by due date. This has been an ongoing problem since sign up last year. Parents very upset when notice rec'd of payment overdue when they comply as soon as possible for them . They WILL NOT do transactions electronically and 10+ business days should be sufficient time from check put in mail to payment posted on account. Rep named Reggie has assured repeatedly that this will not be a continuing problem, but it has been!

The invoice generates automatically in their system on their due date, but there is a period of 20 days after that for them to pay their bill. My daughter got it for me. We talked about a few different options and she said that this was the one that I should get, so we got it. I wear it all the time around my neck and usually I don't even notice it's there. I only really take it off at night, but I keep it close by. I've been satisfied with it. I was actually out sweeping the garage once when I accidentally hit my button. Next thing I knew, the ambulance people were out in my house looking for me. They were here right away and it worked very well. The service is very economical. I'm glad I have it, I feel secure with it.

The reviews I read about them were very compelling, so I thought I'd try it. I haven't used it yet, I just keep it around my neck. It's comfortable. At one point I thought I had lost my neck pendant, so I called them up and asked them to send me another one. A little after I figured out where I had left it, so I called them back and told them I had found it. They said that was alright, they would still send one my way and I just had to call them to activate it once it got to me. That way I would have an extra piece just in case.

We saw the advertisements for them when we were looking around and just decided to sign up. The equipment is very easy to manage and there's clear directions for how to use it. We have the little mobile unit that goes around my neck and the watch that I wear when I'm outside working in the yard or something. I haven't had to use it, it's just there in case we need them. They seem to know what they're doing. Anytime I've called with a question or anything, they've been there to answer.

After I had a very mild stroke my children got worried about me. One of my sons looked into this and I decided to go with it. I've had it for some 3 years and so far things have been good. There hasn't been an occasion where I had to use it and I have had very little trouble since the stroke. I usually put the medallion down in my bra to keep it from bouncing around. That way it doesn't bother me at all. I think I've caused them more trouble than anything though. You see, I like washing my hair on the sink. So when I do that I bend over and the necklace gets pushed and sets the alarm off. I apologize whenever that happens, but the gentleman that responds always says that as long as I'm ok, it's alright. From the few times I've talked with them, they've been very nice and I'm completely satisfied with it.

I have cancer and other things that are going physically wrong with my body. Because of that, my wife thought that I needed something to be safe, even when she wasn't at home with me. We picked Medical Guardian out of 3 companies we looked at and things have been good. I was out one day during the summer when it was 103 degrees outside. For whatever reason, I felt myself passing out and pushed my button. Next thing I know, the EMTs were there with an ambulance and I was on my way to the hospital. Everything worked well and after that I knew they were on top of things. I trust them. It's almost like having a blanket when you're cold. You've got to make sure that you're fully covered, and I know what Medical Guardian can do just that.

As far as I could find, they were the only company that could provide me with a medical alert system that worked with cellular technology instead of being connected to a landline. We've used it several times for both of the senior citizens that live in my house. They've both fallen when we weren't around and had to use it to call for emergency services. They've responded quickly every time and they don't take too long to call for emergency services when needed. It does what I need it to do and it gives us peace of mind.

My husband fell a lot so, the moment he saw the advertisement for it he thought it was a good idea. The button is pretty great, he can just wear it around his neck. He had to use it once when he fell outside and couldn't get back up. He just pressed the button and they answered right away. They called the fire department and they came out and picked him up. I've had to use it several times in the last 2 years since I had a surgery. It's a nuisance to wear, but it's very good when you need it. I've passed out a couple of times and fallen once, and they have been on the phone immediately every time. Within ten minutes or so, the paramedics are always out there to help me and take me to the hospital. Other services call you constantly and it can get annoying after a while, but Medical Guardian doesn't pester me a lot. I mean, they keep in touch and help me with any problems, but they don't bother me. The price is good too.

I did some market research on my own and decided to get this for my father. He used it probably a week after we first got it. He just pushed the button and they got him medical help. They always pick up the phone and even give us suggestions and options on how to use the product. The only thing is that there are a lot of adapters and things that you have to buy separately and it's very cumbersome. It's all just more stuff to add to what you already have.

They had all the features that I needed and I didn't need to stay in my house for it to work, I could take it with me everywhere, that's why I picked them. I used it once when I fell outside my home and broke my bones. They were able to get my neighbor and an ambulance out there to help me. It does take them a long time to respond when I press the button. I have to wait for them to answer and if I was in trouble that wouldn't be good. It's also a bit pricey but it's worth it.

I got to a point in my life where I needed to have some way to alert other people if I had any problems. That's why I got Medical Guardian. I wear it on my wrist and it works fine. I got it since it's mobile and they had the key holder where you can put the key for emergency services to use. The other company that I had basically said that, if I used the emergency alert, they person that came by would have to break the door down to help me. The thought of that was really terrifying to me since I live alone and I can't afford another expense like this one. I looked around on the internet and went with them because they were highly rated. So far I've had no problems. Anytime I've called they've been very nice and give me the answers that I ask for. Thankfully I haven't had to use it so far. I really just test it once a month to make sure it works and I've had no problems with it. The only thing is that I had to change the monitor's location so it could get a better signal, but I'm not sure they'll be able to hear me since it's not as close to my bedroom or bathroom.

I used to drive hundreds of miles to see my daughter and Medical Guardian could protect me all the way there. I no longer do that though. On a typical day I put it on first thing in the morning and wear it all day long. I take it off at night since I've accidentally set it off while I'm asleep but I keep it by my bed. We picked it because of the equipment they had. It's really small and you can carry it everywhere very easily. It's very convenient, I can just put it in my purse and take it with me when I go shopping. That way, if anything happens, all I have to do is push the button and they will find me. I looked at customer feedback and reviews on the web before getting it for my mother since she lives 2500 miles away from me. She uses it daily and so far she hasn't had any issues with the device itself. It has worked when she needed to use it and she even gets notifications when the battery is getting low. We've gotten emails and updates from them only when something happens. I just wish they'd give us a call back about closing the account...

My husband got it for me. I haven't had any problems at all. I have the necklace around just in case I need it and it works fine. I've only used it once since I got it. I fell and pushed the button to get help. That part worked out just fine but it took a while for the paramedics to get out here. To make a long story short, everything turned out fine. They were the first company that I came across while looking. Since their price was reasonable, I just went with it. I wear it when I'm in the condo, though I use the wristband more often than the neck piece. When I test the unit someone comes on right away. The results are always good and I just have to let them know that it's a test and that's it. I only wish that the button was usable outside of the condo. If I get too far away from the receiver it doesn't work.

I picked them because they had a GPS unit that you could take out with you. They also had more safety options than the other services out there. I have everything: the door hanger, the wrist thing, the necklace, the GPS unit...I'm just covered everywhere. I've never had a problem with it. Anything that comes up, they take care of it. I didn't really do any research. I saw it advertised on television, I called, and they had a good deal. Mobile Help gave me the option to wear the wrist alert button, and the necklace, and also the button for when I'm away from home. I decided it was a good thing to do. I like it because if I do fall or something does happen, and I can't get to the phone, it's right there on my wrist. Just with the testing, the person came on right away, so I feel secure that if I do push the emergency button, somebody's going to answer right away.

My mother did research online and talked to different people over the phone, and she liked the customer service when she contacted them. That's how she decided on Medical Guardian. She was living alone in Florida at age eighty six, and we live up north, so we thought it would be wise for her to have one. It gave her and us comfort, in that she could just press the button if she needed it. Every evening it's next to her bed, and she does wear it if she's alone in the home. I did not decide on it myself; my good friends took care of it for me, but I won't hesitate to recommend it. I haven't had any trouble with their support or with the device at all. My dad doesn't wear the stuff because he accidentally hit the alarm all the time, and he doesn't hear well, so when that person talks he doesn't hear them. As a solution we keep the watch in the bathroom, and he has the necklace hanging by his bed, and then the machine is in his living room. I researched it all based on the price. It's great equipment but it takes just a little bit of time for everything to get through. He's used it a couple of times, and we tested it, and it has gone off accidentally. Everybody that we've encountered in customer support has been very nice and polite. When I called the first time, the person I spoke with was very, very caring and understandable. Everyone we speak with is very nice, so I'm really happy with that.

They are good fit for me, and there's no price on saving our lives. The equipment was very convenient and easy to work. I looked at the alternatives. Between 2 or 3 other companies, Guardian seemed to be the most complete. It has a history and a good price. Fortunately for us, we never had to use it, but we were very concerned about my Dad. He is by himself and I needed to make sure that if something happens they can notify us. We've tested it a few times on a regular basis, and it just works just fine. Whenever we had a problem or questions, they'd answer quickly, and whenever we check the system, there's always somebody available. The device that goes around the neck is pretty simple and easy to use; you just press it. For older people that's very important. When our parents reached this age and they wanted to keep their independence, this was very essential tool for us. It's good to know that there is a company out there that's looking out and providing the service for us.

They've been very good. I haven't had any medical emergencies so but the customer service staff is always very helpful. They've been very polite, very, very considerate, and very, very good-natured. If I've had to call them, they've always been very prompt, so everything's okay. I chose the bracelet and it seems a little heavy on my wrist. At the end of the year it started to give. It was too lose, and it slid off a time or two, but I just switched to the neck pendant. it's more lightweight.

My family decided that Medical Guardian was the best option, and I listened to them and bought it because of their information. I think I paid more than other people did, but I just feel secure with it, so that doesn't bother me. I wear it especially when I'm outdoors. In the house I'm with my family, but afterwards, with broken pavement and cars coming by, I feel more secure when I have it.
