I'm quite pleased, I got my annual bill recently and I'm in the process of paying that now. Everything seems to be working very well. I have both the bracelet and the necklace device but I don't use the necklace device at all. The bracelet I wear all the time, twenty four hours a day. It has always worked. I haven't had to use it except for test purposes and one time when I accidentally activated it. That time the response came on right away but I didn't realize it was me that they were trying to talk to. Generally, when I test, they are also very prompt and answer adequately.

Some of the other ones I looked at didn't quite cover as much, so I kind of questioned whether I should get one or not. When I found they covered me all over the United States, I signed up. When I talked to them on the phone, they explained everything to me about how to use the device. It was all very simple, I just have to wear it, but they called back to make sure everything was ok. They checked in on me several times when I accidentally pushed the button and asked me if I was alright or if I needed help. They are very alert.

My daughter bought it for me. She said that it was inexpensive, so I imagine it's of great value. The device is easy to take with me wherever I go and easy to maintain. My ninety year old mother is living with me. Every time I leave the house, she wears the medical guardian attachment so that if she falls she can get a hold of someone. It sure is comfortable for me to be able to leave the house without worrying. The device is easy to wear and it recharges easily. It's very convenient for my mom. It has only actually gone off accidentally one time because of a grand child. They immediately called us and I was impressed with that.

After researching and checking the price, they seemed to be the best in my opinion. When I first signed up the representative was very helpful in explaining everything and testing it with me. Both the wristband and the necklace are convenient and compact. I usually wear the necklace since it's more comfortable and convenient. I test it once a month and they are always very polite and courteous when they respond.

I researched a few companies and liked Medical Guardian the best. I have done the check to make sure it's functioning and it works the way it's supposed to work. To be honest I don't particularly like wearing the pendant or whatever we call it because it irritates my neck. I tend to use the watch article the most. Still I'm glad I have it and I really really hope I never have to actually use it.

I live alone so I researched everything and medical guardian seemed to be the best. They're dependable. Their units don't have to be charged at night as often as some of the other ones I saw. Obviously I don't use it on daily basis, but I used it one night. I was having a heart problem so I pushed my bracelet and they were here within two minutes. I'm very happy with them.

I was pleased with the initial service and the set up, it was very easy. The device is very convenient, its small and it doesn't intrude upon the person that uses it. I can put it around my neck and if I fall somewhere where I can't reach anyone, I can just press the button around my neck and get help. One time I fell while I was alone in the room. I researched several options online and was about to select a different service before I realized that Medical Guardian kept coming up as one of the best services around. In the end I just went with them. Thank goodness I've never had to use it for anything other than the monthly test to make sure it's working ok. Everything works fine. They always respond very quickly and professionally. I've enjoyed the contact I've had with the representatives. Everybody that I've talked to has been very pleasant and helpful. I would always like it to be a little less expensive though.

It's working fine for me. I was having some fall issues and my kids were the ones that encouraged me to get it. I carry it with me 85% of the time. I've punched the button a few times when I didn't mean to but they have been very courteous and understanding about the mistakes. The main thing that I needed was something that ensured my calls would be answered right away, and Medical Guardian could do that. I wear it around my neck at all times, including the base and everything that comes with it. I don't even notice that I have it on me. They're always prompt in answering my calls. I called them once when I fell and couldn't get up from the floor. They got someone to help me immediately. I was very happy about that. If I have to call them for any other reason, they always answer and are always very nice. It serves its purpose.

I saw it advertised and decided to call in and check it out. I got it for my mother in law because she's elderly. She likes the wristband that looks like a watch. It's pretty simple to use, the buttons are easy to see just like everything else on the panel. She feels very comfortable with it. We do the test once a month and they're really good about calling back and assuring her that everything is okay. We're pretty happy with it.

I've been with Medical Guardian for 2 years now. My daughter was looking for the best service and my grandson helped her. Together they decided to get this as a gift. I like it but I only use it around my neck, I haven't tried the wrist piece. It works well when I push it. The only problem that I've had is with the light on it. I just saw a red light blinking and got worried about it. I just had a feeling that it shouldn't be there. My daughter came down and talked to someone very nice about it. They worked things out and fixed it. I have no complaints about it.

I read about them online and it all seemed to be what I needed. I bought it for my in laws, my father in law is the one who wears it around his neck. Other than to call and test it every month, we haven't had to use it. When we test it they answer the phone right away though. My son in law decided to get it. He's here with me but he's not home often, so it has been useful. I've had it for a couple of years now and I wear it everyday. I don't have to worry if I fall down, all I have to do is press the button if that happens. With it, I also don't need to keep my phone around all the time. I can go grocery shopping with it, get my stuff, my basket, take the things that I need, and load it up, without having to carry a lot of extra things with me. It's not like I go out much by myself, but there's always somebody with me when I do. I've never had a problem with it but I have ruined the wristband now...

My brother got it for me because I'm sick and couldn't do it myself. He went, looked around, picked it for me, and got it installed. I press the button once a month just to test it and make sure it's working. They are there right away and ask me if I'm ok. I'm really happy that it works, they really care about me. I'm my husband's caregiver, he's 96 and I'm 94. I always have a terrible time getting him up and helping him get dressed. My daughter did some research on these companies for us. We had seem some other companies advertised on TV, but she said that Medical Guardian had much better ratings, so we chose them. I have accidentally knocked the wrist one against things and set it off. They have been really nice whenever that happens and call me right away to see if we're alright. I have no complaints about them, they have been very patient when I've had any problems. I really like the company.

I looked at ratings and considered which one would have the quickest contact as far as initiating the system went. They were the quickest and also had the most reasonable price out there. In the end I picked it for my mother to have. She hasn't had to use it much, it's just a safety thing in case she falls and stuff like that. Other than the wristband breaking down I haven't had any problems with it at all. Even that was alright since we had insurance and it was covered. Everything has been good. When we have errors that set the alarm off, they get to us pretty fast. I've also run a few tests and those have gone well too. It seems to work well, the response is good and it's all simple to understand. With my mother's condition though I'm not sure it's going to be beneficial to us, she has memory deficiency problems.

I got it because the price was good and I liked that it was all US based. It's convenient, I have the portable one and the one that has a GPS feature. I wear it when I go out to walk the dog and stuff like that. I call them just to make sure that it's still working and they always respond really quickly. Their customer service is good and the billing is fine.

Oh, it's great to have if you live alone or have any pre-existing medical conditions. However, if you get too close to a counter top or to a buffet steam table, it becomes too sensitive & goes off. You don't know how many times they've contacted me or a cousin over a false alarm. It's only now, many months later, that I finally tumbled to how to "intercept" a false alarm signal. Don't get me wrong. I'm very glad it works. It's just too sensitive so if you're near any counter or steam table, y7ou have to wear it backwards. Also, I wish they made a "watch" version & I wish, like the competition, they made a waterproof button that attached to the shower wall or tub wall so it could be used therew, tioo.

Professional, prompt response. Would have given you a 5, but there was some difficulty getting back to the person who gave me information initially, when it was time to order. My name was spelled wrong, despite telling Customer Service about it. Also, a major problem in the literature that doesn't explain what shows up in the Caller ID window to identify it's Medical Guardian. I accidently pushed the button, and because I didn't recognize the number that was calling, the fire department showed up, along with an extremely nervous son. I wrote a letter about that, as well, suggesting something be put in the literature to let people know it's your company calling in case they hit the button by mistake, as I did. I didn't answer the phone because I thought it was a robo call. Customer Service could do a better job, but the responders were wonderful.None

After I fell on the floor of the dining room, my daughter told me I needed to get one of these. One of my friends had one too, so I decided to just go with it. We were told that, if she recommended it to me, she would get some money returned to her, but she never got it...I wear the button all day, but I haven't had to use it. I was thinking of having a home and health nurse come and check in on my husband since he's elderly and home alone a lot. When I saw the advertisement on TV I thought to get it. It's a lot of help. When we're in need of help, or if we're just trying to figure something out, we can call them and they'll take care of things right away. They will explain everything to us. What we pay for it is well worth it. Even if I'm not there, my husband can call for help right away with this.

I checked their website, background, and price before picking it. The fact that they had a wristband rather than a neck pendant also went over a lot better with my father. He has had to use it a number of occasions. Every time, they have alerted us and the local authorities and kept us informed. We all get an immediate response. I saw an advertisement and decided that it was what I needed. I have 3 devices. One on the wrist, one over my chest, and one that stays in the charger. That last one I take out with me when I leave the house. I haven't had to use it yet, thank goodness, I just use it to check and make sure that everything is working ok. Every time I call, which has been 3 or 4 times now, somebody gets on the line right away. I'm very happy with them. They are a great company and I feel very secure with it.

They are always very helpful and quick to respond. They call us right away when they can't get a hold of him and are always able to answer any question that we have. We got this for my mother in law. She was getting to a point where she was falling a lot and was afraid of being alone. We just kinda picked this one and it has made her feel safer so far. About a month after we got it, she busted her head open pretty bad and called them. They weren't able to get a hold of the people on her list, so they just went ahead and sent out an ambulance. They were very good and probably saved her life that day.

My husband is the one that wore the device, he usually had the necklace around his neck. I liked the way they operated and the price of it. When we had any questions or needed any answers, I could get them through customer service. Now he's in a hospice so he doesn't need it anymore, but it was perfect for the kind of situation where we needed to use it. I got it because I live alone and had a heart incident. They seemed to have what I was looking for in regards of a wristband alert as opposed to a big thing that I had to wear around my neck. That was really one of the most important factors when I picked them up. I use the device everyday because I take long walks alone, so it's there as a form of security. They have the best pricing. The salesperson that I talked to on the phone was excellent, he did a great job setting up everything that we needed. The button is light enough that the person that uses it can carry it around with her all the time. It's also easy for her to use. The second night we had it, she had to push the button. They were really quick and called back immediately. I was called and was able to come and help her. They were very friendly, quick, and knowledgeable.

My oldest son decided to get this for me. He got it and brought it over here, said that this would take care of me since I live by myself and that I wouldn't have to worry about anything. I did the internet research and looked at reviews prior to making the decision to go with them. The person that I talked to prior to subscribing was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. My father is the person that uses the device, he carries it in his pocket when he gets up and puts it back in the charger every evening. The device is small and holds the charge effectively. He has accidentally triggered it several times, but that doesn't seem to be a problem for the company. We did have an emergency once and we pressed the button to get assistance from 911.

Once I received the system I didn't have to do anything complicated to assemble it. It's on all the time, even when the electricity goes off. That happened a couple of months ago and I was really impressed by that, it gave me a lot of confidence in it. The device is very responsive. Judging from what they offered in our area, they seemed like the right choice for me. It gives me easy access to emergency services and it covers a lot of ground. If I'm on the road or go anywhere, I can take the button with me. Using it is very simple and easy, I haven't had any problems with it. My son bought it for me. He just brought it in and said he wanted me to use it in case anything happened. I haven't had to use it for an emergency yet but about a week ago I called them to check that the button was working. Actually I always check with them and let them know everything is ok. When I call I get an immediate response and they ask me if everything is ok. I usually say yes since it's a test and that's that. I liked the fact that I could go anywhere with it. They've been kind to me whenever I've called and talked to them. They're very polite and knowledgeable. I've had to use it twice when I couldn't get out of bed. My back just went bad so I used it to call them. They responded very quickly, came out, picked me up, and took me to the hospital. I was very satisfied with them. I feel safe when I go out driving with it. My mother is in a retirement facility, she's almost 99 years old. What they provided for her there wasn't that great. It didn't cover her when she was off the property and we didn't even think it was that good inside the property. So I researched it and looked at all the services and features available and got medical guardian. They were just, hands down, the best ones. I had some difficulty getting things set up properly at first, but things worked out. I like the fact that they talk to me and I can talk with them. It's very reassuring. The device is a little big, I haven't been able to come up with a good way for her to carry it. I guess she could hang it around her neck but it's too bulky. It'd be nice if it was smaller.

We chose them because it had pretty good reviews and the price seemed right. My mother just wears her thing around her neck all the time, just for safety. She also has the bracelet thing, but that just falls apart on its own. One day I just looked at it and noticed that the button part of it was gone. I never knew what happened to that. Thankfully she hasn't fallen in the last couple of years, but we've called every once in a while. We're very pleased with them. They're very kind, responsive, and always encourage us to test it periodically. The one time we did use it was by accident. Medical Guardian called the 3 people that are on the emergency contact list. Problem was, none of us really answered because it showed up as an 800 number. Because of that they sent out a police officer to check in on her and she was just fine, eating her lunch and wondering why the police was there. After that incident, we made sure that their number was programmed into our phones so we would know when they called us.
