First the shipment came and the product was just rattling around in the box. We have tried service all around the home and the best we can get for service is between one and two bars and it changes from minute to minute. We did the test and for the most part it was good with in the yard and home, I will have my daughter do more testing a little later. We called the help line with questions and concerns and the help there was worthless. The women did not know a thing and was unable to help us. I will have my daughter try to reach another person at the help line when she gets a chance to see if she will have better luck. We have had several false alarms, (not sure why on four of them), however that part and probably the most important part the responders were very quick and professional. I would like to have a call back number that I can give to my daughter so that I may address some of these issues. Sincerely, Bob Kingsbury

The girl I spoke with Keri was great we talk three times before I went with your company she new what she was talking about and if she did not have the answer to my question she found it out. FEDEX on the other hand as your shipping service is crap pay for overnight to get this in hand to give it to my mom and as of 438 EST still not here this by 8 pm crap is just that crap, if you had used UPS and not FEDEX it would have been at my home by 12 pm 2 pm the latest

Just received device. So far everything seems as the ads, promtions, etc. Indicated. Only criticism at this point would be that the instructions indicate operating the device will be a bit confusing for someone like my wife who has dementia and can't understand but the simplest instructionS. She was unclear on the actual size of the mobile unit but was able with some reading able to give me some dimensions. Sales reps should have actual samples in front of them so they can confidently answer questions.

I purchased this unit for my 86 yr old mother. She had fallen and needed a way to contact someone for help. The unit I received is ideal for her condo size. We tested it after plugging it in and were connected to an operator almost immediately. I am relieved, knowing that next time there is an emergency she can get help.

I love the idea of saving money.. I love the no contract, even your equipment looks better then life alert. I just wish the contract would start when the item is hooked up and not 12 days before you receive your hardware. That is almost half a month without service initially. That would be best.

1.The day I ordered the slert system, person I spoke to said it should to out "on Monday" referring top January 12. It is 10 days later & no alert system has appeared. Did receive an email today, Jan. 22 stating that the System has now shipped. Wait was rather disconcerting. 2. Both young men I spoke with were astute & cordial. However, generally speaking, those from the East send to speak a bit briskly for us Westerners. And for us "old ones". I am 83. Keep up the good work--just more slowly if you can.

The salesman was very clear and helpful. He placed the order quickly as requested. I felt wonderful about the company. The order then came with the wrong equipment, but the customer service over-nighted the right items. This too was fine. However, when we tried to call the "activation" number, I first waited on hold for 10 minutes and then was finally told just to leave my number and they would call back "within the hour". All day I waited with no call back. This happened again the next day. No call back. I tried customer service and got the same hold message. I called my salesman's line and left a message - no call back. By the end of the second day I was ready to decide the company was a scam and I could never trust them to answer a distress call at all. On the third day the activation people answered within a few minutes on hold and all went well from there with activation and testing. Now I am in a wait and see mode. The company needs to hire more activation personnel if they want customer trust!

The man I spoke with Guy made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions, I am looking forward for my wife receiving the medic alert package this coming Tuesday like Guy said she would and we will take it from there. Thanks for the piece of mind that I will have knowing I may be 500 miles away but my wife will be safer than ever. I am 69 and my wife is 68 and I have 5-1/2 years to go to my retirement. My construction projects take me further and further away from home it seems.

Everything was delivered, but even with help over the phone I was unable to get connected. When I pushed the emergency button no one answered, but unknown to me the company sent emergency help. I was not home and did not know this. I was called 4 times by some other company who did not have any recorded of me. I called Medical Guardian to find out what happened. The person decided that I was not in an area where the system would work. She is sending me a return label.
