I dialed the number by accident . They were so good and FAST ( great selling and pushing skills I may add), so I listened . Not enough time to look at reviews but smart enough to NOT give my banking info ! I chose to use a card with a low credit line and something I can easily change to stop payment to a service of need be. So I am torn but will see if this is a legitimate and reputable company . I hoping so bc I ordered this for my dad ! I will do a follow up so that others can decide for themselves if they want to take a chance . My advice is .. don’t give out your bank info, don’t five away an email tied directly to your name and don’t give away the main phone number associated with all of your personal accounts that can be used for identity verifications! It’s easy to create new email and to generate new numbers for companies so eager to obtain your personal info! the youngman in thecall center that sells you on life protect 24/7 mislead me big big time i told him at the time.I told him early on my husband and i are on a very fixedd income and 39.99 isnt alot of money but ewhen you dont haved 39.99 its alot of money so he goes so far as to tell me that after the first month if its not affordable contact us and we will stop your subscription and the equipment is your to keep. well i wrote them last month telling them to cancel my account/subscription as it isnt affordable so today 4/30/19 i receive a postage paid mailer to sent the equipment back to them which i have absolutly no problem with but i contact them and Theo the youngman who answered my called was just as nice as he could be i explained the issue and told him i wanted to speak to his supervisor and he kindly transfered my call stayed on the line until Rachel picked up the call and i said to her good morning sweetie and how are you i then went on andi told her the scenario and i said i know you record all call for quality assurance please bring up the recording and hear it for yourself so you no im not being dishonest with you she said mrs.**** i fully intend to and im so sorry i told her no no no its not your fault and she again apologized Rachel and Theo were so kind and caring its really hurtful when you have a shady call center person misleading prospective clients it truly is.i rate Rachel a perfect 10 as Theo the same.

I talked with two different representatives on two different calls. For sales, I talked with Jamal. He had all the info to answer my questions quickly and was both warm and friendly. He obviously went off script at times asked me questions or told me facts that felt like just plain person to person conversation. Going into the conversation with him I felt cautious but quickly felt more at ease. I also talked to Jo Ann. I spoke with her after receiving the equipment and finding I had some questions. Again, she knew her product and the info was there at her finger tips. I felt she went out of her way to fill me in with helpful details I wouldn't have thought to ask about. Both Jamal and Jo Ann felt very sincere, honest and caring.

I called in to cancel my service because, my living alone, my son wanted me to move to live with him and his family to eliminate any added expenses for me since I took an early retirement to care for my mother. But I wanted to maintain my independence. Fortunately, I spoke with customer service person, Jo Ann. Shannon was unbelievably helpful. I am confined to the bed due to pressure ulcers and my wife is my primary care giver. Last Nov my wife had a stroke. When I called Customer Service on the 13th of March my service was not quite okay. I explained my problem and was satisfied with the reduction in cost but not the replacement of the unit. I was transferred to Tech Support but didn't get a chance to talk to them. When I called Tech Support today I was told that I needed to talk to Customer Service, so they transferred me and I talked to Joann(e). She listened to my problem and was going to transfer me back to Tech Support, which is where I started. After checking she found out that it was her department that takes care of replacing my unit with another type of unit. I do love this medical device. I am 88 years old. I like being able to talk to someone directly. I walk every day so I would not want a fall feature because it would be activated constantly when walking outside. I test it every now and then by pressing the button on the device. The service people that answer are caring and very professional. Most important, it is very easy to set up and use.

I am very surprised at all the negative feedback for this company. I purchased this for my elderly mom (close to a year ago) and received the equipment with 2 days. Plugged it in, let it charge, and she is wearing it every day. My mom hit the button twice by mistake and each time an operator came on to check on her. The operators were very nice and made sure my mom was okay before hanging up. My mom feels more comfortable knowing that she can reach them at anytime and receive help.

The last GPS I had was comfortable that I would forget I was wearing it and it saved my life more then once. But I am not crazy with the new Belle. You have to wear it on the rope that bothers my neck where I have screws infused in C5, C6, C7, where before I could click the other one to my medic alert chain. I have tried to reduce the pressure on my neck by putting it in my sports bra, made me look like I had 2.5 breasts. I have tried it hooked to my belt loop on my shorts and jeans but its awkward, uncomfortable, and heavier. You can't pull a shirt over it as it stands out like a sore thumb and is an eye sore. With my body weight, it keeps pulling my shorts or jeans down on one side, I spend more time pulling them back up to wear I don't want to wear it unless I have to. I just make sure I have at least a throw away cell phone in my pocket just incase. The only thing I do like about it is the charger. That's better then trying to figure out which cord goes to what when it comes to charging.

Several times, I have accidentally pushed the button on my unit. I got very quick responses. I also had to change the names/numbers on my contacts as jobs have made some unavailable. All was done with no problems. I do wonder if putting a key box at my front door would be a good idea and if the number would be something that Life Protect would add to my account information.

Last Wednesday I needed 911 and the unit didn't work so used my cel phone and got help. When I got home Saturday from the hospital I called and spoke with your rep and she was great. I was diagnosed in 2003 with a thoracic aortic aneurysm and never had surgery. My blood pressure also flies up sometimes. I needed to know about payment coverage should I need to use Life Protect 24/7. Beth explained to me I needed to call my Insurance Company in order to find out what is covered under my policy. Beth also explained to me your Cancellation Policy. Your firm should explain to potential customers about the Insurance Policy coverage that Beth explained to me. It would be very helpful. I have been using LifeProtect for nearly 2yrs and couldn't be more pleased. But, I heard the offer and decided to take it. So far am satisfied with service. I very much like having a live person when I push the button anywhere I go. I am told to test once a week and that is reassuring to know that I can do that. If the button gets pushed accidentally, I can just say it was an accident without panicking about an ambulance showing up unnecessarily. The only down side is the size and weight of the pendant. It weighs a bit heavy around my neck. I wish there was an alternative clip. Also I have a concern about wearing this hanging near my chest because it is equivalent to a cell phone , right?
