The company's subscription fees are competitive. The products are quality but lack features other companies in the medical alert industry offer, such as a Fall Protection sensor. The product might be best for seniors living independently without serious health issues.

First I never called your number but was forwarded there who I agreed to take a survey-will never do that again. The sales person was obviously following a script. Because of the "script" I felt a bit forced to consider the offer. The sales person was very nice. She admitted she was new when she was unable to answer some questions. The encounter that triggered this questionnaire was good. The CS rep was efficient. I'm unhappy that I attempted to order checks and found myself falling down a rabbit hole so to speak. Yes I had planned to get one of these alert devices but on my terms and on my timeline. I don't appreciate being strong armed. Consider your tactics!

unfortunately local ordinance does not allow the use of any even Medical device without an alarm permit. I love everyone that I have spoken to have been very thorough and kind. I don't see the need to continue when I cannot use it. Maybe in the future. It is unfortunate I spent nearly a year paying for a service that I couldn't use because of local laws

I cancelled my service today (9/6/18). They tell me I cannot get a refund for this month. I have not used the equipment and will gladly return the equipment. I did not have this problem with another medical alert system which I also cancelled today. They immediately sent a refund to my bank.
