I started with Mobil Help after a major fall and severe injuries, I was excited to find a communication instrument that was worn on my wrist and included a timepiece, I purchased the Samsung Gear and used it untdil AT&T closes out their 3G service the Samsung used to communicate, I called MobilHelp and the personnel were most helpful in identifying a prouct that filled my needs and satisfied my idiosyncraces.

Both my parents and inlaws have used MobileHelp for emergencies in their homes. The response team was swift and provided them with the help they needed in each situation. The devices are well designed for the elderly to use -the wrist alert device bands are extremely soft and comfortable (I wish my smartwatch had bands like these!). This device, while I've only had it for two weeks, has given me a sense of security and peace of mind. I no longer need to carry my phone with me when I go outside of the house. I have occasionally "triggered" the alarm accidentally and am happy to say the system worked each time in response to the alarm. I have yet to actually need the alarm system for an emergency and hope I don't!

Great service. I just wish the device was more visually appealing and they had other lanyards to choose from I have tried and researched other companies al with fall alert. I did a lot of research on medical help devices and after talking with several companies, I choose MobileHelp. I really like not having to have a base unit. It is truly mobile and I have coverage everywhere that I go. The fall detection is an important feature to me for I have had several bad falls. The device was activated just from taking off the necklace to quickly and there was a representative responding very quickly. I highly recommend MobileHelp and you will get the service you paid for from this company.

It is easy to use and easy to recharge. They are very responsive; numerous times I have caused the alert to speak to me (in very American English) that they have detected a fall. It is always something stupid that I did to set it off. When you press 2 fingers on the button. It cancels the emergency call. I hate creating the false alarms, but love the assurance that they are always there.

I received my Mobile Help pendant quickly. It has GPS capability and I can go anywhere freely. The pendant I'd comfortable and easy to wear. The set up instructions were simple and easy to use. I would highly recommend this for seniors who live alone. It gives me so much peace of mind to know that if I fall help is very close at hand. FIY, it works great; I accidentally leaned down suddenly and my alarm went off saying fall alert. What can I say, it works.

They called me first when the alarm went off rather then sending help to make sure it was an emergency. I was so glad. I live in Albuquerque and my aunt who wears the device lives in Mesa. The device went off twice because of my aunt's misuse. She is almost 95 who suffers from dementia. I love the product but she gets confused on how to use the product. I may have to return it unless she understands how to use it and not take it off and hang it on her walker!

I was wearing my new "necklace" the 2nd day I received it when I fell and couldn't get up . I pushed the button and before I got my finger off the button a voice came out of it. Within 7 minutes the rescue squad was at my door and in my house and got me up. The last time I fell without MobilHelp it took me 4 hrs before I was able to scream and my neighbor called paramedics. My knees literally can't have any pressure on them.

We were hoping that Mobile Help services would be a fail safe but not ever needed. Well, when Dad fell recently, we were relieved to experience how well it works. When Dad did not respond to the call from the help center, they had emergency services there immediately. The EMTs were able to get into the house with the information we had provided to Mobile help and they found him on the floor. Thankfully he is OK, but who knows how long he would have had to wait before someone realized he was in trouble? Thank you for your quality product and services!

I ordered the mobile unit with fall pendant for my very independent-minded mother. Though previously very resistant to any kind of medical alert system, this unit was unobtrusive enough to convince her to give it a real chance. While not enthused, she has accepted it as part of her lifestyle, and given her children peace of mind. And I think (though she won't admit it) that it also gives her peace of mind. The only drawback...some fall-alert false alarms while sleeping and when bending over quickly.

It was a very responsive service and worked well which helped give me peace of mind. I'm a more active client yet a fall risk with a toddler and big Great Dane. My kiddo and dog kept setting off the multiple devices, making it a little frustrating. For the same price per month we decided to get a smart active watch. Your company didn't have a watch option with the fall service that I needed plus there's a lot more apps that I can use and features I can use with my smart phone. Your product is simple and would work really well for a less mobilized and in need of less technology kind of client. The system still worked really well.

One of the times I didn't get to the phone on time, and as I was getting back to the operator, my door bell rang and medics already arrived to help me. I have the wrist band and suffer dizzy spells from time to time. Needless to say, during a dizzy spell dialing a phone for help is impossible. We live in a very rural area and the units work very well. My mom (she’s 91) has set the fall detector off several times by mistake and the staff has been wonderful to work with. My wife and I get text messages whenever the unit is activated which is great. On Easter my mom did fall and within seconds it seemed the operator was talking to her from her pendant, we were there and were able to help my mom. The operator made sure she was ok before hanging up and resetting the unit. Thanks, we are more comfortable knowing the unit works and the staff are so friendly and helpful!

Talking to a live representative is at the top of my list. People there really listen for the most part. I moved here right before Covid-19 to help my daughter who newly divorced was about to be forced to live in her car or on the streets. Then after that first year she moved out and I haven't heard from her since. New to Missouri and isolated I didn't know anyone. Sales and Customer Service are very helpful. The products are great, includes not just the necklace, bracelet, and hub, but even a bathroom button, and a lockbox so paramedics won't need to break down our door in an emergency with my mom, if no one is home with her. It was easy to set up, and the tests have connected successfully and quickly. We haven't had to use it for real though, and pray we never have to.

Mobile Help is everything I had hoped it would be. As an 81 year old widow I was searching for a device that would let me keep my independnece and make my family feel I was secure at home. It needed to be easy to use and affordable for my fixed income. It needed to be able to allow me to travel with its protection. The people at Mobile Help have been helpful and courteous. I have had only one problem. 2 weeks ago I fell. My device kept saying " Call is in progress." I was unhurt but unable to get up. My son happened to come by and got me up. He called the support team at Central Station. Mobile Help. They had no record of the call. I never heard back as to what the problem was and I just have to have faith that what was wrong was corrected,

The representative I spoke to was very informative. She gave me excellent customer service and educated me in a lot of aspects of the business. She was very attentive to my needs and I was satisfied with the experience. I like the option of having it month to month so that if it's not a good option I can cancel at any time. I accidentally pushed the button and all kinds of things happened. I had telephone calls, I explained my mistake, they cancelled the ambulance. A friend arrived at my door, she had been called, was still in her pajamas and had a purse packed for going to the the hospital. I have not had to use these services on an emergency basis - yet (thank goodness). Still, I have found Mobile Help staff to be very responsive when it comes to general maintenance issues. Their staff is quick to contact me and my selected contacts whenever my mobile units are low-charging, non-charging and/or offline: they ask first if I am ok. I like that. Also, their pricing for full services (mobile unit, fall detection, etc) was quite competitive.

Two reasons. When I was learning how to test the equipment, your girl was extra nice and patient with me. The second reason is that I like the wrist band. It is comfortable and handy if I need to use it. I keep the neck button near the door and put it on easily whenever I go for a walk or a drive. I feel. Safe with them on. Another reason is that they were almost $10.00 cheaper than my last company.

Gives a tremendous sense of security. I am a relatively healthy almost 71 year old female living alone. Though I am totally mobile and independent, you never know when a fall can occur or you can become immobile. The mobile help system is very sensitive: my mobile necklace was accidentally triggered when I leaned over the bathroom sink while brushing my teeth. I think the unit hit the sink and it was detected as a fall. I was immediately notified and and questioned to make sure that all was ok. This system also gives my daughter peace of mind as she lives 100 miles away

They have a very positive attitude when her alarm goes off whether it is a test or because the equipment called in for help. They answer quickly. She does think it is heavy hanging around her neck and does not like the fall device.

I like the fact that I feel more secure and that the response time is very quick. I've had a couple of false alarms and you can't cancel once you've pressed the button. I think there's a little bit of a sensitivity issue with the device but I don't have any problems with it other than that. It's half the price of other devices of similar quality and service. I like that I don't have to charge it all the time.

I like that it keeps me safe. For instance, when I kneel it's difficult to get back up and I feel reassured knowing I have the medical alert pendant with me. When I accidentally set it off I spoke to a person who called and it showed me the device works just fine. I think the device and system is rather expensive, although it does provide valuable services. All in all, I think it could cost less than it does.

I feel more confident wearing my device because I don’t have to walk around with my phone in my hand in case I slip and fall. I wear it in my house not just outside. I am satisfied with the weight. Mobile Help was recommended to me by my system. I replaced another system I had with this system. I am very happy with this system. When they sold me the products, they described all the elements of them. I think they did very well. It works perfectly. They get right online with you and find out about what is going on. I am not in love with the fall sensitivity. I know it is excellent but sometimes I don’t wear it. I have it in my handbag.

I highly recommend MobileHelp. They were very efficient when I placed an order. I have ordered from them through the phone and online and both ways there are efficient and professional and thorough. I wish the wristband had a watch versus just a button but it hasn’t failed me. I have fallen in the hallway and someone came on the box. It turned out I had broken my ankle in three different places. They were able to get a hold of paramedics. That was extremely helpful. It is doing exactly I need it to. The necklace is way too sensitive but other than that I am very happy.

They have the best communication between client and company. The product is beautifully made. The choices with the wearable button, the watches, etc. are wonderful. The video to set up is accurate and simple to understand. (Remember, most customers could be elderly), the customer service is outstanding. Even the sales rep took a personal approach to my mom’s needs and shared about his mom.
