There are no neighbors around and I live alone, so I figured this service would be a great help in case I fell and nobody was around. They answered my questions when I called, nobody really tried to sell it to me. It's easy to use and I like it because it's just me and my dog, it makes me feel safer. They're very nice, even when I accidentally hit the button. It's a great service.

My children insisted that I get Mobile Help after I fell a couple of times, so I got the in device that's for your house and the one that works away from home. I already had to use it a couple of times and it works out well. They were very good to work with, and using it is very easy. I am definitely satisfied with it.

They have always been very helpful, I have absolutely no complaints, except for the fact that the button is too sensitive.
