The device works great. Definitely have to charge once a day or it will run out of power. Dropped the device and it auto called. It is simple to cancel calls. It took longer to get to us than we were told but aside from that everything has worked as it should and the price is reasonable compared to similar services.

I really like the secure feeling it gives me. Notifications go to my folks on my list even when the charge fails . That being said it only holds a charge for 36 hours. It has lost its charge at the most inopportune times, usually when I'm not near my charger. I sent an email yesterday and the only response I've received is that you got my email.

The size of the device is larger than I thought and a bit on the heavy side of more than what I thought I was purchasing. I would prefer one smaller and lighter that responds the same way as my current device does. Please contact me if this is an option to exchange my device for such a device. You can see the device very easiler under my shirts and of course it is recommended to wear to the length of middle of the chest, which for a women makes it protrude up and forward.

I hope I'll never find out how good this all works out in an emergency. I will say that I'm not a fan of all the add-ons that seem unnecessary. But again, in an emergency maybe they are necessary

The first wearable had to go back because of an issue With a battery, and the second one battery is great but it's easy to jostle and setting it off saying fall detected. So it is a learning curve but I know my friend is very pleased with hers so I think I will be too.

I’ve had my mobile alert just over a month with fall detection. I haven’t had to use it so far. I really would prefer a wrist watch type as the pendant I have is cumbersome, which is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. As far as signing up my sales person, was courteous and helpful.

The sales representative was courteous and knowledgeable. I got the wristband AND necklace for a better price than another company I was using (had a bad experience with them). To me, the necklace is too sensitive, which in an emergency situation would be great, but I have it on at night and it creeps further on my body, when I get up and it drops while still on my body, the fall protection goes off! Maybe it has dropped only 2"! I press the "false alarm" button" but I think this is a little too sensitive.

Purchased for my Mother-in-law who is 95. Her sons said she wouldn’t wear it but she does and feels so much more secure and safe. She really likes the button in the shower. She thinks the sign for the door reminding her to take the unit with is a good idea too. Thankfully she hasn’t had to use it and hopefully never will need to. The peace of mind for all us is so important since she still lives alone. We do wish the bracelet had fall detection as she simply wouldn’t wear the necklace that does. Thank you

The last time it was used the emergency responders were not given the lockbox number to gain access to the front door and ended up breaking the back door to gain access. The code is 1987. It was a lockbox that my nephew had - in other words not supplied by you. I called and gave the number to the person I talked to at mobile help before the responders broke down the door. Do you not supply numbers that you are not getting paid for? If not why was the number not given to the responders? This happened a while ago. She has not fallen lately so I don’t know the date but it was the last time she needed help sent.

Your customer service is excellent very attentive, very detailed, explanations and instructions. What I don't like is your equipment. I have the fall detect device and it goes off at the strangest times, ......when I'm lying on my back asleep it will scream " fall detected", standing in line at the grocery store, screams "fall detected", yet when I bang the pendant into something by bending over it does NOT say a thing. Very strange. It does not give me a lot of confidence in its ability to detect an actual fall. It's been replaced once and the second one does the same thing. Goes off at the strangest times. Not exactly happy.

Mobile help has been excellent for my mother. They are very patient and explaining to her how to use it. It has helped her when she needed it. She press the button and they responded and got her the EMTs. She asked that it be brought to her in rehab!! I would like to see an improvement in the length of time the battery stays charged.

Unfortunately due to prolonged illness on my part not the family member in need of the device it was intended for i have not yet been able to provide my family member with the device to give sufficient feedback. I will say however the indicator light whether green or red seems to be bright enough for my 60yo combat veteran vision & although my 70+yo elderly cousin who has macular degeneration with mobility as well as weight & other problems hopefully she will be able to see the indicator light as well but it remains to be tested. Additionally i did purposely unplug the pendant from its charger stand & wall outlet to see when or if it would send a notification which it has done successfully albeit in a pretty populated area with sufficient cell towers. My cousin lives in a much smaller area within 45mi of my original text notification area but with ozark terrain & winter weather coming we will see if the notification as much as the charging indicator remains reliable beyond 90-120 day period as experienced with bluestarseniortech equipment which failed multiple times & continues to be a unresolved problem. Ironically bluestar is the one who recommended mobilehelp to myself so i am hopeful & optimistic but still skeptical until i see the results!

I have only had MobileHelp a couple of months. My opinion is that you dhokk up of not ask for a review until customers have had time to have an opinion. I got my first request during the first month. My only request is that the alert goes off at the slightest movement. I called customer service and was told it can't be adjusted. The rep was very nice and we tested it. The alarm went off when the mechanism was dropped about 4 feet. However, it goes off 2 or 3 times a day. I was doing yard work and it went off when I was stooped down pulling weeds. It never touched anything. Also, it goes off sometimes when I am watching TV and just move it to be move comfortable.

But if it is an actual emergency, they are also contacted immediately in advising those contact personnel of an updated evaluation of the emergency call from the MOBILE HELP unit.

I've been surprised how sensitive the device is. Once, I sat down too hard and the device indicated "fall detected" and other times I've apparently bumped the device and it sounds the alert. However, one time I did fall and there was no alert sounded; apparently, it must have had something to do with the way I fell. Though I felt severe pain in my leg, I was able to get myself back up and moving again.

The alerts to charge are so helpful because I receive a text each time and I can always check in with my mom to make sure she charges the device. Also, we had a slight emergency and while I couldn't be reached the time, the operators were able to call the other emergency numbers as well as EMTS. Though they seem to have the incorrect name of the street.

Mobile Help came through. Mom needed their help and they answered within seconds. Mom had fallen and had a hard time breathing, so Mobile Help called an ambulance which took her to hospital. The person at the Call Center was compassionate and reassuring with mom. I am so glad we decided to buy these devices, just in the nick of time , as it turns out. I have had several false alarms including one when I was actually falling but was able to catch myself. The operators are so nice and tell me not to worry about false alarms-the goal is getting me help if I need it. I am very impressed that they ask if anyone around me needs help. With the proliferation of mass shootings this is a very good question. Another family member or friend could have a medical crisis while with me. What a good feeling to know that I could be of help.

Mom fell down a flight of stairs, just one week after getting MobileHelp! Their response was immediate; they called me and rescue squad immediately and when Mom got to the hospital they discovered she had a broken bone in her neck. If it weren't for Mobile Help, she would not have been found for 4 hours and I would have tried to pick her up myself and that could have made her injury worse. She's healing well now and wears her Mobile Help faithfully. She also promises to stay away from the stairs! Thank you.

It has helped me feel more safe, especially when I have to go outside. Inside I am caregiver for my husband who is diaabled, so do much moving around, and it will go off when I don't mean for it to. I started with Mobil Help after a major fall and severe injuries, I was excited to find a communication instrument that was worn on my wrist and included a timepiece, I purchased the Samsung Gear and used it untdil AT&T closes out their 3G service the Samsung used to communicate, I called MobilHelp and the personnel were most helpful in identifying a prouct that filled my needs and satisfied my idiosyncraces.

The devices are well designed for the elderly to use -the wrist alert device bands are extremely soft and comfortable (I wish my smartwatch had bands like these!). I did a lot of research on medical help devices and after talking with several companies, I choose MobileHelp. I really like not having to have a base unit. It is truly mobile and I have coverage everywhere that I go. The fall detection is an important feature to me for I have had several bad falls. It is easy to use and easy to recharge. They are very responsive; numerous times I have caused the alert to speak to me (in very American English) that they have detected a fall. It is always something stupid that I did to set it off. When you press 2 fingers on the button. It cancels the emergency call. I hate creating the false alarms, but love the assurance that they are always there.

I received my Mobile Help pendant quickly. It has GPS capability and I can go anywhere freely. The pendant I'd comfortable and easy to wear. The set up instructions were simple and easy to use. I would highly recommend this for seniors who live alone. It gives me so much peace of mind to know that if I fall help is very close at hand. I was wearing my new "necklace" the 2nd day I received it when I fell and couldn't get up . I pushed the button and before I got my finger off the button a voice came out of it. Within 7 minutes the rescue squad was at my door and in my house and got me up. The last time I fell without MobilHelp it took me 4 hrs before I was able to scream and my neighbor called paramedics. My knees literally can't have any pressure on them.

They called me first when the alarm went off rather then sending help to make sure it was an emergency. I was so glad. I live in Albuquerque and my aunt who wears the device lives in Mesa. The device went off twice because of my aunt's misuse. She is almost 95 who suffers from dementia. I love the product but she gets confused on how to use the product. We were hoping that Mobile Help services would be a fail safe but not ever needed. Well, when Dad fell recently, we were relieved to experience how well it works. When Dad did not respond to the call from the help center, they had emergency services there immediately. The EMTs were able to get into the house with the information we had provided to Mobile help and they found him on the floor. I had had a monitoring service for several years That service required a wall phone connection and I no longer had that. Also I could not speak directly to the neck unit. As a family member requesting this for my father, the ordering process was easy and straightforward. Was able to choose the solution that best met our needs. When issues have arisen with the operation of the base unit and testing of devices, support has been readily available via phone to help guide through testing and resolving issues.
