There are no neighbors around and I live alone, so I figured this service would be a great help in case I fell and nobody was around. They answered my questions when I called, nobody really tried to sell it to me. It's easy to use and I like it because it's just me and my dog, it makes me feel safer. They're very nice, even when I accidentally hit the button. It's a great service.
