I tested it several times. Sometimes I have set it off inadvertently because it was in my coat pocket on Sunday when I was at chruch and the seat belt of my car activated it. I've tested it other times to be sure that my GPS is working properly. I like the fact that I can use it in the shower. It's just a wonderful service that I have used and I appreciate it very much.

Every interaaction I had with the customer service person was very helpful, respectful, polite, and they always knew what they were talking about. I like the ease of using it and that it makes me feel more secure. My big feedback is that one of the main reasons I chose this over other companies is that this does not need the internet because the internet in the area in which I live is very sketchy and there's nothing you can do about it.

We tested it in the beginning and the speaker boxes were very loud so it was easy to hear even with having them placed in different rooms. It was accidentally set off a few times by dropping the necklace and every time they were very quick at responding and asking if everybody was okay. Everybody was very helpful to the process, even before we made the committment. Any questions or concerns were very carefully explained.

I've tested it and it works well. I was carying a box and the corner of the box hit the fall button. It alarmed and did exactly what it was suppoed to do. It called the people on my list and I got a call from the sherriff's office to confirm I was okay. It was really nice that htey were watching out for me. They're very helpful and informative and will go above and beyond to look for the answer to your question.

Response time is super fast. my mother is 92 yrs old and still lives alone. She is still mobile but sometimes falls. She insist on staying in her apartment, so Mobile Help has been a great relief. Now we know when something happens. There have been a few false alarms until Mom realized she can't throw it onto the bed while changing. They are pretty sensitive.

I was apparently wearing my necklace transmitter too long & it set it off every time it registered I'd fallen but I hadn't. I was able to speak to them. The 3rd time I was sitting here perfectly still & it signaled mobile help again. I was o the phone & didn't over to answer. The next thing I know here's a policeman AND an ambulance. At least I do know now that it works. Come to find out the lanyard was too long on my necklace piece & everytime I bent over it thought I'd fallen etc. They told me to shorten it so that it's above my cleavage. I did that & it has behaved itself for 24 hours now.

Fortunately we've not had to use the system for an emergent need but recently I took my parents in a road trip. The button on my father's wristband inadvertently was pushed while playing with the great grandchildren. The dispatch response called out immediately and was so understanding and helpful. We all discussed later how much confide we felt now knowing the system works both at home and away from home!

I like the fact that I can take it along with me because I work and I go different places. I feel more comfortable knowing that I've got it. The service that I received has been very good I thank the equipment is a little too sensitive. One night I was taking a shower and it detected that I had fallen which I had not and the next thing I know somebody from the sheriff's office was there to find out if I was okay.

When I needed help putting a package together, they did a great job explaining everything about the options that worked best for me. They're quick and you can learn to use it quickly because it is functional. I don't have any complaints about the device, it is a little heavy but it's just fine. I like the fact that I don't have to worry about them being to find me when I travel. The price is comparable to everybody else's if not a little cheaper.

Accidentally I've tested it many times and they respond immediately. I believe they care about what is going on. Customer service was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions and were very thorough. It is just an excellent product and it gives me peace of mind knowing that with just a slight touch, someone is immediately there to make sure everything is okay with me and that is great comfort to an old lady.

I've only had to speak with them a couple of times. It took them like thirty seconds to help me with my problems. I tested it actually a few days ago. We got a quick response. I would say within fifteen to twenty seconds there was somebody asking if any help was needed and what they could do to help. From when I started talking to the guy about what the device was about to receiving the device, it's been a very efficient process.

I've never had negative results on anything that I've called to check in on. Even though I'm a fairly new customer, I feel like they've gone out of their way to assist me in any way. I thought the sales person was quite knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions. When I had a false alarm they called back and took a lot of time to tlak to me about it and what needed to be done so that won't happen again. I wish there was a way to talk using the bracelet so you could say that this was only a false alarm. When I accidently set it off the response by everybody was just fantastic. I'm highly satisfied with it to this point.

The staff is empathetic, very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. The device is for my ninety year old mother in law. She did use it and the fire department was called, then my husband, and then me. I have a prosthetic and I feel more secure with the mobile help device around my neck. I can take it shopping and am able to do a lot of traveling. I like that I can notify someone if something happens. I investigated other devices and this one was more sophisticated because I just have to push it and I'm talking to somebody. I actually just tested it the other day and an operated responded right back asking me what was going on. That made me confident that I can trust this while hopefully that I'll never actually have to use it.

My kids are very happy that I have this because they worry about my security. I wear the wrist device even in the showers and don't take it off unless it's a special social thing with plenty of people around me. When I was first looking at the device and talking to them for more information, they were very nice and I didn't feel any pressure to buy from them. I just wish they could modify the wrist band to fit my smaller wrists, that would make me happier. When setting it up we tested it and somebody came on the line right away.

When the alarm is pressed, the operator is quick to come on and see what the problem is. The fall detection button is very sensitive. My mother-in-law just placed the necklace on the bedside table and it set the alarm off. Thankfully, every time the alarm has went off, nothing has been wrong. But I know when something does happen, Mobile Help will be there to help her.

They are right on it, my fall button is really sensitive and sometimes I can just be sitting in my chair and it goes off and they help right there. I like that they are so on the ball but it goes off so easily. One time I was sitting by the pool at my daughters two hours away and my button had gone off and I didn't hear it and an ambulance came and I felt so bad. They said don't worry about it and they were just happy that I was fine and okay. They can find you no matter where you are because they came right to my daughter's address.

I had to call last week because I can't figure out the necklace part and they sent me a new attachment for the necklace and I still can't figure it out. The representative was trying and went out of her way to explain to me how to use this thing. The wristband is very hot so it sweats with heat. I'd rather have a clothing one rather than their plastic. It went off one time when it was around my neck and I pressed it to get my coat on and it went off and I had to call and say it was an emergency and was a mistake. I have to take the battery with me each time I go.

Shortly after I received the device, I had extremely low blood sugar and didn't realize that was the problem. I slid out of my chair onto the floor and I pushed the button. MobileHelp got me the help I need right away and EMS was able to give me glucose until we got the hospital where they finished correcting the problem. Their personnel we call about questions are always very polite and very helpful. I would recommend the service to anyone.

I have had many friends that have fallen and couldn't get up and waited 2-3 hours and were very fortunate somebody came by and helped them when they didn't have a medical device. I got one because I live alone and need stability. It works well and I like the idea that someone is there looking out for you in case you do need help. I had Lifeline and it was a piece of junk, you had to be within thirty feet of the box, I was impressed with Mobile Help when we got it. We've already had to use and it they were right on top of letting us know that they had detected a fall, even though it was an accident. I know it is working and it makes us feel a lot better knowing that if we fall we have Mobile Help that gets us help immediately. It immediately starts talking to me to let me know I bumped it. It could be a little cheaped, we are on a small income.

Since I live alone, it gives my mom peace of mind to know that I got somebody right there to help me. Every time I've accidentally bumped it or anything, they've been right there on the line asking if anything is wrong and verifying who it is. They are very professional. I recently fell and broke my arm and they were very courteous, the only problem is that it took about thirty minutes for someone to get to me. It wasn't a life or death emergency but I was left sitting on the floor.

I think it is better than most, value wise. Their representative are very courteous and helpful and not pushy and that is wonderful in a salesperson. I test it every Monday for a battery check. The only thing I dislike is the magnet on the necklace sometimes will come loose while you are undressing. Overall, with the whole company I have been very happy. I had an experience with the necklace where it went off four times in one night and I had to go to the other room with the machine to talk to them so quit wearing the necklace. I don't know if it is because it is too sensitive or I wasn't wearing it right but now I use the bracelet all the time and it doesn't go off it I haven't fallen. Each tome there was supposedly a problem, they responded.

The one I got was so sensitive, it went of three times in five days and I was a little disappointed, so I called customer service and they sent me a new one that has no problems. With the false alarms they have always been great, they are very helpful and tell me what to do. I do appreciate that it is sensitive and that they are concerned. It is better to be too sensitive than not sensitive enough. I am pretty active and remodeling my kitchen and I was concerned I would fall so I wanted to get something that alerts somebody if I fall. I would recommend it highly to anybody.

I like that it gives peace of mind and I like that I feel more secure with it. I think it is an awesome device. It went off once because something fell off my dresser and it cancelled immediately and I like that I didn't have to make twenty calls afterward to make sure it was cancelled. When I had life alert I was always on the phone cancelling things and they were sending out people if I didn't shut it off within five seconds. MobileHelp does exactly what they say they do and you get what they say you get. It does a fabulous job and I feel more secure. Their product is number one.

My mother uses it and she has had a number of false alarms and they people are helpful calming her down. I am very happy with the service. It is easy to use, that is the best thing, and straightforward. She has both the necklace version and the panic button in her bedroom so there are a lot of options to get help.

I feel so much better about knowing that my mom is safe. She just had an encounter with 2 large dogs in her backyard. They jumped on her and knocked her down. The customer service rep was very friendly and very helpful when we were looking at ordering it. I like the options available for the different types of devices and I like the reaction time that they provide when there is an emergency. My aunt was outside and the fall detection device went off and she forgot to take the remote with her so the ambulance showed up in a very short period of time because they could not reach my aunt on the intercom system.

I don't like that it goes off and says 'fall detected' in the middle of the night but I know that it's for my own protection even if I am asleep in the bed, it thinks it's detected a fall. When I did fall, in my kitchen, there was no call put out to the EMS people. I had to push the button on my necklace to get them called. It didn't automatically detect my fall, but when I pushed the button, it called them right away.

We've found all the technicians and everybody has been very nice and easy to deal with. We've used the pendant, the watch isn't big enough. We tested with the technicians when we first got it and the one didn't work so we had to send that back and they sent us a new one and the same thing, they forgot to put the lock box in the package but got that now too so they were very efficient about getting it to us. One time it went off by mistake but you just reset it. It was very easy to do that.

There were a few things I think the customer service could have talked to me about. It's very easy to have it with me at all times. It's very easy to test. At first I had the wrist watch type and then last minute I changed my mind and there was no problem. MobileHelp has been very helpful. We hadn't hooked up the new wrist bracelet yet and they called up and we did a test and I found it very helpful because I forgot to hook it up. They seem really knowledgeable about the product and also about some of the issues that you might have setting this up because first of all we got it for my mother in law and she just rejected the whole idea and it was good to know that we could transfer it over to my parents without much of a hassle.

What I don't understand is the fall button and the wrist button don't work far away from the house and I thought it was something I could wear when I was shopping or visiting my sister but apparently I can't and I don't like that. The thing I carry around with me is very bulky, which is fine but inconvenient. I am seriously thinking about trying a different service because right now I am paying fifty four dollars a month and I am not happy.

I would recommend it to anybody because I feel safer being alone in the house. I like everything about it except the only thing that confuses me is the neck thing goes over your head and it is very delicate, it registers a lot of movement. One time I bent down and the alarm went off and they couldn't contact me so they called my first person automatically. It was a false alarm but I knew that if I really needed it, it would have been there, so I learned how great they were by accidental usage.

I like the fact you don't have to charge it all the time and the mobile ability so that I can feel comfortable while I'm traveling. They were very responsive. The response time sometimes seems a little bit slower. But other than that we've been well satisfied with it. I purchased this for my mother. From her experience, one time she accidentally activated it and immediately let them know theere wasn't a problem. We tested the device several times before taking it to my mother's house. Everything worked how it was presented and how we expected. It's just that one call it took a couple minutes for someone to pick up and kept saying "call in progress". When you're in an emergency situation, a second can seem like an hour almost.

Customer support is always very responsive and ready to help if we have an issue. Yesterday they called my mom to tell her that her speaker had a low battery. They have a number of different plan which is really goof because they make it accessible to be able to get the mobile device at an affordable price. I dislike that it goes off very often, it is really sensitive, but I like that I feel that it will help my mom. We tried another company and they did not work the way that MobileHelp does.

They are always able to answer my questions and get the problems solved if there is one. When I test it, the come right on and were very prompt in coming to the phone. I like the fast they contact you and the person most close to you before the call the police. It is a little expensive but it is worth it. I like that they have watches for gentlemen so my grandfather is more tempted to wear it. The time we tested it everything went really well. I did find that the necklace is too sensitive when I accidentally dropped it on the floor taking it out of the box, but I understand that is it's job. The trouble with the other kinds are they only work at your home, but I can go shopping and still have it with me. I like mobile help so much I ordered one for a girlfriend of mine that could really use it and she was happy with hers too. I like the convenience of it. It's right there and if something happens, I am able to get a hold of somebody immediately. What I don't like is the sensitivity of the fall part because all you have to do is turn it over to fast or just move wrong and it is set off. Everyone there is absolutely fantastic.

I like the security and the trust that I have with the device. I don't like that I had to change plugs three times to keep the base unit and the mobile unit from flashing. I feel comfortable in knowing that my husband has the device in place and if I have to be away from him for any length of time, it gives me comfort. They provided a lock box outside so emergency people don't have to break into my house, they can just get the key. We had to send back the fall alert because it was too sensitive and the necklace comes undone too easily, it doesn't stay attached to the lanyard. We've had problems where the device went off and emergency response did not call to check so I am leery sometimes if it is going to work. Also it is a little too expensive for people with fixed income. Customer service picks up the phone and I am not on hold a super long time and they are good about getting to the bottom of what is wrong and that is one of the reasons I choose them.
