The thing that made me want to have it was that my husband went into respiratory failure because he had the flu. After that, I decided to get it. I've only had it for a month or so and I'm still learning how to use it. We have the part that goes with you when you're out and about and we also have the pendant that detects falls. The only problem I ever had was when I was in the shed. I think I swung the necklace too much because next thing I know it was telling me that an alert had been sent out. It kind of scared me but they answered right away. I've learned how to deal with it since then.

I had been falling before and the device that I had then was not responding fast enough. That's why I switched to MobileHelp. I like that you can carry this thing out of your house wherever you go and they can still monitor you. The only time I pushed the button was when we were testing it and they were really fast. I really liked that. It gives me peace of mind wherever I go.

The general information that I saw was very clear and detailed, so I gave them a call and decided to sign up. Everybody has been very helpful. My first and only experience with the button that I wear around my neck happened while I was asleep. I rolled over on the unit and set off the alarm. Since my hearing is bad I didn't hear anything and pretty soon I had the fire department out here trying to figure out who was injured. I didn't like the situation at all, so I stopped wearing the button to bed. I still keep it handy when I sleep though.

Anytime I had a question they're right there, ready to answer it and tell me what to do. The first one that we ordered did not work right. The second one we got worked a lot better. It also came with the wristband and the other two parts that I wanted. I have never had to use it since I got it but several times I've been lying down and somehow pressed the button by accident. They treated me very nice when that happened and tried to help me figure out what was going wrong, I really appreciated that. Now everything is working alright. It really works well, if I need it I know I'll be fine.

I'm 72 and I still work in the yard or in the shop. I'm by myself 90% of the time so I just needed a little back up. I heard a commercial for them and decided to check it out. I think that, in the end, they were the best option. Customer service is fantastic, their response has been good so far when I call to check on the thing and make sure that it's working properly. They have responded to anything that has happened so far, so that leads me to believe that if I had an emergency, they would be right there. It gives me peace of mind that I if anything happens in my house, I can get help with my device.

My son was the one that ordered it for me. It's working well so far. I've been wearing it for a short time, I'm still getting used to it and figuring out which one to use when I'm at home and which one I should take with me when I go someplace. It's totally different from the one that we had before. That one went through Verizon and this one uses AT&T, which has been working better for us. I'm totally satisfied with it at this point.

We are getting up in age and, since we wanted to be on the safe side of things, we got it for ourselves. My mother used to have the pendant, in fact she had it for quite a while. I know it works well because she used it a few times. When we talked to them they were very accurate about telling us how everything worked. They were very open about everything. It's really good value, I mean, you're talking about saving a person's life, so you really can't put a price on that.

I'm 81 years old and I hate to say it but I fall a lot. Most of the time I have fallen during the day in my house. That's why my son decided to get this, he handled everything. He went to 3 or 4 different companies and decided this one would be better for me. It's a fantastic thing. It has gone off by mistake a couple of times, but they always called me shortly after. They were also very supportive whenever that happened and wanted to make sure that I was ok. I'm thankful that my son got it for me.

Before I had MobileHelp I had a stroke and fell. Nobody knew and nobody came to help me until my son came in, found me on the floor, and took me to the hospital. I feel safer having it around. I wear the device around my neck and on my arm. I've only had it for a short period of time but I know the device works because I've accidentally hit the button and set it off. The unit immediately said 'fall detected.' I feel safe knowing that if something did happen to me, the alarm would go off and somebody would be there to lend me some sort of assistance. It gives me peace of mind

Me and my son called a lot of different companies and they all did about the same thing. For some reason MobileHelp appealed a lot more to me, so I went with it. I don't really need to use it right now, I'm healthy and in pretty good condition. I just have it because I live alone in case something happens. I really like the necklace, it's easy to wear. Though I always have to carry the other thing just to be able to talk to them. I don't really like it much since it's so big. If they could make it a little better, that'd be great.

They had more to offer than any other system that I looked at. One of the things they had was this little button that you could take in its cradle whenever you went away from the house. It could go on vacation with you and get you help no matter where you went. I really liked that. I haven't had to use it but it has gone off accidentally. Sometimes I can hit the reset button right away, but I've gotten a quick response whenever that happens. They're very compassionate when they respond too.

I like that they let me choose between having something just for my house or something that worked everywhere. Not all companies do that. I have the bracelet and it's very light. I don't even feel it on my wrist. Thank god I haven't had to use it, but I did have a little accident where I bumped it. Of course, a signal went off and they responded right away. There was no delay or anything, which made me feel comfortable. I know it makes my daughter extremely happy too.

I picked it because of all the options they give you plus the cost of it. I haven't had to use it yet, but I wear it when I go out in the yard or if I go out shopping. We saw an ad for them in the AARP magazine. There was another service that seemed to have a fuller service for 5 years, but they did not offer the same things that MobileHelp did. MobileHelp just offered a lot more for the money and their equipment was smaller too. I just felt safer going with them. The button is very comfortable to wear. I have everything charged up and ready to go if I need it. The gentleman that my son talked to about the service explained everything about the prices and everything.

I went with them because it had all the features that I was looking for at a good price. It was a plus that I didn't need to have landline to use it. I could use my cellphone instead which is a great advantage. I didn't want to get a landline just to be able to use this. I wear it 24 hours a day. I put the pendant on every day and use the wristwatch at night. The telephone communication I've had with them has been professional and thorough.

The main reason I have it is to care for my wife who's had a stroke. I wanted to make sure that if anything happened to me, somebody could show up and take care of her. I've never had to use it but I always have it with me. It's very convenient and doesn't take up much space. It's an excellent service. They're always right there on the spot with every test I run. They always answer my questions so I'm very happy with it. It works well.

I went over a lot of them before picking MobileHelp. It hasn't been exactly what I thought it was going to be. That might've been my fault though, maybe I should've asked more questions to know exactly how much the device covers. Turns out it only goes 300ft around the house. There's also an extra part that I paid for, the lockbox, that I cannot open. I've tried every which way I can to open it but I can't do it, I need more instructions on how to use it. I mean, I paid $10 more on top of the 470$ that I paid for everything else.

I didn't realize how much I needed it until I fell in my bathroom and my husband had to help me up. My son decided to get it, he looked them up and picked this one. He does everything for me since I had a stroke. I've only had it for about a week but I think they're alright. I accidentally hit the button once, I dropped it and stepped on it at 10:30 in the morning. The alarm went off and everybody came out to try and help me. They were here within minutes. Had I actually needed their help, they would've taken me to the emergency room right away. They're very efficient, nice, and alert.

I've fallen several times and the last time it happened I was out in the country. I couldn't give anyone directions on how to get to me. That's why I have the medical alert now. I know that if I fall they will be able to find me without me having to give them directions. No matter if I'm in Indiana or Alaska, they can get me help anywhere I go. My 2 children went through all of the different services and decided that this one would be the best one. Anytime I've had a question, they have had the answer ready for me. They even tell me when I need new batteries and things like that. I just feel safer with it. I stayed overnight with a friend for 2 nights and took it with me. I felt safe going on vacation for two weeks too. In April I will be taking it with me for a long time.

When I go out I try and remember to bring the little pocket thing with me in my purse. I have not had to use it yet but I set it off once when I didn't mean to. Easy to setup. Easy to use. Easy to test. Seems to work well. Only catch was that during setup, the lights were flashing. Understandably, if something is flashing, you should figure out why (no power). BUT.... When the elderly person is confused and the daughter is doing her best to get it setup and explained, this actually slipped through the cracks. Not sure what you could do with notes and such, but maybe a dedicated power cord/supply light would be a good next addition.

The system is very versatile, there's a lot of different ways to use it. All the instructions that we got on how to use it were very complete. I looked at different services on magazines and my sister and I called them. We evaluated each one of them and finally settled on Mobile Help. They have been very helpful and pleasant to work with. They have answered my questions though different people would give me different answers. That made it a little hard to know what to do. For instance, I asked which button I should push to cancel the call if I pushed it by accident. The man that I talked to said I needed to answer anyway. When they called me they asked me several times if I was alright and I just kept saying yes, yes, yes. For a while they would just keep on calling me and asking me if I was hurt. Most of the time I was either sitting on a chair or lying in bed. I would have to tell them that was ok and that there were no problems. Sometimes I felt like I was being smothered you know. I kept getting these calls all the time. In the end they sent me a new pendant hoping that it would stop. It just arrived and so far I haven't gotten any calls. I'm still happy about having it.

I've never had to use it, thank god, but I feel safe having it. If I ever get ill, if I fall or get hurt, I've got access to help right at my fingertips. I chose them mainly because I live in a couple different places and travel. This made it easy for me to transfer and move from one place to the other. I've had it for a little over a month. I wear it in the house and, when go out, I carry the little charger with me. It's convenient because I can use it wherever I am. The only time I touched it was by mistake. I feel that, being alone in my home, I need some something near me that I can use to immediately alert someone if anything is wrong. That is why I got it. Everything is set up very nicely. They walked me through the process and it was very easy. They have been very helpful when answering my questions and fulfilling my needs. If I ever have more questions, I know how to reach them. I've never had to use it but I do wear it in the house in case I fall. It works nationwide so when I travel I take everything I need to be able to contact them if I need them. I feel like it's very expensive though. Other companies out there had a promotion where they had a onetime fee and that was that. I hope I don't ever really need it, but it's here with me in case I do.

I had seen it on TV and after hearing from different people it seemed like a good thing to get. It's easy to use. I have 3 different ones and they are easy to use. I put the watch on when I go out, wear the little button on a string at home, and keep the other one near my bed. One day I was putting the neck one on me when I accidentally tapped the button. It went off right away and someone from the company called me immediately. In 3 or 5 minutes an ambulance was here to try and help me. That is a great thing to have, especially with the heart problem I have.

I was skeptical at first but after receiving it I felt comfortable knowing that I can go anywhere in the continental USA and I'm only minutes away from 911. I haven't had to use it yet but like carrying it with me. It's awesome, I love the idea that the technology of today can bring this comfort to those that need something like this. My cousin was the one that got this for me. They thought it would be a good idea since my mom is handicapped. This one just seemed like the best since it had the fall button she could push if she fell. It's a very accurate button. We've dropped it a couple of times but they always respond quite quickly to make sure we were alright. They were always polite. I'm glad that it has an extra speaker that we can have on the side of the room and a keyless lock that we can put on the door.

I figured they would be a good company to go with because of the way their ads were written. The button is very sensitive to what happens around you. If you fall, bang it, or even just squeeze it against a chair or something, it will come on and ask you if you're hurt. Because of that you shouldn't wear it to bed. If you have it on your chest and turn, you might accidentally set it off. If you're asleep that won't be good. That's why I don't sleep with it anymore, I just lay it right by my bed.

I didn't know how to use my device, so I called the company up to ask. They said I should just push the button to test it. I did, and somebody came on and talked with me. They asked what my problem was, and I just let them know I was testing it with their permission, and so it looks like it would work. They were right there with just a click of my finger, and answered my questions. If I can find a friend and they need this service, I can recommend that.

We had a different alert system that was nasty and costed a whole lot more. When we switched to Mobile Help we basically got more product for less money. We have a fall detector, a GPS unit, and the door lock thing. They were very nice when we talked to them. They helped me through everything before I even got the product. The person that wears it has the GPS one on whenever we go out. During the day, she wears the necklace. It covers everything.

I checked with other companies and this one worked better for me since I don't have a home phone to connect it to. It was very easy to install; I was able to do it by myself. The person that I talked to did a wonderful job and was just excellent. It's working well for me. I'm most concerned about falling at night time or when I'm taking a shower. If I wake up in distress and need to call the paramedics, it's much easier to push the button than trying to dial their number from my phone. It's a very good service.

I just started in the last few days. I checked what the other ones were offering before going with it and this one had a much more complete coverage. They had things that some of the other ones didn't have. I mean, it covers just about every circumstance where you might need help. It's a pretty good value, it costs about the same as the other ones but it covers you more and offers more features. I had to talk to them because of a small problem but they took care of it right away.

I found them to be a lot better than the previous service we had. Everybody has been able to explain things well to me. Things have happened the way they said they would. It all got here on time and I set it up without a problem. It was very easy. Everything seems to work well and it's very handy. There were 2 reasons why I got it. One was that a friend of mine and his mother had it for four years. They really liked it and she has been pleased with the service. The other reason was the price, I checked into a couple other ones and they were a more economical option. I got it connected 2 days ago and it was very easy to get that done. I saw an advertisement for them on TV. After comparing them to other companies I thought they would suit me best. I live on 9 and a half acres of land in a remote location so, if I fell, I could be lying on the floor for days before anybody found me. I'm glad this is available where I live. After I read the ad, and then the brochure they sent, that's when I decided on MobileHelp. The one time I had to use it, I was 30 miles away from home, and they were very prompt in sending the paramedics who came to help after I used it. The only thing I would like to see improved to make things a little easier would be for the necklace pendant to include a clock.

I think MobileHelp is expensive, but fair, so it's worth it because it's a good way to spend the money. I think it's a great company. I had used it previously, and during that time when I had the equipment, I once fell in my driveway. I thought they were very attentive to my call. It's very handy that I can use it either on my wrist or on a chain, combined with the unit I keep in the kitchen.
