My doctor was happy to see it on my wrist this morning. I don’t like the medallion that you wear around your neck because it can’t be worn with a pacemaker. The response was really quick when we used the device though.
Compared to other prices, the value is good. The response time is adequate. I like the fact i an go to multiple locations. It is not strictly for the home. Customer support is very pleasant and thorough and explained all the products.
The guy I spoke to was informative. We tested it and it was easy to use.
Every time there has been any occasion that they should alert me, false alarms, they have been there. I like that it is available when I need it.

I was kind of overwhelmed when I opened the box at all the number of pieces but once I talked to them with my basic questions, they were helpful and I got the system up and operational. The sales people told me about the features. It is excellent. I am very satisfied.
Everything was thoroughly explained and clearly. I like having it close by on my neck. I don’t like the watch. It is very easy to test.

My mom’s caregiver was able to set up the system for her very easily. I got a text immediately after the system was installed to let me know it was up and running. I like that it is not intrusive for her. My mom does not realize she is wearing it which is a good thing because it took her a lot to get on board with getting a medical alert system. It seems to be holding up well. She hasn’t broken it and she sleeps with it. It was good for us that there was no contract and no high pressure sales and no monthly fee. Those were probably the biggest decision makers for us. It is a really good value. If anything happens I have peace of mind.
