I picked it because I can go anywhere with it. I just wore it today when I went to town. It's very easy to use. I have a necklace and a watch type, so it's very convenient to use either one. I also have the base unit. They have double checked on me so far, which I think is pretty cool.

I haven't had any problems with it. If I get hurt, all I have to do is press a button. My husband feels very confident using it. As soon as he pushes the button, someone comes to the phone right away. The fire or police department will also get out here right away if we need them. It's worth the money.

I carry it with me whenever I'm in the house or out of the house. They are very dedicated to their customer. They're very kind people to work with and I respect them a lot. The only thing is that their system has too many parts, it's too cumbersome. I used to have great device which was just one item around my neck and that was it. With MobileHelp not only do I have to carry little thing that you have to talk to, I also have to have the thing around my neck to push the button. I don't understand why they have so many features to a medical alert button. It is also too expensive.

We picked it because they respond very fast and were cheaper than other places. When I get up in the morning I put on my necklace and go about my daily duties. I take it off when I go to bed. When I called, they came. It's really hard to get a new key for the lockbox from them though.

What we liked most was that the unit was mobile. It also came with a waterproof wristwatch and the fall detection system. That one is not overtly sensitive, the button on it is curved inwards instead of outwards, so it's not easy to hit it by accident on the table or something like that. It has volume control on the mobile unit, which is very helpful for an elderly person with hearing problems. The first individual that worked with us, the salesman, was not very knowledgeable and got a lot of things incorrectly when we signed up. The next person that we talked to, the one that did the setup, went back and corrected everything. He was very knowledgeable and helped us with all the questions that we had. He helped us test the system and that took about a minute to do. What I'm still perplexed about is the synchronization between the mobile unit and the base unit. When it goes off and we respond with the mobile unit, the main unit will continue ringing for about half a minute. We don't know if that's a big issue or if he was able to sort that out.

I got it for my parents after a friend referred me to them. The set up guy was very helpful. He was very efficient and helped us test it. They've only had it for two weeks so they really haven't had to use it. I do think the aesthetics of the buttons could be improved, particularly when it comes to the necklace.

I saw them and a couple other ones in a magazine. In the end I chose MobileHelp over the other ones. I find it to be very sensitive. If I cross my arms over it or something, it will go off. That has happened several times. One time it went off when was sleeping. I just rolled over on it in the middle of the night and pushed it. That's why I don't sleep with it anymore, I leave it on my night stand instead and use the watch instead. From that I know that they will respond and that they are very nice.

We found out that they are the actual manufacturer of the equipment, that's why we went with them. If anything goes wrong, we can just go directly to them. Their response time is good; it only takes a couple of minutes. The necklace is fine but the wrist bands are too small for men, they only go up to a size eight. They need to get some extender bands.

It has GPS so they can find you wherever you are, that was really what convinced me. They were also the only company that gave you a security lock to put on your door. I've got it on every day. I haven't had to use it but I'm sure they'll come around quickly if I need it.

I have it because I have problems with my balance. I've had to use MobileHelp twice this week. I just had trouble getting out of bed and ended up falling on the floor. They offered the best thing for a reasonable amount of money. Customer service has been nice. They have explained things well to me. During the day I wear the thing that goes around your neck but it's a little heavy for me. At night I wear the bracelet. They do their job. Once I somehow pushed the button without realizing it, I probably bent over and pushed it against something. They were there right away and I just had to tell them that everything was fine.

I take it off at night but keep it right on the bed post, but as soon as I get up in the morning I turn the whole system on. I've only used it once but I wasn't too happy with that. My daughter decided to get this for me, I use it all the time. I don't find the hand thing that comfortable. It's just big and I have skinny arms. It hurts, in fact I got a lump from it. That's why I wear the necklace. The first one I got kept going off so I had to mail it back and get another one. Sometimes I would be sitting down with nothing happening and, when I turn, the thing would go off. I kept getting nervous when that happened and I couldn't respond well. I try to answer the machine to turn it off but I had trouble with that. It also takes them a long time to respond and I also got missed calls. One time it took them 5 minutes to answer. That happened at 4 o'clock in the morning when I was in bed. I must have turned over and leaned on it. I'm not that satisfied yet. I also think it's very expensive.

We saw this one featured in the AARP magazine. I put it on from morning till night, because I have only one leg and my family was concerned about the falls I was having. The only customer support I had was initially when I decided to buy it. The fellow who sold it to me was very meticulous about going through everything that was in there, and how it was to be used, so he was good. The device is convenient and works well. It is a little touchy; because there have been false alarms, like how it would just go off while I was sitting.
