These people are very friendly when I call. They've been nice, and told me about specials they're running. When I call in and they don't know the answer to something, they put me on hold and find someone to answer my question. I like all the different options they have in wearing the device. You can use this device anywhere in the US, and it has a GPS feature. When I've accidentally pressed the alert button, I've been impressed with how quick they are in responding to me. They have been there for a few falls I've had over the last 10 years, and I really appreciate the safety and security it provides me.

Purchased for Mother, used it the first week. Her cell phone went dead and we could not contact her. Called MobileHelp and they contacted her through the unit and relayed to us of her problem. Since then she will not think of removing her wrist button.

So far the customer service has been excellent. We haven't had an emergency yet, but when there have been false alarms they're very responsive. Also, when the fall detector was defective and sending a signal even when it was sitting on the bedside table, they promptly replaced it.

They answer right away, there were a couple times where it got bumped and they were right there to ask questions and it was handled very quickly. I wear the one around my neck and my husband wears the bracelets, we also have the garment which is very handy to have when you're in the car.

They're always very helpful, I've broken them twice and they always just send another one out. I like the console, it has a temperature on it and tell you the time and date as well. It's one of the more expensive ones, but I've got ahold of everything that comes with it.

It's gone off several times when I didn't think it should have. They did offer to put me over to technical support to have the sensitivity changed, but I decided not to. One time they were already sending out an EMT by the time I could get to the phone, they were fast. I also like the smallness of the base.

I like the fact that I can take it with me when I leave the house. It's gone off accidentally a couple of times. The fall sensor causes me to accidentally set it off. Once when I was sleeping it went off when I wasn't moving. Even an 8-inch drop will cause it to go off. It's definitely a learning process with the fall detector. They're very nice and polite though, only one person has sounded irritated with me. The product doesn't reach everywhere in my house, I would like more if it did.

My Uncle fell in the driveway and they came right away when he used it. It also went off when he was sleeping and they came right away in the middle of the night, it was just an accidental push of the button but they got here right away. It's a little more expensive, but we feel very comfortable as a family.

I have had other medical alert devices but Mobile Help is the most comprehensive. It works in my house and outside too. When I rolled over on it in my sleep, I accidentally hit the button, the response was immediate and they called and wanted to be sure I was alright. Unfortunately, the watch band causes an allergy, so I just wear the necklace all the time.

I used this when I fell in the kitchen and I had my device on me. I pressed the button and they were very prompt in answering. I pushed the button the other day to test it and they came right back and wanted to know if I needed help. They are very nice. The device I wear is very sensitive. I can take it with me wherever I go.

It's a good value, I am on a very fix income and so I'm very pleased with the cost over. I'm retired and now I live alone so when I go to clean or garden its nice to have for that. I have a laundry downstairs, so I when I have to go downstairs I'm glad I have it. Costumer support has been good.

A friend and I did some investigating and chose this because if I'm out walking and had a fall I could talk to them. It has GPS which is good. When I called them I got my answer very quickly. I wear it all day long and keep it right by my bed at night. I carry it with me when I go out. I always have it available. I can take it everywhere, I can have it outside or if it's raining outside. I walk a lot and I travel with it, it makes me feel comfortable. I had an alert company before mobile help and I didn't have any GPS service on that one. That's what I like about mobile help- the GPS.
