Everything has been operating. They've been perfect and on point. I tested it when I first got it but since then, my electric power went out and the box talked to me and said that there was no power. It came back on to tell me the power was back on.

I don't like that many things can happen to set it off by accident. A couple of times the fire department was showing up at my home because I couldn't get it canceled. It's hard to cancel it. It's a wonderful device, I wish someone would have told me how easy it was to cancel it but I've had to do some learning and experimenting. I had fallen when I had gotten in my tub and it's extremely difficult to get in and out of and I pushed it to get them to help me.

They're very responsive. I've tested it several times. I used it once to take an elderly friend home. He fell and was wearing his device but the people on the other end couldn't understand his transmission and didn't know his address so I used my button and because of the GPS, MobileHelp know exactly where we were and they sent the EMS to us.

The representative answered all of our questions and was very concerned and very kind. You have to hit the fall button hard in order for it to work. We had a couple of problems when we first got it. They called us and asked if it was an emergency or something but after that, it's been doing really good.

When I leave the house with the little necklace, it's wonderful. It's light and I can hide it. The other thing doesn't fit right and I wish they had a better device.

I've had several accidental calls with my unit and they were very understanding with the calls which I appreciate. They're very nice about it. They dispatched the appropriate service rather quickly. I like that it's efficient. The GPS is pretty efficient. I'm happy with their coverage. I wish the unit speaker was smaller.

They really do care about the people who are receiving their product. They're very professional and very knowledgeable. We tested it and it worked perfectly. When I was looking for one customer service was very helpful and got what I needed right away. It works because I have a false fall call every now and then but that's better than not having one. I know the fall protection works because my cat picked it up and dropped it on the floor during the night. I would prefer it not be quite so expensive.

The gentleman I spoke to at customer service gave me the right information and was very capable. So, I was satisfied with that. We had a tornado recently and the electric power was off but the device went on batter power. It's a comfort to know that it still works even if the power goes off.

When I've accidently set it off they are always prompt and are able to cancel the alert. My wife is a stroke victim so it feels good to know that if I had a heart attack or fall this would still get help because my wife is unable to talk on the phone or anything like that.

I like that someone is there if I need anything. I also like that I can take it with me and I don't just have to stay home with it. My daughter is thousand of miles away and it gives her a peace of mind knowing that if I fall or have another stroke I won't have to stay on the floor waiting for someone to come and find me.

This gives me a feeling of security because I do have a history of falls and one time I was stuck on the floor for about half an hour before someone came. My falling pendant is a little too sensitive. When I was playing golf, I was not driving, but they kept hitting potholes and it would activate my device. I like the concept and I sleep better at night knowing that I am protected.

Mobile Help is just wonderful. I can't think of anything I dislike, other than that I had some sort of reaction to the wrist band. I take it with me at all times. I love having it, it gives me a sense of security wherever I go.

Testing it, it seems to be working really well. The fall detection pendant is a little bit too sensitive and I have to be careful with it but other than that it is fine. When I have a problem, the technicians have been very good about telling me what I did wrong.

I would highly recommend it. It's a little more expensive than other programs but I like it very much. I'm covered at all times because I have the bracelet when I'm at home and another piece when I go out. I had a different system and it was not as good.

Their customer service was great when we ordered it and great when we returned it. They always follow through as they should. My husband wouldn't wear it because it bothered him and he felt it was cumbersome around the neck. We tested it and it was fine, it was just that he decided not to wear it.

I've had other companies and this is the best at customer care. I have the light weight necklaces and the wristband. I like having all this availability I like their weight and the way the wristband buckles. I've just tested it and the response was right away. One time I hit it in my sleep at night and they responded immediately.

I would recommend Mobilehelp. They trustworthy and polite and courteous. When I call, they answer my questions. I feel more secure and that is the main thing. It's good to have when you're alone. The price is alright, it's not the cheapest ting but for the security it gives, it's alright.

The quality is good because it works. I feel more secure. They should put the telephone number on the battery packs so that if you need to call them, you don't have to go looking for the number. When I called customer support, they listened to everything I said and took it into account and actually changed the equipment.

The fall protection is very sensitive, sometimes it does provide a false reading but they always respond quickly so you can let them know it was a false reading. It is easily accessible, that is the best factor, and you get a response right away.

It's worth it. It covers the services that I need and a couple of things I thought were important. If something were to happen, I will be able to make contact and they don't have to tear down the door because there is a key in the lock box for them to get in.

Quick response, even if it's an accident, they will call and let us know they are monitoring. My sister was having a hard time breathing on the fourth of July so I smashed the button and they sent the fire department and ambulance in no time. It was amazing.

When I needed help a few weeks ago, it wasn't an emergency, transport came and took me to the emergency room. The only issue was they had trouble getting into the unit so I had to walk to the stretcher. They were there within five minutes of me calling. It's easy to access, I have it next to my bed so I can talk to it easily.

I find the response is too slow 90% of the time. It goes on and on and on and on before someone comes on the phone. Yes, when customer service has tested it, it seems to be shorter. I have to come out of the shower and stand on the mat and be very cold before someone comes on that phone. I just don't like it, understand it can go off but almost every day in the shower. I have taken it off recently as my showers have become torture. In addition, if I go out and take the mobile unit with me or I'm not near the unit at home and must put it closer to me, I have had the battery run low the I can't take a shower without it going off even though I make sure spray is not hitting it.

Within 2 weeks of the set up of our unit, help was on the way! My uncle had fallen, spraining his ankle. Everything happened that Mobile Help claimed would happen. Phone calls were made and received, and help was on the way in moments. Thank you Mobile Help!

Friendly service and good prices. We're new with this service and fortunately haven't had to use the alert but they were friendly and helpful in the phone. The pricing was better than the previous company and testing the equipment went well. It's very easy to set up and you don't have to have a land line.

I love the GPS and wrist units. The fall button does not work for me. It went off a couple of times and the paramedics were dispatched before I could get back to the unit in the house and tell them it was a mistake. I just wear the GPS so I can talk to them when I'm outside and don't have to run to the house.
