First of all it's everything I was told about the product. When I first got the equipment I accidentally bumped the button and got an immediate response but was able to clear it with no problem. I have a great sense of relief having the system in my home.

Fall detection is very sensitive. I recently put my device on the counter and this detected a fall. The medical alert team called all my contacts and also called me. I told them it was an accident and that I was fine. A little while later there was a knock on my door and 6 emergency responders were standing there, EMT's, firemen, and a policeman. I don't know why everyone was called after they verified with me that there was no emergency and I was fine. It was good to know that my emergency response people are alert, but it was also very embarrassing.

They explained everything to me. I like everything about the device. It's convenient. I can wear either one. I was just putting all my bed clothes one night and I guess I bumped it and they came right on to make sure if I had a fall and were quick. This one is very dependable and very economical.

dislike that the fall sensor is too sensitive. I've had one false alarm on the device. It's fairly reliable for my location here in the boondocks of Arkansas. It's simple enough to operate and I've been able to test it each time.

They were right there on the button if something goes wrong. I like the wristband but I don't like the pendant because it keeps going off for no reason. I tested it just a couple of weeks ago and it's absolutely fine, no problem.

I had a little bit of trouble getting ahold of somebody one time but that was just once. I haven't had any trouble since. I like that I can wear it in the swimming pool. The last one I had I couldn't. I know it works. I had it in my pocket and evidently I must have hit it with my hand somehow or whatever but the police officer came very quick.

Pricey because I am a squirrel citizen on social security but I appreciate the value. I got good service from them, they were very helpful. I have it with me all the time if something happens, I know I can reach somebody. I've tested it a couple of times and it seems to be working fine.

I had another company before Mobile help but I didn't like their device, my father has thick fingers and the button was small. It is invaluable to me to do what I can to take care of his security. The only thing I did not like was the fall necklace, it doesn't work right, though I am grateful, I would rather it go off than for it to not go off. Their customer service is good. They were very supportive and helpful when I was looking for a device.

Affordable and I like it. I am surprised by the sensitivity of the necklace but on the other hand I feel secure. The device is the neatest thing and I love the technology. I would like it if it was connected to an app. They stripped it of a lot of stuff to make it easier for the elderly and would appreciate it if it had part capability. Otherwise I am very happy with it. When I tested it, they were very quick and every time I talk to them they are very friendly. It is a good investment.

I am glad I have it because my husband does fall sometimes and I feel like he is safe now. When we test it, somebody always is on the line. We have had a quite a few false alarms when my husband accidentally pushes the button and they have been there and very good about it.

The value is very good and the device is good. I had a false alarm once I tried to stop it and held the button for a few seconds and I didn't get anybody on the phone so I had to call the emergency to tell them it was false alarm and that was a mess. I would still recommend it.

The customer service is really good, they explain things to me about what I need. I don't dislike anything. I went walking to today and didn't wear sweater so I had to hold it in my hand and that was a little cumbersome but I managed and it does have a little clip on it but I couldn't pull it out enough to clip onto my pants.

MobileHelp has been very attentive to my questions and getting everything set up. The necklace is too short, when you are laying down you feel like you are choking a little bit. I only wear the watch and that seems to be working well.

The fall button around my neck only has to move a little bit and it goes off and they call immediately. I love it, I feel more secure with it because I am widow who lives alone. I think widows or seniors should get this device because I think it is wonderful though they should maybe lower their price.

The devices are not perfect but they are excellent value. I have had a couple of false alarms and people have called me back within three to four minutes and they were very kind about it. I haven't had any disasters but the thing you wear around your neck and wrist are super sensitive. Also you can see the neck one under my shirt or sweater. I wish there were a better system for wearable alarms but the mobile thing you carry with you is great.

A couple of times, my wristband went off by accident when I was in the grocery story banging something adn all the sudden I heard a medical aleaert and I had to call them and say that it was a false alarm. They were right on the spot. When I tested it, I had a hard time at the beginning but then after that it was fine.

The representative Eric explained the process and everything went very well. If you bump it, it goes off. You have to punch to it stop. My mom did a test and they always call me promptly to find out what the problem is and if I need assistance.
