when I received my equipment, there were no instructions. i did not know that I could remove the tracker from the charger. I do not know when it is charged because it is always blinking. Also when I received the key box I had a very hard time trying to open it. I tried like most lock by pulling up on the hooks. I had to call and tell them the code does not work. That is when I was told it open from the front. That is why someone should come and explain all this to us seniors.

My father has had MobilHelp for just a couple months. He took a serious fall and was able to get help immediately. Two days later he fell again and the fall detect automatically called MobilHelp for him. Within 6 minutes MobilHelp has called him, called emergency services, and called me. Absolutely LOVE this company!

So far it has given us peace of mind. It has detected a couple of falls without having to press the button. One in which was promptly responded to, although we cancelled the call. No falls detected when no one was home, although we all feel safer now.

The device is very sensitive and for somebody that is very active, it takes some getting used to. It works wonderful and it really isn't complex after you get used to it. It is nice having the lock box on my front door. I have already recommended it to a couple of my friends in the same age group that I am in.

The few times I have set off the alarm, they didn't get annoyed with me and instead helped me reset it. They respond quickly. The service is great and I like the company. It would be nice if somebody actually came to the house to explain everything because it took me too long just over the phone. It works really well and I am happy with it, though I wish is was smaller so that it was easier to travel with.

Mobile Help customer service and products were wonderful. The only reason for 4 stars is that because of our location out in the country we were not able to access a tower to transmit calls. Not their fault. So I was not able to rate the service would have actually functioned in a real emergency. They tried their best to resolve the problem but it was out of their control. Bad location.

I am not the client - I purchased Mobile Help for my mother. There were some difficulties with setup even though my sister and mother read the materials carefully. We had one "miscall" while I was visiting (mom set the alarm off accidentally) and the response was quick. My mother is not enamoured of the system, but I think it is ANY system. Things seem pretty good from my vantage point.

I was doing laundry and didn't realize that it bumped the machine and it went off and I couldn't figure out why. I figured if I were to fall, I'm really glad I had the help. When it did go off, they answered immediately and I had to figure out why it went off.

I don't like that many things can happen to set it off by accident. A couple of times the fire department was showing up at my home because I couldn't get it canceled. It's hard to cancel it. It's a wonderful device, I wish someone would have told me how easy it was to cancel it but I've had to do some learning and experimenting. I had fallen when I had gotten in my tub and it's extremely difficult to get in and out of and I pushed it to get them to help me.

They're very responsive. I've tested it several times. I used it once to take an elderly friend home. He fell and was wearing his device but the people on the other end couldn't understand his transmission and didn't know his address so I used my button and because of the GPS, MobileHelp know exactly where we were and they sent the EMS to us.

The representative answered all of our questions and was very concerned and very kind. You have to hit the fall button hard in order for it to work. We had a couple of problems when we first got it. They called us and asked if it was an emergency or something but after that, it's been doing really good.

I've had several accidental calls with my unit and they were very understanding with the calls which I appreciate. They're very nice about it. They dispatched the appropriate service rather quickly. I like that it's efficient. The GPS is pretty efficient. I'm happy with their coverage. I wish the unit speaker was smaller.

When I was looking for one customer service was very helpful and got what I needed right away. It works because I have a false fall call every now and then but that's better than not having one. I know the fall protection works because my cat picked it up and dropped it on the floor during the night. I would prefer it not be quite so expensive.

When I've accidently set it off they are always prompt and are able to cancel the alert. My wife is a stroke victim so it feels good to know that if I had a heart attack or fall this would still get help because my wife is unable to talk on the phone or anything like that.

I like that someone is there if I need anything. I also like that I can take it with me and I don't just have to stay home with it. My daughter is thousand of miles away and it gives her a peace of mind knowing that if I fall or have another stroke I won't have to stay on the floor waiting for someone to come and find me.

My falling pendant is a little too sensitive. When I was playing golf, I was not driving, but they kept hitting potholes and it would activate my device. I like the concept and I sleep better at night knowing that I am protected.

Testing it, it seems to be working really well. The fall detection pendant is a little bit too sensitive and I have to be careful with it but other than that it is fine. When I have a problem, the technicians have been very good about telling me what I did wrong.

I would highly recommend it. It's a little more expensive than other programs but I like it very much. I'm covered at all times because I have the bracelet when I'm at home and another piece when I go out. I had a different system and it was not as good.

Their customer service was great when we ordered it and great when we returned it. They always follow through as they should. My husband wouldn't wear it because it bothered him and he felt it was cumbersome around the neck. We tested it and it was fine, it was just that he decided not to wear it.

I've had other companies and this is the best at customer care. I have the light weight necklaces and the wristband. I like having all this availability I like their weight and the way the wristband buckles. I've just tested it and the response was right away.
