I like everything about it. It has been very good when I accidentally set off the alarm, they are there so it works fine. It is not an embarrassment to wear. My husband died a few days after we got it and I paid for a full year for two people so I am still waiting to be reimbursed for that but I trust them fully.

I have one for the interior of the house but if I had to think about it again I would have of those things that could travel with me. It is nice and convenient. They were easy to deal with over the phone. The guy told us about the deals and the advantages of signing up for a full year, it’s an even bigger discount.

We’ve had it for two months. The fall detection pendant works almost every time and the general system works fine. The emergency button for the bathroom is really helpful and the lock box is great. The speaker is loud so my parents can hear it fine. They are friendly and helpful.

They responded when I needed them. I fell this past Monday and could not get up so the fire department had to come. I don’t like that it doesn’t make a noise to let you know if it is going off because sometimes I accidentally push it and don’t know.

Everything has been great so far. It started great. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful. It seems to work great for my 83 year old aunt. She has dropped it twice and it has picked up. They let me and her granddaughter know she had fall. We really appreciate that they follow through.

I am not sure it is good for dementia patients because they play with the buttons. One time my dad was playing with it and it went off and they called immediately and asked if her was okay. They always answer and are helpful.

I certainly assume they are very trustworthy. I like it because it is comfortable to wear and it doesn’t get in your way. Sometimes it goes off without your knowledge but I am still getting acquainted with it. Other than it works fine. It is easy to test and it seems to be a good value for your money.

What I dislike is that they have too many gadgets that you can wrap around your neck or wear on your wrist. They should only have one to do the while thing. Other than that it works perfectly when I use and when I call with a question, they answer it every time.

I think the service is fine but there are other systems that are a bit cheaper but I am not sure fi they offer all the services that mobile help has. I test it once a week just to be sure and someone is on the other end to meet my basic needs. I am happy with everything.

It's reasonably priced and I like that I can use it in my home and go out with it. I also like the door box with a key so if somebody should come, they don’t have to break down my door. Twice I have inadvertently dropped my button and I’ve been contacted immediately.

The one time I pressed my button, the response was not as I had set it up. I live in an assisted living facility and I have Nrcolepsy. Your button is back up for the facility button (which does not indicate an emergency to staff). If I press your button, the facility is to be contacted first, calling 911 only if the facility does not respond. The facility responded but they called 911 anyway. Nobody was happy about this! When I called your dispatch to complain, I was told that was how it was entered. I certainly hope it got corrected because I really don't want the ambulance/fire/rescue showing up when the only people I need alerted are those here in the facility. I also had so much interference with the two recievers competing with each other that the dispatcher could not understand what I was saying. I kept telling her to call the facility and what she heard was that I was on the floor. Customer service did not seem to know how to rectify this problem.

You know you are safe if something happens. It is worth paying anything to feel safe. All the people I have talked to have been nice. If the button goes off, someone comes immediately. I wear the necklace because it is hard to get comfortable with the bracelet because I have a small wrist, other than that it is fine and would work for most people.

They’ve done everything I have asked of them. When they accidentally sent me a necklace instead of a watch, they got a watch to me right away when I told them. I wish it was a little bit smaller but other than that it is okay. I’d always like it to be cheaper also.

It's a good value to have peace of mind for my father. Everybody was friendly, informative, and helpful. Once he fell backwards into his bathtub and was not able to get himself out. He pressed the button and helped arrived. The whole process functioned as we hoped it would.

Not too long ago I was getting out of the shower in the morning and I heard the ambulance come down the road I live on and then the EMTs were knocking on my door. They said they were trying to contact me. I guess I bumped the little lanyard that goes around your neck. It works and they’re trustworthy.
