With your system, you don't have to have a conversation to get help, if you press the button for help, and the monitoring center does not make contact with stating you don't need help, help will be sent. Typically, if you can't get to the speaker to tell them you don't need help, you probably need help.

The reason they are separate is so that you never had to take off your help button to charge, leaving you unprotected. Depending on what your needs are, you can pick the system that best suits you. If you are wanting an all in one, we have our new all in one smart watch , with this system you will only have one piece of equipment, but you will need to take off to charge.
