Thank you for your feedback. Our offices are in Florida, and we ship the equipment active to our customers so that once received all they have to do is plug it in and test it. Unfortunately we don't have agents across the country that are able to come out to set up the equipment, however, our Technical Support Team is more than happy to go over the system with you while on the phone.
