PROS: Compact size. Customer service very nice. The option of cancelling a false alarm without issues. CONS: Fall detection sensitivity very easy to set it off just by certain movements. No adjustment for sensitivity.

I have a small complaint that may or may not make a difference as to whether I continue with MobileHelp. I am having difficulty hearing the individuals when they speak to me. I have the volume up as far as it will go. I last spoke with a person from near the unit but what if I am in another room. Is there anything that can be done to make the volume coming from your end louder.

Price is very good. My concern is the wait when a button is pressed. I accidently pressed the fall button, and a response came back "If the button was accidently pressed press the button again" (or something to that effect}. I pressed the button and nothing. Then the base button came on stating the same, press the button again. I did, nothing. A voice came over the speaker telling me to say cancel call and no response. Then a lady at the control center came on and I told her to cancel the call, which she did. I know this sounds like a lot of activity but if I needed the control center to notify someone, it may take longer a few minutes.

Just recently got for my mom. Person who helped me over the phone was very informative and helpful. He was very knowledgeable. My mom's only had MobileHelp for almost of month and she hasn't had to use at all. But we have tested her unit and it seems in great working order. I feel like this company will do a great job if and when it is needed. I can rest easier now knowing if my mom needs assistance, she will get it right away if she is unable to get help herself! We did pay for the whole year up front. Some of the questions I didn't feel I was able to answer at the point as we are still new to MobileHelp.

I know you fully disclosed the fall sensor is not 100 % accurate but it has already missed on fall and came on twice on times that were not falls. It allowed my aunt the safety of having emergency access if needed. Now I have it for the parents who want to stay in their own home. We have only been using MobileHelp for about a month but so far we have been very pleased. My sister had a couple of false alarms the first week because she was confused about how to cancel a false alarm from her fall pendant. Both times this happened there were paramedics at her door in just a few minutes! We are confident if a real emergency happened she would get help very quickly, and that has given us peace of mind

Customer service spent considerable amounts of time with me troubleshooting the first device and the subsequent model that was sent out. Older .odel was more compatible with cell towers in the area.
