The price of it was what convinced me of getting it. I've had to call them two different times. One of them was because I had a stroke and needed help. They responded right away and sent an ambulance out for me. They even stayed on the line with us while all of that was happening. The button is easy to use. In fact, my mom has set it off accidentally several times since she played and fiddled with the button a lot. When they respond to those calls they don't make you feel like an idiot. They're just nice.

I picked it out for my dad because I liked the ratings and reviews that they had. The technology is very good. He has the home device, another unit for his room, and a little device that he can carry in his pocket. Whenever the button goes off they are very diligent and always call back to check on him. The technicians and customer service people that respond seem to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I've always gotten good service from them.

There were a few services that offered both a home alert and a GPS option to wear outside. Since they were one of those, I got it for my mother. There have been a number of times where she has needed to go to the hospital and she has pressed the button to get their help. They've done exactly what we had hoped they would do: they called the hospital and contacted me as soon as possible as well.

I got it because you can go anywhere with it and use it outside your home. On one occasion we went on a vacation and took the button with us. We tested it to see if it would work and they were able to find us even though we were in another state. They've always had a rapid response, there are no delays. The only thing is that I don't like is the watch. Maybe it's the material it's made out of, but I just don't like it. The necklace is fine though.

I got it back in the day when they were the only ones that had some kind of mobile feature that worked outside of the base's area. I wear it when I go to the market, to Costco, and generally when I just shop around. I had to use it when I was gardening and got stuck out. It was too hot, so I pressed the button. They've always responded very quickly, even if I press the button by mistake. The only problem that I have with the button is that the watch comes undone very easily.

I've had it since and it's nice to know that it's there sitting in my bedroom. I can take the little thing with me when I go out too and go anywhere. My mother lives alone and is now getting a little older. We needed to have some kind of device that she could carry with her in case she needed help. What we liked in particular about MobileHelp was that she could take it anywhere with her, not just within the house. The device has gone off several times and, whether it was an accident or not, they would still contact us and ask if it was an emergency. I think we could always get a lower bill from them, but the price is worth it for what we're getting.

We got it for my mother since they offered a wireless service that didn't need a phone line. We haven't had to call them much, but they've been very helpful when we do. We've had to replace the battery a couple of times and ship things back and forth, but besides that she hasn't had any problems with them. When I initially signed up for this service they didn't tell me about the different payment plans that they offered. I wasn't told that it'd be much cheaper if I paid quarterly or yearly instead of paying monthly as I had been doing. After about 3 years of having it, the service rep contacted me and told me I could get a lower rate this way. I was disappointed that it took them that long for them to reach out and tell me about it.

I tried a couple of other services, but this one was the one I ended up keeping. When I had to use it they were very efficient. They asked me my name and dispatched the emergency personnel out to our house. They were very efficient. A couple of times the alarm has gone off while he's asleep, laying on the bed, and they've alerted me of those times too. Usually he's just right next to me, so things are alright. On one occasion my husband misplaced his necklace and they replaced it for him. They were very patient and good with him. I wish they would put the GPS bit on the necklace itself. That'd be a good improvement. That way they could track him all the time without the need to have the other bit in his pocket.

At the time I got it they were sort of a pioneer in this kind of technology. The only other company out there only worked within a very small range, 100 or 200 ft from the main unit. I was getting it for my dad and I liked the idea of him being able to get help regardless of where he was. When we first got it, we helped him do some of the testing and everything, but now he's doing that on his own periodically. He wears the little necklace and charges it when he needs to. They always respond and are always trying to get better at giving the service. When it fist came out I thought the device and everything was great. Now I'm not so sure since they give you the cellphone bit and the pendant, so you have to carry both when you go out. Ideally they would integrate the necklace and cellphone into one, especially since you never know if the cellphone will be all charged up and ready to go whenever you need to go out.

I just sort of picked it out for my mother to use. You can take the little thing with you since it's mobile. So my mother can take it with her even if she's just going out to the mailbox. She has not had to use it so far, but she tests it quite frequently to make sure it's working. They're wonderful. When I first got it I paid with a credit card that I had accidentally overspent. Instead of just shutting down my service they called me to let me know about the issue and I just gave them a different card to charge. That was very nice and I appreciated that.

I bought it for my mother in law since she's 85 and lives by herself. She's very independent, but her hips went bad, so we wanted her to have something like this. We've had it for around 4 years now and, thank god, she hasn't fallen or needed it. We've only tested it once a year or so, partly because she is afraid that using the button will actually cost her money. They've always been wonderful though. The system is very economical and user friendly.

In my research I figured out that they were one of the best ones, especially when it came to the device's ability to go anywhere and still be connected. That's why I purchased it for my mother. It's flawless and has never failed. Customer service does not delay getting in contact with you if there's a problem, especially when it comes to hardware issues. If something needs to be replaced, they will send it out immediately. I'm a bit disappointed in my mother because she will not push the button when she actually needs it. That just renders the whole system useless and, because of that, I'm considering canceling it.

I got it for someone because at the time they had the little device that goes with you anywhere. It would cover you even when you weren't at home. As of this date, she hasn't had to use it, but she wears the necklace around her neck 24/7. They've always answered every question we've had and make sure that things are set up correctly. They've also taken a lot of information and notes on her medical history so that they can communicate that to whoever comes to help. As far as I'm concerned they've been very thorough with that.

My husband was the one that decided to go with them. He's totally handicapped, so he can't stand or walk. Thankfully, we haven't tested the unit with an emergency, but they have always been very helpful with questions. Recently my mom came to visit for a few weeks. I called to see how to best handle her Mobile Help unit. I expected to be on hold for a while and was afraid it might get complicated. My call was answered quickly and it was a very simple process. I got it because it works with the cellphone service and not on a landline. My son is the one that uses it and he had to push the button on it when he fell in the bathroom on the ceramic tile floor. He was unconscious but he had landed on the button so that the EMS were called. During testing we've been told that the device doesn't cover as much of an area as we'd like inside his home. Still, the button is very sturdy and dependable.

I liked the fact that it had the GPS system in it so I got it for my mother and father. Every time I've had to call them about something regarding their devices, they've been right on top of it. The service was referred to me by my daughter. I've had them for quite a few years now and they have always been very helpful and courteous. I wear the wristband all the time and, when I go out anywhere I carry the little thing that follows where I go. If I have to go out of town, I just let them know and the little thing can follow me there. I have a cat that has walked across the base a couple of times and has set off the alarm. When that happens they call immediately and are always very nice. They're very alert and do take good care of me. They're also very good at answering questions.

In the three or four years that we've had it I've only used it once. On that occasion I fell on concrete and couldn't get up. I pushed the thing and my wife answered all the way in the house and called 911 for me. They took good care of me. I live alone and go to the beach all the time. Because of that I thought it would be a nice thing to have with me so I could be protected. I always have the pendant with me. On one occasion I had to use it because I fell and couldn't get up. I was alone so I pressed the pendant and I got a response right away. They have such a wide variety of things you can use. There's the necklace, the bracelet, the little mobile unit, and the base unit. It's all great for an elderly person. I got it for my husband because it was good anywhere, not just in my home. He has fallen quite a bit since we got it and we've used it to call 911 to get him back up. The reviews that I saw for their costumer service convinced me. I also liked that we could stop the service when we wanted to, so I got it for my mom. She hasn't had to use it yet, than god for that, but she tests it and it has worked well. They've been very helpful whenever we do that or when we call them for other reasons. The button is small and there's only two of those so testing it is simple. It's also very loud, which is a good thing since it's easy to hear them when they come on.

I saw an ad for it in a magazine and decided to give them a call. The nicest man answered the phone and helped me get my mother signed up for it. She has used it several times and they've been wonderful. They've saved her life twice and have always taken good care of her. They're always here within minutes. The EMTs that they send are also great, they do an amazing job. It's a very inexpensive program, especially considering what you get for it. There is one issue with my billing that I'm still waiting on to see if they've resolved.

We were looking for something for my dad and they had more bell and whistles than their competitors. Along with the standard panic button, they had the GPS to track him, the fall detection button, etc. That's why I purchased this for my father. He fell once and had to use it. We called different companies and felt that they were the most reasonable ones, so I got it for my dad. Sometimes it seems like it takes them a while to respond to the button push. It takes some 2 or 3 minutes before they answer whenever we do the testing. Sometimes it just depends on the environment but I don't really know. I get frustrated and if that happened in a true emergency it would be a problem. One day we couldn't find my dad, he had gone on one of his walks but hadn't told us about it. We were really concerned about him so we called them and they were able to locate him for us. It turned out he was just two blocks away and we felt relieved. Customer service is pretty good about responding to our questions. We've had some equipment problems but they were pretty good about correcting those situations. Sometimes it took a little while for them to fix it, but things turned out ok. I'm real happy about it.

About 8 years ago or so a salesman came in and told us about the service and we ended up getting it. Overall its a great device. I've had to use it several times and every time things were good. They call me to check on my device too and on one occasion we found out it wasn't working. We fixed the issue and I really appreciated what they did. There is one exception when there was an issue with the central office or something, but things were straightened out. They've always answered my questions.

I did an internet search and since they met our criteria we got it for my 96 year old mother. She falls down a lot and can't get up on her own, so she has pushed the button to get one of the neighbors or someone in the family to run over and help her. Sometimes emergency services come, but that's not always needed. They're very helpful and have given us great technical support so far. The base is great, but the battery life on the mobile device is too short. Still, we're very happy with it, we couldn't be more pleased.

I saw an ad for them in the paper, so gave them a call and asked a few questions. After that I decided to join in. I've only had it for 2 weeks but I wear it everyday. I put it on in the morning and in the evening I put the watch on. Whenever I leave the house I take the GPS with me. It is a little bit expensive to be honest. Last time I called customer service the woman that I talked to was not really nice, she had a bit of an attitude issue. I needed help with the necklace since the string is too long. I was trying to get someone that could help me make it shorter but she didn't know how to. Another issue is that the watch itself doesn't look like the one that they had advertised in their pictures. The one they had looked nicer and this one looks like a simpler form. I'd like to know if there's a way to change the one I have for the one they advertised.

I looked for a lot of them and Mobile Help seems to have a better plan; it was less expensive and had more goodies. I have not had to use it yet, thank goodness. I have my watch thing on 24 hours a day, and the regular thing at the tables next to me, and I feel secure. It's wearable anywhere, and that means I'm more comfortable. Of course, I have the watch one, so even at work I can push the button. I'm just more secure having it available.

I used to have a different one that was supposed to be hooked to my telephone but it was never in sync with it. When I saw MobileHelp advertised on a magazine I decided I would give them a call and ended up getting it. I take it with me everywhere I go. We chose them because I just liked their answers, and so far their responses have been great. They will call you every time the thing goes off, so they have a pretty good response time. It's for my mother. She uses it, and whenever she falls or trips or anything, it really alerts them; within five minutes I've got a call, and she's taken care of from that point. I spoke to a couple of people from different companies. The person from MobileHelp that I spoke to gave me more information about the device and, since the price was reasonable, I went with it. Most of the time everything is alright. Unfortunately my husband has set off a lot of false alarms. It's just that the lanyard will think you've fallen if you sit down too quickly or if you do something to move it too much. The good thing is that system works fine. They respond to the alarms and talk to him through the speakers to make sure he's ok. I still wish the fall detector wasn't that sensitive.

I have the one that you take with you, so I find that it's very convenient. I had an experience where my wrist unit accidentally hit a shelf or something in a convenience store, which was up in the mountains and surrounded by trees. I had wondered and actually called and asked previously to make sure I would have coverage in those areas, and sure enough I did. They've answered all my questions, they've been very understanding, like when I accidentally hit the alarm, and it's just always available. I originally chose them based on affordability.

Because I'm older, I've fallen a few times and I live by myself. I haven't used it yet and as a matter of fact I I'm I'm in the process of moving so it's not even hooked up right now. Well its comfortable to me is a little sensitive but I have a grand baby live here a lot and sometime he touches it does say that that's what happens when I I you know I got to call them all of that.I think its easily accessible in the event that you do need it and I found that out a few times when I got a call in that call from the operate and I wouldn't even realize it had been touched.

The main thing was I could take it away from the house. It offered me everything I was looking for, as to when I live the house, where I am exactly. They could call in for me and know where I am and that would perhaps save my life if I had car problems. So I appreciate the service very much. Well i've been 100% satisfied with it and I know I'm going to have a long and happy business deal with them, I think the price is right and it holds the electricity for 36 hours I believe it is, it gives you plenty of time. I went with them since I don't need to have a telephone connection, they do everything through satellite. That also means that they'll know exactly where I am if there's an emergency. I am well protected with this organization. About 2 or 3 months ago I had to call them, all I had to do is press the button and the police came to help me. I was very happy about that. I already have recommended it to others. We got it for the advantages that they have with home security. We also wanted the mobile device in case something happens when my wife has to be in the car. I did some research and decided to go with them. There were some issues with the system in the beginning but customer service was extremely helpful and they got me through the rough spots. Everything works, I know because I had to use it 2 weeks ago when I fell in my bathtub. I went down and couldn't get back up, but I had the button around my neck. In less than 10 minutes 911 was there and helped me out.
