I liked the features that it had, especially the necklace that automatically sends a signal if you fall or are in distress. With that, if you fall and can't press the button, the necklace will let them know that there's a problem. I fainted last December and had to use it then. I mashed the button and the emergency people were there in no time. That actually happened two days right after I got it. We were really glad to have it when the emergency came up. I have no problems with it, I like everything about it.

I saw an ad. I liked the looks of the equipment'mainly the wristband'and I was having difficulty with the one I was using, so I called and ordered it. The wristband is the only thing I'm having a problem with. It keeps slipping. There should be a better way of keeping it closed. Other than that, The equipment is attractive and I think it's it's good. It works well, and I'm very satisfied with it. When I was unpacking and setting up the equipment and I had to call, the gentlemen who helped me get the equipment set up and working was extremely patient, extremely knowledgeable, and I can't say anything but the best about him. That is the only interaction I had with anyone so far, but I'd say they were very trustworthy.

I had tried a different service and I hadn't liked that one at all. It affected my phone line so I decided I didn't want to have anything that was directly connected to it. A friend who had it told me about MobileHelp and since it seemed to be one of the best ones I got it. I will wear either the necklace or the wrist band every day. Customer support has always been very good about helping me or answering any question that I have.

It was a wireless connection. We wanted that because we had problems with a landline before, so wireless seemed a much better choice, and from what we saw on the website it looked like it had pretty good reviews, so I thought I'd go ahead and select it, and try it. We have not had to use it yet, and there are no concerns about the device. It's small, it's compact, and the buttons are easy to read for an elderly person.

This is the first service of this type that I have and it was actually recommended to me. I just bought it and went with the monthly payments. It has been very good so far. I use it when I'm in the cellar and nobody is around to help me out. That way I can call MobileHelp if I need to. I have no complaints so far. Customer support gives me everything that I want to know. It's probably one of the best companies that I've talked to. They are also one of the cheapest ones compared to the other ones that I called.

My mother wears the device every day. I know that it will work if we ever need it because of something that happened to me. I had the large one, the one that you carry in your pocket, in my car. I've not had it for very long, but it relieves some pressure since I live alone. It helps me move around the house without having to take the phone with me everywhere. The button works, I've dropped it to test it and it notified them of the fall. I've gone into another town and tested it there as well and it worked. Should I fall, I would have something I can use to call for help. It makes me feel safe knowing that it's there if I need it.

I went in and I looked at a lot of different ones. They were basically all the same, but this one had more to offer with each of their products. I have it on 24 hours a day and it all works. The button is good but it does have a flaw. Every once in a while, it'll just go off by itself. When that happens, or when I've pushed the button by mistake, they still answer anyhow. They are there when you need them. I'm very happy with it.

I read about it and looked into it. This one seemed to fit better with the other expenses I have. One time the alarm went off but it was by accident. I leaned into a piece of furniture and the button got pressed. They called me immediately and I was actually very thankful. It didn't take them very long to respond. They were very pleasant and understanding. I felt like they were concerned about me and it was an appropriate response. They were very quick to give me the equipment. As I said they have been kind and helped me get it all done right away. They're very pleasant to work with. As for the device, a part of the watch that I put on my belt keeps dropping. I imagine it would be more money to try and get something that would fix that so right now I just wear the watch or the necklace instead.

My son and daughter in law looked things up online and compared all the other devices. I looked a little too and in the end we all decided that this one seemed like the best alert system for the best price. I haven't had to use it yet, but I know it works very efficiently. Initially I just needed to have one and I think I saw the ad on TV. I've only had it all for about a month and a half. Anytime I've accidentally touched the button they have called right away to ask me if I'm ok. I have all three of their devices; I wear the wristband, the neck piece, and also the beeper that you can attach to other things. I like them all. The LEDs on them are great for an older person, that way I can see them well.

I liked the bit about no matter where you were to fall, I was connected. I don't know how the others work, but that appealed to me. I use it every day. I had to shovel some snow away from the back door, and I have a wrist monitor. I must've bumped it somehow, and I got a call immediately. I didn't realize I'd bumped it, so I'm satisfied that they were alert and called. I'd say they were on the ball. It's convenient and it's out of the way. I don't have anything dangling from my neck which I didn't particularly like, so I like the wristbands. So far I'm very satisfied.

I thought the value that you got for the price that you paid was good. Customer support is good, though I don't call them very often. The device gives me the best opportunity in terms of being able to go places with it. I do wish that there was an easier way to carry the ups pocket thing, like having a little pouch. The thing has a clip that you can use to put on your belt or something, but it's very hard for people with arthritis to open it and use it. That's the only drawback I've seen and I've told them that already.

The price is right, the service is great, and its availability was very easy. They shipped very quickly. I use the neck pendant in the house all the time, whenever I'm up out of bed. When I go out, I have the pager-sized device with me. At night I keep that device with me at the side of the bed, since it's easier to communicate with the operators that way. I haven't had any difficulties in customer support. Anytime I accidentally tripped the pager-type device or the neck pendant, they've contacted me in a reasonably short time'within about ten seconds.

So far, my experience has been that they answered promptly and see if you're all right. I've had it tested a couple of times and they were always right there to help me. I carry it with me when I leave the house, but I've not had to use it. I feel pretty secure when I carry that little mobile piece in my purse and I go out, and of course I have the bracelet or the necklace on. I feel very secure that somebody is there to help me if I need it. I think it's important that you're able to contact someone for help no matter where you are, and Mobile Help provides that.

I saw it on TV and I really liked the idea of being able to carry it all over the place with me. I also like that it has a lock box that I put in my backdoor. That way if I pass out on my backyard, someone can come in and find me anywhere in my home. The device is alright, though I haven't had to use it yet. I needed a company that could help me at the time and they were right there. I use it all the time, when I'm in the house, and especially when I'm in the shower. I wanted something so that when I went out I wouldn't have to worry about if I had to call somebody- all I would have to do is push a button. I had to use it and they answered. I got help. They checked to make sure I was okay. I live by myself and I think I feel a little safer here. This is the first time I've had one of these and now they know my information. They have all of my medicine and everything like that. So far I like I like the mobile help. I keep it on all twenty four hours. I'm on a fixed income, and the way I have it set up, I can have some protection and don't have to go bankrupt doing it.

I had been thinking about getting one for a long time. I really wanted to have something that I could take outdoors, even if I didn't go out that often. We have two elderly people at home and we feel very good having Mobile Help now. It's simple and easy to use. It had all of the features that we needed- the GPS, all of it. Doing the daily routine- walking and caring for animals that have to walk outside, and also even going in the car and going shopping- it gives us a lot more freedom. From the moment I called and got it installed and they called to check on it, I've gotten excellent, excellent service. After my mom saw an ad for it on TV she was after me for a long time so that I would get one. I am insulin dependant since I have juvenile diabetes. That means that I get low blood sugar and osteoporosis, so there's a nine out of ten chance that I'll fall and break a bone. I needed to have something like this in case that happened. They helped me get connected and set it all up. Thank god I haven't had to use it yet. The service is a little expensive for me since I'm on disability. I get a check once a month, and it's not a lot, but there's nothing I can do about that situation.

My dad is wearing it and he's eighty nine years old so typically he just sits in the chair all day at home. A couple of times it has gone off accidentally, so they responded quickly each time and that was good. Beyond them responding to the to the beep, they were very polite to him, and it is really nice and loud so he could hear the person calling when he was all the way upstairs in the bathroom, so that was good. I got it since it seemed better than the other companies out there. The fact that they had two separate buttons, the wrist watch and the little thing that you carry around with you, was also something that I liked. I haven't used it yet, but I like the device. The one you carry when you go out is small and compact, very easy to carry with you. The one that goes on your wrist while you're at home it's great, I don't even realize it's there. I got it because it gave me the option of being further away from home and still be protected in case I fall. The other ones just covered you while you were at home and that's no good. An accident could happen when I'm at the store, at church, or some other place. Things just happen and other people can't always help, so I got this so that people will know exactly what to do with me. They can get me help anywhere I am. I've had a couple of experiences where I fell and needed something to help me get up. Because of that I decided to look around. Most of the other options that I saw were either too expensive, didn't provide what I needed, or had a short range from the base. When I finally saw this one, I thought I'd call and find out more about them and give it a try. I've only had it for about a month and I haven't had to use it yet, thank goodness, but I just wear the watch. Depending on what I'm doing and where I'm going I use the other one. The people that I've talked to have been very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. They've covered my needs. For all the stuff you get, I was really surprised at the price they give you. I just picked it because it came in the mail and it looked pretty good. I haven't had to use it yet, but it has a few problems since it gives me a lot of false alarms. I mean, the wristband is good, but the equipment for fall detection is very sensitive. Still, I'm glad I have it because if I do fall I know I'll be taken care of. It has gone off once on its own and I've also tested it a couple of times. On a typical day, if the weather is clear, I'd be walking a couple of miles. I take the mobile bit with me in case I fall. I've tested it a couple of times, though on one occasion it just went off on its own. I'm not sure why that happened. Still, their response was immediate. The device and everything seem to be good. It's top notch, so I'm not concerned about it. It's all a little expensive though.

I liked what they offered. Especially the fact that they had the options for a pendant or a wristband to wear the button. The salesperson that I talked to was excellent, so I decided to get it. Their customer support is always accessible, though the one time I used it there was a 7 to 8 minute delay and somebody was talking to me. I think that the pendant is too big and the hole that you feed the string through is too small. I have a different string that I want to use and that one just doesn't fit so I'd recommend they do that change. Other than that, my experience with the company has been fine.

I just called them and since they offered me and my wife a good deal we just got it. It was something we needed. We haven't had to use it yet and so far my wife hasn't complained about any of it. Anytime we've had any accidental pushes they are always understanding. They also respond right away, we don't really have to wait for long for someone to come on the line, even if it's an accident. The button is small, easy to carry, and I haven't had any problems with it. It's pretty good.
