Been looking for a wearable mobile device that's practical, attractive and does the job. Most vendors offer clumsy equipment centric, heavy and hardly mobile systems. I finally found the answer in MobileHelp and it's doing the job. It's expensive upfront but it offers the latest technology and does multiple tasks not offered by other suppliers. Worth every penny and the monitoring fee is reasonable and competitive.

The price and extended coverage are great reasons to get this. I use it every day and it is comfortable and I just have to remember to take the battery with me. They also gave me a nice sign to put on my front door that says "don't forget me". I like the watch style, it's less obvious for when I go out. I've only had to call twice and I got immediate answers to my questions.

I did the testing procedure and it shows it did ring on the inside of the house, so I know that it does work. They've tried really hard to make sure the equipment is working properly and getting all of your family information. It's easy to install in the house and it's easy to access it in case of an emergency. I would recommend them to any senior because that way they will always have someone there to help them in their time of need.

The only problem I have is that I have to push the button to call them, other companies will have it work just by it falling. They mailed me everything and I haven't had any problems other than having to press the button. They sent me something saying that if I fell they would know but they needed information of who to call. I think the price is a little steep, but I'm willing to pay.

They told me it would work everywhere but it doesn't work in areas where there is a lot of dead space, so it didn't work at my granddaughter's house. Customer service was very accommodating, polite and nice when I worked with them, trying to get it to work there. Now I'm home, one of the things I like about it is that I don't need to have a home phone to have it work.

Just did some research and it was a good value and a good thing to have for a person that's elderly. It's a comforting factor that it is here to use if needed. They've been very accommodating, they called to check to make sure that everything is working properly. They're very efficient and it's a pleasure working with the company. The product seems to be very tough and it has not given any trouble so far. I've had no problem with it getting broken. I have had a couple of recommendation and I did a little research and I just decided that this was the best out there. When I talked to customer service on several occasions they seemed very professional, very knowledgeable and very helpful. I can use it when I go out which I love. It's always on me and the necklace can be worn in the shower which is great, I don't have to take it off, that's one of the things that I really love about it. If I need any help I can get a call by calling or just pressing the back of it and they immediately respond. It's really is nice to know that I have somebody for support. The price was good too.

When we got this we checked with several companies and knew this was a good company. They called and made sure everything was set up okay and double checked on us a couple of times to make sure we had no problems. My wife wears either the pendant or the wristband. My wife has had a couple of false alarms when she dropped her pendant, it sent an alert to the company and they immediately called us. We were able to cancel the alert, but we know that everything works great.

Well I tried some of the others the thing that decided most is that the way that the battery before it has to be recharged. No but I can certainly describe a situation I got involved in about a week ago. I would say maybe 4 well because of an experience I had with the other week ago. Yes, Okay I'm going to tell you about the past experience that's what I write are you listening? (rep says yes) Okay I tried to test the equipment and the units we're separated at the back of my house and what I was hearing on the same unit was not the same as told to me on the other unit so I ended up with the paramedics on my house and I don't need that cause I'm at a second home 500 miles away somewhere other than the medical use (unclear) as well so that wasn't too encouraging.

A couple of years ago I fell and fractured my pelvis. I could go nowhere and had no way to get help. That's why I decided to get it. I checked a couple of them before settling for MobileHelp. I've had it for 2 weeks or so. I take the mobile bit with me when I do volunteer work. I'm usually by myself for about an hour or so when I do that, so I just wear this thing constantly. It seems to be very well made and the necklace is just handy. I don't have to worry about it getting wet.

I just received it so I've only done testing with it but it was very effective. They knew exactly who I was and where I was. They were also very nice. We got it because of the cost and the features the equipment has. The small cellphone thing just fits in one of my shirt's pockets. I haven't really had to take the mobile base with me that much. I've only really tested it but it works and it appears to be well built. The people that I've talked to have been very good. They always get my questions answered promptly and professionally. Normally I just wear it at home and when I'm out and about. I've only had one problem with them. They sent me some forms they wanted me to review and sign and, in there, they had my emergency contacts in the wrong order of priority. I called them about that and they told me to sign it and send it back anyways, that they would just update that info on their system. Thing is, they literally sent me a contract. I was not about to sign a contract that was incorrect so I insisted they sent me a corrected one. It has been well over a week and I'm still waiting on it. They got me the equipment far faster than that form.

I was desperate at the time. When I saw their ad in the AARP magazine I decided to go with it since it looked like a pretty thorough service. I got it for my husband so that I can have some peace of mind since he has some dementia. They were very instructive when it came to setting everything up. That was wonderful because, when the box came in, I didn't know how I was going to do it. They explained everything very clearly to my husband and he was able to do everything. We didn't have to have one of our kids come out and do it. On an average day he uses it when I go out in case he falls while I'm not around. It's very sensitive. We've had it go off a few times without reason and it has been quite terrifying. The voice comes on saying 'fall detected' and he'll have to reset it and let them know he's ok. It takes some time to get used to it. So far it has been far more expensive than what I thought it was going to be. In the long run I think it'll be worth it.

My cousin did the research and suggested I go with them. Any time I've called them, they have answered the questions I have. The watch part is not very attractive. The only thing is that I was looking for a device that would have the GPS part integrated into the watch or something like that. They don't have that capability and I don't know of any company that does, so I didn't really get what I was looking for in the end.

My son in law is the one that did the research on it and thought that it sounded like the best option for me. I've been very happy with it, you get what you pay for. Customer service is very nice and they have been very helpful. The only thing that kind of bothers me about the device is the long cord on the necklace. It bothers me when I sleep with it. Other than that it's comfortable.

I live in a retirement building with my own apartment. I know a fellow that lives in the same building that uses them, so I decided to give them a try. My daughter is the one that talked to them and took care of everything for me since I'm hard of hearing. She seems very happy with them and so am I. It costs us $30 a month. I wear the wristband all the time, including when I go down to the dining room to eat. If I have to take the shuttle or bus to go shopping or something, I carry the other bit with me. Otherwise, I keep that one in its cradle charging.

I looked at about 7 different companies and I liked them best because of their reputation, reviews, and ratings with the better business bureau. Customer support is personable, professional, and they know their business well. If you have a question they can answer it without leaving the line. I haven't had to use it yet but it offers me some assurance, especially because it has the GPS in it. The equipment is good, it's lightweight and waterproof.

I figured they would be the best company for me. I looked at another place that provided me with similar things, but MobileHelp just seemed to have the best set up. I signed up and paid for a year's worth of it in advance. They have very good customer support. The man that we talked to was very thorough and answered any questions that we had. I got the arm band, the necklace, another thing that goes in the bathroom, and the smaller thing that you can actually carry around when you're out. I've set it off twice by mistake but that's it.

I saw an advertisement about them where they talked about what it could do. In the end I picked it because it lets you go for a good distance. The base unit has a range of 600ft around it or so but you also have something that can go different places with you. It's very convenient if I want to go out shopping or to church. They've answered all the questions that I've asked and explain things very well. They have also been very nice. I haven't had any problem with it, I just feel comfortable.

They had everything I wanted and their price was decent, so I got it. I just got it last week or so. I have the option of using the wrist bracelet or the neck one. I put it on when I get up in the morning and just wear it. I can take it with me into the shower and it dries up really fast right after. I also like the thing they give you to put on your door. It has a key in it so that someone can come help you if you can't open the door. Customer support has been fine too. They have explained everything so far, I've had no questions.

I looked around and all the medical alert services were pretty much the same. I just like MobileHelp's pendant and price better. Their salesman, Joe, was very, very helpful when signing me up. The pendant is not as heavy as the other ones I saw around. On a typical day I put the pendant on in the morning and take it off when I go to bed. I've only had it for a few weeks but I had to use it last week, I was happy with the results. They were very efficient. They took care of me and notified my daughter about the situation. They did everything they had to do.

I live by myself and had been thinking about getting one of these for a while but I kept putting it off. It wasn't until after I ended up in the hospital again that I decided to finally take care of my own life and get it. After seeing their advertisement, I contacted them. From the information that I got, I figured it would be the best one for me. I've only had my med alert about 2 or 3 weeks. The other evening, I was stretching for bed and I set it off. They immediately came on the base, which was good. I do have one complain, the magnet on my necklace is really not strong enough. A time or two I have caught it on my arm while sleeping and when I wake up it's not around my neck anymore.

Everything seems to be good quality. The one that goes around your neck is too sensitive though. If you touch it or move the wrong way, it goes off. The wrist one is a little less sensitive and, other than that, everything is good. The response that I get when I call is good. If I go out, no matter where I am, it's always there for me. Other kinds of devices only work inside the house you know. It's a wonderful thing to have for people with a lot of medical problems.

I picked them because they had the smallest button that you could wear as a necklace. I thought that I was going to get it with a silver cord or something of the sort. Instead it comes with this black string, which is ridiculous. I've been trying to call them about that but they're not great about answering the phone. They should also have it so that I don't have to carry an extra thing in my purse when I go out. They should just have it like other companies that have everything you need to talk with them in one piece.

The thing that made me want to have it was that my husband went into respiratory failure because he had the flu. After that, I decided to get it. I've only had it for a month or so and I'm still learning how to use it. We have the part that goes with you when you're out and about and we also have the pendant that detects falls. The only problem I ever had was when I was in the shed. I think I swung the necklace too much because next thing I know it was telling me that an alert had been sent out. It kind of scared me but they answered right away. I've learned how to deal with it since then.

I picked them because they had more to offer than the other service I had. The other one didn't even have GPS. MobileHelp has a lot of great advantage points to it. It's very convenient and it works well for me. The buttons are good quality. They're waterproof so I don't have to worry about them getting wet. I wear it every day. It's not bulky compared to the other one I had. I mean, it had Velcro strap to keep it together and it kept getting stuck on things. This one is all rubber, so I don't have any problems with it. I know that if I fall I can at least get some help. There were a few times with the other company where I fell but nobody was there to help me.

I like that you can carry this thing out of your house wherever you go and they can still monitor you. The only time I pushed the button was when we were testing it and they were really fast. The general information that I saw was very clear and detailed, so I gave them a call and decided to sign up. Everybody has been very helpful. My first and only experience with the button that I wear around my neck happened while I was asleep. I rolled over on the unit and set off the alarm. Since my hearing is bad I didn't hear anything and pretty soon I had the fire department out here trying to figure out who was injured. I didn't like the situation at all, so I stopped wearing the button to bed. I still keep it handy when I sleep though.

Anytime I had a question they're right there, ready to answer it and tell me what to do. The first one that we ordered did not work right. The second one we got worked a lot better. It also came with the wristband and the other two parts that I wanted. I have never had to use it since I got it but several times I've been lying down and somehow pressed the button by accident. They treated me very nice when that happened and tried to help me figure out what was going wrong, I really appreciated that. Now everything is working alright. It really works well, if I need it I know I'll be fine.

I'm 72 and I still work in the yard or in the shop. I'm by myself 90% of the time so I just needed a little back up. I heard a commercial for them and decided to check it out. I think that, in the end, they were the best option. Customer service is fantastic, their response has been good so far when I call to check on the thing and make sure that it's working properly. They have responded to anything that has happened so far, so that leads me to believe that if I had an emergency, they would be right there. It gives me peace of mind that I if anything happens in my house, I can get help with my device.

We are getting up in age and, since we wanted to be on the safe side of things, we got it for ourselves. My mother used to have the pendant, in fact she had it for quite a while. I know it works well because she used it a few times. When we talked to them they were very accurate about telling us how everything worked. They were very open about everything. Before I had MobileHelp I had a stroke and fell. Nobody knew and nobody came to help me until my son came in, found me on the floor, and took me to the hospital. I feel safer having it around. I wear the device around my neck and on my arm. I've only had it for a short period of time but I know the device works because I've accidentally hit the button and set it off. The unit immediately said 'fall detected.' I feel safe knowing that if something did happen to me, the alarm would go off and somebody would be there to lend me some sort of assistance. Me and my son called a lot of different companies and they all did about the same thing. For some reason MobileHelp appealed a lot more to me, so I went with it. They had more to offer than any other system that I looked at. One of the things they had was this little button that you could take in its cradle whenever you went away from the house. It could go on vacation with you and get you help no matter where you went. I really liked that. I haven't had to use it but it has gone off accidentally. Sometimes I can hit the reset button right away, but I've gotten a quick response whenever that happens. They're very compassionate when they respond too.

I like that they let me choose between having something just for my house or something that worked everywhere. Not all companies do that. I have the bracelet and it's very light. I don't even feel it on my wrist. Thank god I haven't had to use it, but I did have a little accident where I bumped it. Of course, a signal went off and they responded right away. MobileHelp just offered a lot more for the money and their equipment was smaller too. I just felt safer going with them. The button is very comfortable to wear. I have everything charged up and ready to go if I need it. The gentleman that my son talked to about the service explained everything about the prices and everything.
