Good concept

I use my medical guardian device because I ride horseback in remote areas alone. Initially I was given the impression that this was done by satellite and will pick up anywhere. I found out it's on an AT&T line which is sporadic in coverage

Of the two people we worked with, one was good and one was bad. We'd also suggest that they put out a decent manual of how to use it, with a readable font. We got it for my wife because she had a fall, and we wanted to be alert to any similar incident, but we haven't used it yet. They sold it to us, and It's been activated.

The Sales Representative filled me in on the details of how it works, and how to use it. I've only had to test it, but thankfully not for an emergency. They did make the commitment of sending me a fire proof lock box if I paid 2 months in advance. To this day, I haven't received it.

My satisfaction with Medical Guardian is 50/50. We tried to use it 6 weeks after mailing in all the paperwork they required, and they had never entered the phone numbers of our contacts. They ended up calling an ambulance instead. They system itself was okay.
