When I go out I take it out of the holder and put it on my pocket. It's nice knowing that I have it if I need it, but it seems to be a little expensive. I have to consistently pay for it rather than straight out buying it and since I've never use it's weird not to get some money back.

I was looking for something that could help me if I happened to fall down. I wanted to make sure I would be able to get help if that happened. I have the button attached to my wrist, so I just put it on and have no problems with it. It works and I can rely on it. I haven't really gotten good support from them though. It's very poor, they're always out to get more money. Billing is also very poor. Still, they're an outstanding company.

I did an internet search and got it for my mother. The button is alright. It looks ok, it's not too big, and it works fine. We had a lot of problems with customer service though. I don't think they handled our agreement properly. It has taken weeks and several phone calls and emails to try and get things straightened out and we still couldn't get things right. I even had to go to the better business bureau and only then did things get resolved. Based on that experience, I wouldn't use them again.
