I signed up with Medical Guardian because it is able to extend outside. When my mother fell, Medical Guardian notified both me and the ambulances.

I misread something and thought that it reached further than it actually does. It doesn't pick up sound except from about 12 feet or something like that. It's a nice compact device that I can wear under my clothes, but if I walk across the street and fall, it won't pick it up.
