I could not use it. The only time I needed to use it, I locked myself out and I needed to get the key that's in the lot lock box it would not open I had three people come and try to open it with the dial and it will not open I have to have somebody come out check so the only experience I've had with them is that it didn't work. Their customer representative was very friendly to you made the sale and then she cut you off cold. I haven't had any support if you go by what support what I've had.

It is difficult to say how to rate the device as I have not had to use it. I will say that the lights blink frequently, meaning that the cell towers are being iffy. when I tested it during one of the blinking times I could not get through which is concerning as if a test is not going to work, how would a true emergency be?
