I've only set it off one time after I first got it and they immediately responded. I have the bracelet and I don't like it because it's too large and it doesn't stay fastened. It keeps coming open and falling off my arm.

Have had no special need so really don't know how good they are! Was disappointed to find there was an additional fee for picking up on a fall when incapable of pushing button. Was more than disappointed, was mad.
