They answer every time and are very very courteous and seem genuinely concerned in instances of emergencies. It goes off easily when it's accidentally pushed. We test it several times through the month just to make sure it works right and we haven't had any problems.

We've had all the help we ever needed. If we had a question that had to be answered, they answered it to our satisfaction. When we originally got it, I assumed that my mother would be able to talk to the LifeStation person through her pendant and we found out that she could not and that she had to speak through the base part of it.

Phone is answered immediately when I've called. Your people are very polite. I wanted my box hooked up to my cel phone and woman who answered knew exactly how to do it. I accidently pressed the button on the necklace (at three in the morning) and was treated very politly and person who answered made sure I was really alright.

It would be nice if it was smaller and less obtrusive but other than that it works perfectly fine. My mother needed it because she fell down and she needed to use the device and they called me at the same time they called the rescue. Keep up the good work LifeStation

They have always been very helpful and we've had a couple of times in need of their help and they've always been very good about it. They have always been available. I test it about every month to make sure it's active. One time it was used by mistake because I hit the device and my granddaughter had called me and told me that they had paramedics coming so I had to meet them at the door and tell him I was fine.

I like it. It's handy. I tested it one time and it was a little bit longer than usual and I happened to walk out of the house and while I was out, the person called me and I got the fire department and police pulling up in front of my house. I'm satisfied with the job they've done.

They always answer the phone it seems. It's a little longer than it was when I first ordered it. I would be a lot more at easy if they answered quicker when they are called. The wait time is a little longer than before. I have the full alert for the falls and it's very sensitive. I have set it off a few times because it's more sensitive than the original I had.

The device is very user friendly. I have tested it several times and it's worked every time. There was one time it didn't report but I contacted LifeStation and they immediately reset it. Every time I've contacted them, LifeStation has answered immediately and answered all of my questions.

They do what they say they're going to do and they do more than you expect they'll do. I like the way that they people you talk to answer your questions you need to ask and they're right on the spot. Every time I push the button they always come right on and within a couple minutes they called the fire department on me.

The customer service has always answered my questions when I have them and usually get back to me pretty quickly when I do call. They have been there on several occasions and they've been very helpful and I appreciate them being there. My dad had fallen and I was not home and I got a call from LifeStation saying that he had fallen and I was able to contact my husband he was able to get home and help him so that was appreciated that if he didn't have LifeStation, he would have been laying on the floor for who knows how long until one of us got home.

I've used it two times to go to the hospital and I found it to be very good. Mine is old and they were going to send me a new one but I told them not to because I've been using this one for years and it's a life saver. One time I was sick and it was in the evening and they took me right to the hospital and my daughter met me there.

The customer service is always available for answering questions or anything else. One time I had a stroke and I used the device to get help. It has saved my life on occasion. I live alone and that was my way to get help when I had fallen down.

The customer service answers right away. Sometimes it goes off when there isn't a reason for it, but it doesn't happen often. I did have one bad fall where it didn't go off, but I didn't fall from a height. I did fall in the yard once and there were no neighbors need and I called the emergency squad and they came.

There's been a time where we pushed the button and it took a good two minutes for somebody to come on the line. The equipment's pretty bulky and takes quite a bit of counter space. We've had to have it replaced four different times. The most recent time we tested it, it took like three minutes to get somebody on the line.

One time I was home and I couldn't get to the device but I made a sound. It goes off if you can't get to the button and you just ask for help. And they ask if you need help and you say yes and you don't have to say anything more. They got the ambulance right away and I'm okay.

Every time I have to use LifeStation, they've been very helpful. I like that it works quickly but I don't like that when I'm upstairs, I don't think it's possible for me to talk to them. I'm on a severe insulin because I'm a diabetic and I've had to use it when my blood sugar has gotten so low that I'm passing out, so that works good. I've been upstairs and leaned against the window and started the alarm and I wasn't able to cancel it from upstairs. I wish there was a way to cancel it from the device.

If you are worried about being able to talk to us when using the device, we would ask you to make sure that the device is in the center of your home to allow it the greatest chance of being able to reach you anywhere in the house.

I've tested a lot sometimes by mistake and I press the button and they're always so gentle and so nice when I call them back. Back before Christmas I fell and broke my pelvis and I could not get off the floor and I pushed my button and LifeStation came and helped me and I got in the hospital that night. I feel very grateful to them.

They were very slow to answer. They were thorough in explaining what was involved. I have a previous unit from another company what when I press the buttons, I got a response immediately. This one, I press the button and I get some kind of a buzz thing and I'm pretty sure it's a telephone ringing and then they come online. They're very thorough but if I was in a situation where I needed help, I don't want to wait around for a phone ringing. I don't appreciate that the necklace flops around.

I was scrubbing my bath tub one day and I had the necklace and I bumped it and it went off and I couldn't figure out who was talking to me. It was my fault, but they're on the ball. I wish it would go farther. It doesn't go as far when I'm at church.

So far, I've only needed them one time. And it just so happened that my battery went out and they were there. Their support has been wonderful. They're sending me a whole new machine, it isn't going to cost me anything, it's part of my contract with them. They've just been great. It only takes care of my immediate problems at my house. If I would be at the store and fall, I'm not covered by anything. I've had good responses whenever I needed them. I was in my backyard and I locked myself out and so I called my home base and they sent someone out to open my door for me.

I have a problem with the thing that holds the strap together. It keeps coming off so I wear the wristband. One time I called in, it doesn't seem to get to the police. They didn't know where the lock key was. They started to knock on my door. LifeStation said they did tell them but there was confusion.

All I have to do is touch it and they'll call me right away. The only bad experience I had was when they came while I was in the shower because the water caused the alarm to go off. I wish the price would come down a little bit because I don't have that much money.

I have called them twice and they were right there for me. The other day I lost my necklace and couldn't find it. They said they were sorry but they could send me one. The price is right. It's not too high for someone like myself. The only feature I don't like is that even if you fall, you can't get to the phone for them to pick up.

I went out to the mailbox and evidently touched my life alert button and I didn't hear anybody talking in the house because I was out by the mailbox and here comes the ambulance and they said my alert went off and I didn't even know.

When I got it and accidentally rolled over in bed, I never get barked at our anything for making mistakes. When I need them, they're right there and they've been there two times when I have really needed them. When it's quite a ways away from me and I can hear the operator very well and she can hear me.

I haven't had a lot of contact with the customer service people but what I have had has been very good. They've been really good about sending somebody out even one time when I accidentally turned it off and turned it on again. My phone wasn't working so they couldn't get ahold of me so they sent somebody out which made me feel really safe.

They are very nice and personable and friendly. They are really quick to respond, I've never had an instance where I couldn't get ahold of them immediately. The device itself is wonderful. You push the button and they're always on immediately. My only complaint with it is the long length of the cord. I keep getting it stuck.

Several times when the button was hit by accident, somebody always called and they're very courteous about it. They're not upset or anything. They're always nice and pleasant when the call and talk to me. Two different times in the middle of the night when everyone was in bed, they said there was an alarm go off.

When I check in, everyone is cheerful. LifeStation's medical alert is a good device. The only thing I'm not sure about is that if I'm upstairs, I don't know whether or not it can hear me. I know that if I push the button it works. But I don't know if I had to say something if you would hear me.
