Predatory lender. No way of ever paying back loan.

Reply from Maxlend

Hi Patrick,

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations.

At MaxLend, transparency is very important to us. All loan terms—including the Annual Percentage Rate (APR), payment schedule, finance charges, and total repayment amount—are clearly outlined in the loan agreement that is provided for your review before any agreement is signed.

We provide flexible repayment options available to help manage each loan more comfortably:

Early Payoff – You’re welcome to pay off your loan at any time with no prepayment penalties. This can help you save significantly on interest.

Additional Principal Payments – You can make extra payments toward your principal balance, which reduces the total interest paid and shortens the life of the loan.

Should you need us in the future or if you wish to speak with us sooner, please do not hesitate to contact us directly at info@maxlend.com or call 877-936-4336.

Best regards,

Your interest rate is insane. Almost 700 % interest rate. Would not use them for anything.

Reply from Maxlend

Hi Ryan,

Thank you for your recent feedback. At MaxLend, ensuring that our customers fully understand their loan terms is a top priority, and we apologize for any confusion regarding the terms of your loan.

At MaxLend, we offer flexible repayment options that may help reduce the overall cost of your loan. In addition to your regularly scheduled payments, you have two additional options: (1) You can pay off the loan early without any prepayment penalties, which will save you on interest, or (2) you can make additional payments toward the principal balance, which will also reduce interest and shorten the life of the loan.

Your loan agreements we provide detail the overall cost of the loan, finance charge, loan term, scheduled due dates and payment amounts. A copy of your loan agreement is available to you at any time by logging into your MaxLend account, and we are here to discuss the terms of your loan with you in more detail. Please email us directly at custadvocate@maxlend.com or call us at 855-201-4677. We’re available from 8AM – 8PM EST, Monday – Friday
