Thank you for sharing your feedback! We understand that interest rates can be a concern.
Keep in mind, you are never obligated to keep the loan for the entire duration of its term, and – in addition to keeping with your regularly scheduled payment and amounts – there are two (2) additional repayment options available to you. At any point in time, you may (1) pay off the loan early with no prepayment penalties to save on interest, or (2) you may make additional payments toward the principal balance, which will also save on interest and shorten the life of the loan. This information is also located in your loan documents.
If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us at info@maxlend.com or call 877-936-4336. We're always here to help!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are thrilled to hear about your positive experience with our service.
It's important to emphasize that you are not obligated to maintain the loan for its entire term.
You have the flexibility to take advantage of two options:
Pay off the loan early with no prepayment penalties to save on interest.
Make additional payments toward the principal balance, which will also save on interest and shorten the life of the loan.
These options are outlined in your loan agreement, which you can access at any time by logging into your MaxLend account. We are also available to discuss the terms of your loan with you in more detail. Please feel free to email us directly at ombudsman@maxlend.com or call us at 855-201-4677. Our team is available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Thank you once again for your feedback. We value your business and are here to assist you.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely value our customers' satisfaction, and it is disheartening to hear that you are dissatisfied with your recent experience. We have been attempting to reach out to you at the phone numbers provided on your application, but unfortunately, we have been unable to connect with you.
We understand the importance of providing clarity regarding loan terms, and we apologize if there was any confusion. The loan documents provided to you at the time of your loan acceptance comprehensively outlined your full payment schedule, including the amounts due on each of your due dates, and the associated finance charge based on the scheduled payments.
It's important to note that, as outlined in the loan agreement, you are never obligated to retain the loan for its entire duration. We acknowledge that you chose to utilize the option to pay off your loan early, which effectively saved you on interest costs. Additionally, you also had the option to make additional payments toward the principal balance, which would have further reduced interest costs and shortened the life of the loan.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, at 855-201-4677, or via email at ombudsman@maxlend.com. We are committed to addressing any issues you may have and ensuring your satisfaction.

Thank you for your feedback. We value your honesty and the opportunity to address any concerns you may have.
At MaxLend, we strive to be transparent with our customers by providing a full loan agreement before funding, which outlines all payment amounts, terms, and the total cost of the loan. Our installment loans are designed to assist customers with short-term financial needs.
Keep in mind you are not obligated to keep the life of the loan, you have flexible repayment options to help reduce the overall cost of the loan:
Early Payoff – Pay off your loan at any time with no prepayment penalties, which can reduce interest charges.
Additional Payments – Make extra payments toward your principal balance, lowering interest and shortening the life of your loan.
If you have any questions about your loan or would like guidance on repayment options, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@maxlend.com or call 877-936-4336.
