I applied and got a call immediately...it was quick and easy....less than an hour or two later it was approved and I received a message saying funds were on the way...this was all around 11am....by 5:00pm I got another message, "you have received a direct deposit".....how great is that????....I was so relieved...problem solved!!!!!

It's perfect to give yourself enough time to get yourself out of a pinch. What I will say is make sure you can pay it off sooner than later, otherwise you'll end up paying double the loaned amount. Not going to lie, I thought I was going to be scammed at first; but I took the risk here and all is good.

The process was quick when I needed emergency funds, though as others have said, the interest rates are crazy - I did pay mine off almost immediately and still got hit by some high interest woes, but I knew what I was signing up for.
What I'm frustrated with, is the CONSTANT calls I'm still getting from them with vague messages, "we'd like to talk to you regarding your past loan" like, leave me alone? I'm done. If I have need of their services again, I would have reached out myself, but now after being hounded? I would not choose them again. It's been literal months and it's almost a twice a day call AND voicemail, ridiculous.

I liked the ease of obtaining the loan and was thankful to have a an alternative option, but get small loans you know you can repay it as soon as possible or else you will make payments for months and months with the accumulated interest.

My employer changed pay days from once a week to every other week and I t hankful for maxlend I paid two credit cards and also rid the negative at the bank till payday. I’ve been waiting for income tax too but I’m thankful for maxlend saving my but cause I have a family of 4 and I’m head of household.

All the customer service representatives I interacted with were excellent.
It was challenging to ascertain the interest rate until after the completion of the signing process, and the interest rate is quite high, bordering on predatory. Nevertheless, overall, your organization provided me with a solution in a difficult situation. I would not recommend this type of loan unless it is an absolute emergency and you are able to repay it by your next paycheck.

I was completely shaken by the Maxlend response to my already stressful experience of having my 24 year old bank account emptied by some fraudulent activity. My bank closed the account and opened a new one for me. I called Maxlend to alert them to my problem and ask that one payment be deferred. It was but before I could enter my new account number another payment was processed. That payment was returned because the account was closed and that put me in default.
I have a long history with Maxlend. There were never any problems. I think I deserved better given that I made a serious effort to avoid any disruption to my payments.

So , i took a loan out when I was in a pinch and had to pay EZ pass fines to get my car registration fixed. The lending process is quick and it is easy, the money is in your account the same day.BUT BEWARE, it’s Very high interest and you will pay back 3 or 4 times of what you borrowed. This can cost you hundreds of dollars every paycheck for the better part of a year. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to payoff ASAP. They get a 3 star rating because they are fast and the process is easy and getting in contact with them is not hard at all. They also give you your payment schedule for the entire term of the loan and the costumer service reps are also friendly and professional. maxlend loses 2 stars because of the high interest rate. Those that don’t have the means to payoff the loan within a month should stay clear. If you make enough to payoff within the first month and are looking to just take care of an unforeseen expense real quick it’s ok to get. They don’t directly tell you how much the loan will cost you but it is written on the documentation before you sign SO PLEASE READ IT ALL before signing. The payoff process is easy but they do take the current scheduled payment before you are even with them. They will contact you about taking another loan but all lenders do. USE WITH CAUTION and READ everything before you sign. Only use when in need of emergency funds , NOT to be used to fix long term financial issues !!!!

it has been good in the past and I got my last one paid off and was approved for 1,300 and then out of the middle of nowhere down to 650 and I didn't get a reason for why and it kind of ruined doing it so I might just pay it off and find a difference

This was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH MAXLEND. I'm so very glad it was documented that they were NOT supposed to have taken ANY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. And it left me TOTALLY BROKE for the entire weekend, which was the worst predicament to be in when you have things that were scheduled to be done.

High interest rate. There is no option to pay out early without interest. I’ve borrowed twice and make y’all rich with ridiculous interest and I’m still a “green” borrower. I guess everybody has to make their money the way they have to make it.

I will start by saying if I hadn't gotten myself into this predicament I would not have had to use Maxlend. With that said the interest rates are astronomical and are predatory lending at its worst. I will do whatever it takes to pay them off ASAP and move on. Do yourself a favor and avoid, no RUN from.

The interest is killing me right now and there's no end to this loan because I have no spare funds to cover it. On top of that they wouldn't let me apply for the full approved amount before paying off the small loan when I contacted them because I should have taken the biggeramount to have a cushion
