Maxlend interest fees are extremely high and if you don't need a loan immediately, I would not suggest Maxlend. Maxlend does not give you any perks or breaks when your loan is paid off and you get another loan, the interest fees are still high.

All the customer service representatives I interacted with were excellent. It was challenging to ascertain the interest rate until after the completion of the signing process, and the interest rate is quite high, bordering on predatory. Nevertheless, overall, your organization provided me with a solution in a difficult situation. I would not recommend this type of loan unless it is an absolute emergency and you are able to repay it by your next paycheck.

Yes, I got the loan when I needed it; however, I will NEVER make this mistake again. I would not recommend anyone to use this service or any service like it. The fees are absolutely ridiculous. An ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME!!! After getting an email stating that my loan was pre-approved for $800, I called, and after verifying all my information and updating a checking acct # they had (one I have not had in years) they said I my pre-approved amount is $525, I was confused, I decided to go ahead. I had to e-sign, so I did, after that, I had to make another call, and they said I have to re-sign because there was a change in the checking acct information, then they had to verify my workplace and phone, and then verify my bank while I was on the phone. Then they said my application has been denied. I am confused and this is just a scam. I feel I lost hours of my day just trying to get this small loan. Will not do any business with this place and now I have to monitor my acct just in case they are leeches.

Criminally high interest rates, treat this as only an emergency that you can pay off in less than a week, knowing that you will also get hit with a high 'service fee'. if you don't pay your balance less that a week and let them take it out of your pay check, you will forever be in debt and your other bills will suffer. The interest rate for my loan was 400%, yes 400% not a typo. Only use if you can pay off in a week!! If not, you will get hurt paying them back big time. But they will get you give you the loan quick! Also, anyone can post reviews on this site so be wary of all the 5 stars and great reviews.

I give 3 stars because 1. it is easy to get a loan from them. and 2. The customer Service is very friendly. Now the downside is the interest rate is CRAZY!! I took a loan out for $500 and I had to pay back $1300! You can't make payments online, it has to be debited out of your account or you have to call in the payments; and when you call the payments in you will be on hold for 30 minutes to an hour. I personally do not recommend this company. Please don't make the same mistake I made, read the terms and agreements before you sign with any lender.

I requested a loan and was approved for 1050.00. It was for an emergency. I'm on a fixed income and now my emergency is greater because they charged me over 4,000 dollars for a 1000,oo dollar loan. I am sending my docs to the state attorney General. I didn't realize until later just how much I was being charged in payback. I can't pay anymore. I have more than paid my loan off. Extreme interest rate. Wholly do not recommend . This has to be in violation of usury laws and feels predatory to me as a disabled senior citizen
