Worse internet co.pany around. Poor service and they offer no discounts for seniors unless you disconnect and start a new account. Discounts for seniors and for hardship should be automatic. Can't wait to switch

Since Charter Spectrum took over Time Warner Cable, I've had the most horrible experience with them!! They spiked the rates after the transition and we just had to cancel the services. Very disappointing!
