They did not show up at all for installation. The dispatched tried to ping and call the tech but no answer. I work two jobs and had to take the day off for nothing. When called I was informed they were over booked and just couldn't get to me.

Slowest internet I've ever had. Freezes several times each day. When I call to report a problem they tell me they have too many people on the hub. Isn't that their fault for signing up too many people? It's as slow as dial up when it works.

Bill jumped from $190.00 to $319.53 and I have the bundle that started out at $99.00... what a nightmare since it changed to Frontier. They can charge you what ever the want. I will be finding any internet provider.

I had a terrible experience calling in. The salesman was incredibly pushy and rude. I was fully open to being convinced to switch with just a few questions. He never even answered my questions, he was too focused on bad-mouthing my current internet provider and trying to up-sell me. They lost what should have been an easy sell.

Poor Customer Service. Expect to be on hold for 10 - 25 minutes before you can talk to anyone. Missed two installation appointments and did not bother to call, text or send email. Did not get promised credit for missed appointment. Charged more than shown when I signed up on the internet.

Absolutely crap! Unreliable. They don't care. We've been down for two months and they have admitted it's on their end but not coming out until Nov 27 to fix it. They can do everything to improve. I rate them MINUS 100 stead, I repeat NEGATIVE rating.

I have had nothing but trouble from frontier. A technician has been out to the house at least once a month and we still go without connection longer than we have it. There was a technician out today but still I have not had connection longer than 5mn for the past 8 hours. When it is connected, it's fast. This is the minority of the time though.

They tell you a price and what speed connection they can give you, but they fail to mention all the hidden fees installation charges and on top of it try to charge you for a technician coming to your house even if they don't. They also let you update and then do not send you the update equipment that you need.

When I left Florida Frontier said they did not want my TV Cable Boxes and only wanted my modem and did not care what I did with my TV boxes.5 Months they want them back or else. This should be illegal and I consider this nothing but dishonesty and Harassment. I am sure this has happened to alot of Florida people and wish they would speak out.

Service went out on Tuesday, that includes Internet, phone and cable. I have been told a tech can't get out to fix for a week. WTF! My son home schools, I work out of the house. Do not sign up with these clowns. It's obvious they are way over their heads when they bought our Verizon in three states.

Horrible customer service!! They even tell you they have available service at you up with a instalation date to call the day before and say Oh all our ports are full you are not getting Internet fir who knows how long Ave this is after paying a deposit etc

I have been on the phone over one hour with customer service trying to set up a tech to come to my home for repair of phone line. Get disconnected and have to start over. They had me reboot my modem and now my phone does not work, no my TV. It worked before. The worst CS I have delt with. Im going to be looking to direct TV or Dish.

Run, don't walk, away from this company! Stuck in the Fios change over. Nightmare!!!! Nothing works. Customer service is horrible, 3 hang ups/disconnects in one day. Service outages for over a week now with no idea when it will be fixed. Outsourced employees that can't articulate clear in English.

We had Frontier when they first came out. They were Slow and when you tried to get a Faster Speed they would tell you that they have you on it but it’s still so Slow. There Customer Service is a lot to be concerned with. No one knows what they are doing.

It was shorty internet, and the price was average. It was never a guarantee the service would work and getting the tech to your house was hard. The customer service was great tho.

We just disconnected out frontier internet and phone. We now use xfinity. Frontier internet was very weak. Would not reach areas in the house. Needed better stronger internet for security cameras

Good channels and I love that they have Glenn Beck's THE BLAZE, but their billing is terrible. They can't keep their billing straight and I won't give them access to my checking account to withdraw.

Why can't I give zero stars? By far the worst internet. Everytime it rains our super slow internet completely stops working. Technician will be out in 12 days. If you have any other option do not do frontier.

This company claims they are high speed. On a good day the fastest download speed is 5.7 mps. That's not fast at all. Their internet infrastructure in my area in northern CA is antiquated.

Customer service is the worst,overcharged me $142 one month for 2 service calls that were 100% Frontier's fault.Was on the phone for 31/2 hours talking to 5 different people and still the issue is unresolved

There is not enough bandwidth to stream tv programs, which make cable or satellite necessary. I chose them based on price, but do think they should offer a better product.
