So sad to hear that frontier has gone to tactics of AT&T and Direct tv, two failing companies and now they will drag Frontier to their level. I have had a phone through Frontier for over 9 years and now they have partnered up with AT&T and Direct TV it's going downhill fast. Customer service is a joke.

So for our cabin in WV they are the only option for internet service. It is slow dsl like 1mb speed. Better than dialup but insufficient for streaming to the roku.

Had Frontier briefly. The techs were prompt and professional. Speeds were ok for three levels in the home. Prices were a little high, though.

Frontier is honestly the worst internet provider I have ever used. The connection was always spotty. The prices were high. The customer service was no help when I would try to call to get it working on the many occasions it stopped working. I would never recommend Frontier.

Frontier does not have good wifi in Carbondale, IL if you are renting an apartment. Can't even get good connection when its just one thing on the wifi.
