I really do like xfinity Internet and telephone service. I have had them for about 2 years. I've only had about 3 outages the whole entire time but it didnt last very long.

It's not too bad, but during the middle of the night my wi-fi keeps getting disconnected and I don't like it. Since I game too it's not good for gaming consoles at all. It works good some days but not everyday.

Poor company, poor customer service. We had agreed to have Xfinity be our internet provider. A new cable line had to be buried from the street to our home in order for that to take place. We had technicians come to our home to install the internet in our home 3 times and the outside line had still not been installed. Poor communication in their company. Two of the technicians suggested that they could just lay the cable over the lawn and driveway. Ridiculous. The third time we canceled and declined services. Two days later we got a message that our cable line had been buried. Ridiculous.

Pricey, but most readily available. Haven't had many issues with speeds, but occasionally will get unexpected service interruptions. Having access to the hotspots around town is valuable, however.

Absolutely the worst customer experience I've ever experienced. I was moved to a location that did not have Comcast service. I paid everything in full and canceled the service. I spoke directly to them and was assured I had pail all I needed to. Fast forward several months and I get a call from a bill collector saying that I was being sued for past due amount of $150 in cancellation fees. I had to formally dispute the situation and spent many hours on the phone getting it fixed. Terrible.

Xfinity has a monopoly in the area I am in however the service has been reliable, I wish they offered cheaper options for having internet only instead of being forced into a bundled package with home phone and cable.

Just got xfinity hooked up. Still getting used to it. Don’t like how it doesn’t have the same channels as DVT. Also, when watching tv, our volume gets really low and we cannot hear. Then it comes back up really loud. Tried to fix the audio but no luck.

Alright internet with terrible customer service. Internet so were always slower than advertised, and will an almost complete monopoly Xfinity had no incentive to improve performance in my area. Cancelling service was a chore and the company doesn't allow cancellation sooner than ten days before the desired end date (a restriction that regular utilities do not make)

There are only two internet service providers in my area, and Comcast is the cheaper of the two, so that's pretty much the only reason I chose it. Service has been pretty reliable, but every little thing is an extra expense.

Have been a customer for a little over a decade and still paying a high bill for just wi-fi only. I've spoken to numerous customer service representatives and they always just give me the run around. Their connection is great, but the price for it is high, especially for just wi-fi.

Do I have to give them 1 star? I had a horrific experience with Comcast Xfinity Business. Their salespeople are liars, their installation crew couldn't figure out how to set it up, leaving my business out of internet off and on for about my first month, the customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with, and their business contract is robbery, making it nearly impossible to exit a contract. I tried to exit but was threatened with $2500+ exit fees. The product(phones and internet) are actually pretty good but the rest of the business model is one to stay away from.

it is pretty pricey for internet that is quite slow, I was not disappointed at the beginning but gradually as time went on internet was slower and slower. I do not live in a rural area so I would expect better connection.

Our only option for wireless internet in Utah. Since it's a monopoly we pay a steep fee for speed. I would sever ties forever, it's my husband who can't live without the internet to watch Netflix.
