They have turned off and on for years now. The reason is they refuse to make my pay date (Social Security) 10 days after their pay date. Result is late fees and suspending services every other month or so.

This company was awesome at our apartment but turned into a complete nightmare at our house! They did not show up for an appointment twice and we were left without internet for days! I run an online business so this was totally unacceptable! We ended up using a different company when they failed to show up for the second appointment!

This company gets u wrapped into extra charges and they don’t tell you They let u find out when u get your bill. The customer service doesn’t care if they have done u wrong and they will gladly let u change companies they don’t care And their internet goes out every week for at least an hour.

My service was always disrupted. They have issues during storms. Poor customer service. Not helpful. The reps are outsourced so it’s difficult to communicate with them. We relocated and they took money for breaking the contract. Refunded me $1.

I will never use them again. Comcast was the worse provider I have ever used. Sent me a box. When I wanted to return it, they sent me another box and billed me for it. Customer service will tell you what you want to hear to get their good review. But not do anything to really help you

The internet gives me the "not connected" prompt on a regular basis. You can't work from home when the internet continues to cut out. And if I have the fastest connection (as I'm paying for it), I'd hate to have the slower connection.

For two years I suffered with Comcast as they continuously raised our price despite having signed a contract for a fixed price. Their service was unreliable and I’d much prefer to have reliable internet instead of getting $20 credits. I’m so glad I’ve left them.
