This provider has one of the Best service coverages for most areas(even rural!) but, the price point is not good. Their is Always something that either interrupts service and you constantly have to place service call/requests.

When we had ATT in the past it was great, but something in Dallas has the service so spotty. I don't get cell service from areas in and around my house. The internet in is really fast, so that's a win, and the prices are fine.

We switched to AT&t once fiber came to our neighborhood and it has been amazing. It is much less expensive than the best internet we could buy through spectrum. The connection is much more consistent and a lot faster.

We currently have AT&T Internet as our provider. What seemed great at first slowly changed. Our Internet started crawling, very slow. I could not figure out the problem. Finally after searching online reviews I found that many providers, Including AT&T are throttling their services. They do this to limit your bandwidth. I paid for their top of the line, their best service and it’s so slow. Paying for unlimited is really false advertising. Your service is not unlimited at all. I’m checking into class action lawsuits against ISP’s and there are many. Before you use AT&T, really check their contract. Ask about throttling. Know what you are paying for and what you are not receiving. Many times I connect my laptop to my phone’s hot spot, it’s much faster than AT&T’s high fiber package.

It was exspensive the cell didn't come in every where. Our internet wasn't super fast. The TV wasn't to bad but it went down alot. Now this wasn't yesterday this was some years back & we switched. If you had any problems you had to try & fix it yourself on screen,then as a last resort get on the computer & some one would go through what you just did & then when they see that it can't be fixed they would schedule a technician visit.

My service is not the best, there are always outages that have the TV buffering, dropping shows, some I don't even bother to watch because my internet is constantly disconnected. There have been some days whereas, just watch local. ATT is not the best, any time the ATT guy says he has Xfinity, that tells me a lot. At one given time, over the weekend I had to re set my internet so many times i just quit. Switching over to something else. Tired of this set up.

I was having trouble with my internet going in and out, so I called AT@T with the problem, and boy, they were on it, they had a box to me in no time, a serviced person on the phone with me walking me through set up, they were just on it. I am very pleased with my service.

A five star rating for service. I had fiberoptic internet and that's all I had. When they started charging over $100.00 just for internet cancelled the service. Connection speed was amazing.

Not the best nor the worst, but they charge a bit much for only 18 mbps. Knowing I was paying the same for 60 mbps with another company in my previous city, they should charge about half what they do. Since internet it my area is limited, I was basically forced to get theirs. Now that I finally was able to find faster interest for less, I have left them in the dust. Doubt I'll ever go back to AT&T.

We love the internet service, it’s cost is bundled with our direct tv account, so it is very reasonably priced. We live out in the country, so it does go out with bad weather, but is usually back up pretty quick. We have unlimited data and that is a big bonus

We have AT&T now while living in Texas but since we live in suburban area service is spotty. Sometimes it freezes or drops. If the signal were better it would be perfect. Maybe living right in down town San Antonio it would have better reception but in hills it spotty.

We are satisfied with AT&T as our internet provider. We have used them for years without any problems. In the beginning we did have a time or two when we had no service, but that has not been the case in the past years! We bundle our AT&T services which is nice when it comes to paying the bills.

AT&T Internet has good quality service. I live in a deserted area so we get a lot of sand storms and I never lose service. My only issue is AT&T can get very expensive. You might be okay in a locked contract aka deal but once that contract is over, you might as well hand AT&T your bank account.

I had AT&T DSL for years prior to the pandemic. I also have landline phone service through AT&T. The two services were together. Until, AT&T split them up. Which, was an inconvenience. When, we began working from home; I needed fast internet service for work. AT&T had no way to provide even the minimum speeds needed in the city I live in. That was an added hassle. As, I had to find a company that could.

I had AT&T Uverse internet at two different times. I switched from them to another, then switched back when the other vendor increased their pricing. AT&T wins awards for their customer service. Unfortunately, it's awards for the worst customer service. Plan on spending several hours whenever you call them. The local installers were competent, but they experienced difficulties getting their equipment to work both times I had it installed. The first time took over a week from the time they first showed until I actually got internet. The problem, according to them, was fiber issues "upline". They provided me with an email account that never worked. I admit, after calling tech support and spending several hours on the phone, I gave up. So, why did I use them? They were cheap. I would not use them again.

I like the fiber speed it cannot be beat, however I'm not a fan of how they installed it to the house. Speed great installation cost them a star. Just make sure you are there for the installation. The installer bullied my son into where it needed to be installed which was bull.

I tried to use AT&T several years ago and found their transition process from one company to theirs, to be very cumbersome and awkward. I went over 1-2 weeks with having phone porting issues and getting the internet to work. I ultimately dropped my pursuit to have AT&T as my internet provider and begged the current Internet Provider to keep me. I also did not like the sales pitch from the guy that initially got me interested in switching to AT&T because the information he provided was not the same as the phone support ... either the salesman or the support personnel did not fully understand their products and I felt very misled. I never made it to the point of using this product because of all the issues, so I do not know of anything I would like about their product.

For the most part, the service has been good. There have been times when the service has dropped even though the weather was good. My biggest disappointment with this company is its lack of expediency. although they continually advertise about "fiber internet", my neighborhood has not been updated. The current speed offered, is hardly capable of meeting my needs both as a user for entertainment and a user for business needs.

Good wired internet - best upload speed, never met this fast upload speed before. Also very good support service. But worst Wi-Fi connection! Just worst! I bought two extenders for my house but it's not about extending a signal, it's about the wifi quality. If you don't care about the Wi-Fi, get this internet 100%, if you care about the Wi-Fi, never consider it.

Just when we are both on our computers, if one is watching any type of video, the other has issues loading stuff.. eehh.. would call to complain, but it's a royal pain in the butt to talk to someone who's English is their 3rd or 4th language. Just not worth the extra stress most times

I cant give ATT and 5 star rating because honestly their service for the area where we live is inadequate. I understand living in a rural area presents a few challenges but with the thousands and thousands of customers needing internet service I would think ATT would get with the program and at least upgrade so that people would be able to get at least semi-working internet some of the time.
