I don't care for this internet provider. The problem is they have gobbled up so many of the other companies and took over. Rhere customer service is garbage . I have been transferred up to 11 times in a period of 2 hours because they connect you to the wrong dept.. Plus the language barrier is nuts!!

shows recording start at time schedule, not at time show actually starts. Program will stop I get message:DVR has lost connection with TV, please check connections. I have WiFI ! Ridiculas! finally replaced DVR unit, FED UP, am switching to Google Fiber- $100+ less monthly.

They're fine. I live in a small town, out in a "rural neighbourhood" so it's slim pickings. Spectrum is usually not available and Hughes Net sucks.

Used to use this service until I finally got so frustrated with it that I had to switch. I was constantly told that I was getting the speed for which I was paying for which was absolutely false. With one device linked in and it being connected via Ethernet, I should be getting pretty close to the promised speed but wasn't anywhere close. They only would offer to upgrade my package to upgrade my speed instead of just getting me what I was paying for.

We have used AT&T for our home phone and internet for about 20 years, mainly because they have been the only available company until recently. I have to call once or twice a year because they continually want to increase rates. There is no consideration given to longevity and loyalty. "Old" customers do not qualify for the specials and deals that are available to new customers. The internet has not been very satisfying. I suppose if I upgraded and paid even more, it would be better, but really? Now that more providers are coming to the area, I am seriously considering switching.

Over charged for minimal service. Ended up costing at least 50 to 60% more than competitors. Customer service was a joke! When trying to rectify my contract and charges they kept trying to sell me more than let me reduce services! On the positive- Some how got the phone number for one of the companies top executives to express my concerns. His secretary put me right through to him and we had at least a 30 minute conversation about what was going on with my account. He genuinely was concerned about my situation and followed through with a phone call to me a few days after our initial conversation. He went step by step over my bill and explained each charge and even applied a one time small reimbursement for a billing mistake. He was better at delivering customer service than the customer service department! I appreciated his assistance and how he handled the situation.

Read the small print on all their promotions! Internet is just ok with fiber , I don’t see any difference than 4g. At $75 a month is just RIDIC , they never find you new promotions after yours is up. Their statements are 12 pages long .

i recently paid for high speed internet when fiber was introduced in our neighborhood. there was no change in the speed of my internet service. and just try to get something resolved on the phone-it's extremely aggravating, hold times, transfers to a different representative and after hours of being on the phone the issue isn't fixed and you have to call again!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HIGH PRICES.

The efficiency of the product has never materialized I've had very difficult times getting my internet up and running and keeping it running to the point where I had to actually discontinue the service and I just never found anybody they never came out to find out why it didn't work probably for me and my family so I just was not very happy with them

I seemed to lose signal a lot. If there was a big storm or it was really windy I would either lose service or have bad reception. The customer service wasn't much help because problem was due to weather and not something they can control one lady told me.

Told me I needed a booster, then I had too many devices online, then my neighborhood has too many people on line. Again they did not care that I have super slow service while paying for premium.

In trying to minimize cost I chose AT&T DSL which is available in my area. Had service installed and immediately had issues with speed. When a speed test was run I was only receiving a fraction of what I had paid for. The answer I received from AT&T was that "you are at the end of the line and that is all the speed available at this time." Customer support is pretty dismal as well. Took six months to get a billing issue resolved.

Very bad reliability at our business and home. Our office depends on connection and we had to call the service dept almost every week to get us back up and running. After 4 months, they discovered a bad line and repaired it. The same with the home. The line in the ground was bad and we kept losing service. Not until they dug up the cable and replaced it, did we get service but it was only enough for 2.8 speed. Very very slow!

When I first signed up I was able to take advantage of the discount for agreeing to a two-year contract. After the first year the promotional period ended. I didn’t receive anything from the company informing me that the rate would increase the very next month which I would’ve appreciated a reminder.

I had many issues with AT&T. Automated customer service was aweful. Sometimes you want to talk to a person but you have to weave through so many voice prompts. Service is average, I never got fiber optic that was promised for years. Eventually I moved on.

Seems it lags a lot. I used to love AT&T internet but now it seems it just keeps getting worse. Used to have great service and speed but now customer service is lacking majorly and speed is no longer that great. Would I recommend them? Absolutely not!
