This company does not stick to their appointments (they have rescheduled me 5 times), and give excuses for not being there. They got my account wrong twice, then tried to tell me they showed up, and texted me when they got here, but I received no text from them at all

i had them for internet when i lived in seattle and they were terrible i didn't even get the speed i was suppose to get and anything faster they didn't know if or when it would be availible in my area.. they were not very knowledgeable

CenturyLink os okay for internet services. I pay price for life for 100 mbps, but have never gotten 100. It's usually around 94, if that.

The customer service is not helpfull... They say that they want to help get ur service fixed ... Never happens then they wanted to charger me 100 dollars for some guy to hook up a cord... Was told need a new router never received it I loved the set price just not a very good company

Centurylink was cheap, but we didn't get the speeds we were paying for. The customer service was also terrible. Most of the technicians had a lower knowledge about internet than I did. Would not recommend.

what started out as a good thing ended up in collections. when i discontinued the service no one sent me any paperwork saying owed, that was until a collection company called wanting their money. I am currently fighting it since I was unaware of any bill and century links lack of communication

I hate Century link however they were the only option in my previous house. The installer drilled a hole through the hardwood floor about 3 inches from the wall. Why he didn't snake it I'll never know.

I had century link and always had issues with my service. When I called in several time to get help everyone didn’t know what they were doing. When I moved they messed up my account and it was such a pain to get fixed. I will never got back to them again

CenturyLink wouldn’t offer us fiber, wouldn’t extend it to us when our neighbors across the street had it. It ended there and they weren’t willing to take it any further.

I had CenturyLink but had to leave them because of poor service. I was constantly having to reboot my modem and was constantly having to work at a local restaurant/coffee house to get internet service for my work. I will not use CenturyLink again!

When I cancelled services due to poor service and better pricing through a competitor, the process was very frustrating. I was transferred to different departments multiple times and it took a few weeks to resolve and finally cancel the plan.

I was promised that I would receive speeds of 15Mbps at my home. Before finalizing the set up of my internet service, I double checked what speeds Century Link actually got at my location and it was 2Mbps. I was lied to, so I went with Comcast Xfinity and have had no issues.

Originally asked to be on the flat rate price, but they didn't put it on for a long time and charged us a lot more for months without fixing it. Also, we almost never get the amount of mbps they say and it's super spotty.

I have centurylink and I will be changing provider very soon. I pay $71 monthly and its very slow. We have to reset it most of the time or it will roam and roam. Other family members have xfinity and they pay about $30 and when I go to their house their wifi has no problem... I dont have xfinity in my area so I am pretty sad.
