Not seeing much of a change. Take excellent care of my teeth, aligners, only drink water with them in, brush both teeth and aligners after and teeth are still turning yellow.

It's just the constant changing of the retainer. You don't really have any days we're you can enjoy your food because your teeth are always sore. As well I don't think they are moving the one tooth that we wanted to move.
