Giving 15 trays is not effective. I think requesting quarterly impressions would provide a better result. The cookie cutter approach is not effective.

Hi Eugene, when a treatment is longer than 15 weeks, we send only the first 15 sets of aligners at a time to ensure everything is progressing as projected before sending out the rest. Our Customer Care team sends out check-in emails (which may get stuck in a spam or junk folder) every 2 weeks, and if there are any concerns that a customer's smile is not moving as planned, our team will discuss adjustments and provide the best next steps.
