Very helpful. Continued service when i needed mew aligners. After almost finishing my aligners and seeing that my teeth were no longer adjusting to my last sets, I contacted the Byte team and got new impressions and a new set of aligners to help me complete my treatment within a month.

Not done yet, but very good so far. Follow up and support very good. Instructions and kit they send at the beginning was very thorough and easy to understand. Making the molds was simple. Much cheaper if you don't finance. Also worth noting that the "night time" version means 10-hours a night, which is more than I sleep.

I received friendly service from Byte thus far I am a little disappointed because my initial treatment plan was 17 weeks and at the end of the initial treatment my teeth were not as straight as expected. I then was sent a second set of aligners for a treatment plan that is 13 weeks. The good news is that there was no charge for the second set of aligners the bad news is that the second set of aligners required training and we’re not scalloped like the initial set
