They are awful. The product is terrible and the customer service is refusing to contact me in a timely manner to resolve my issue. They refuse to cancel my plan with them too and that is incorrect. I was told I could cancel my plan by one of their employees and now they're ignoring me.

The 'braces' chipped my tooth and when asked to stop treatment they refused and asked for a dentist note. Funny that you do not need a dentist note to start treatment but they ask for one to stop treatment. Save your money for a real orthodontist.

The product is poor quality and the aligners do not fit as I moved on to a new week. My treatment should have been done 1 month from now but instead I have to start my treatment plan all over and I‚Äôm still waiting for a new impression kit and it‚Äôs going on a month and the company hasn‚Äôt even sent it yet.
