Byte represents itself as a company that will take care of its customers throughout the teeth-straightening process. This is totally untrue. Once I got my first set of aligners I was completely on my own. The fine print of their customer service Contact Page said it "could" take "up to" 6 days to hear back from a representative...and that's exactly how long it took every single time I sent a message to them. I would send an email, 6 days later I would get a clearly generic response from someone who didn't even read my message fully. Want to try calling? They'll tell you that you need to message them so you can send pictures of your issue. Which is fine, I would understand if pictures are necessary, but they will straight up ignore them anyway. Literal weeks and weeks would pass just to have a single conversation and they could not care less how problematic this can be for a customer who has a time-sensitive issue. They will try to avoid sending you replacement aligners at all costs, even if the ones you received are not measured correctly, so they'll just tell you to backtrack in your treatment to avoid fixing the issue. I would not recommend Byte to anyone. It's to the point that I'm still in the process of trying to get a helpful response from someone MONTHS after my treatment was supposed to be over. Please use a different aligner service, any of them have to be better than Byte.

Something I thought would be ten weeks has turned into eight+ months. It’s nearly impossible to get actual feedback; there are no actual dentists in sight. I’m once again (now on my “revision treatment”) almost “done” with my treatment with no change in my dentition whatsoever noticeable. It’s been absolutely awful having to spend ten hours+ a day wearing these bulky aligners and having to use this hyperbite for 30 minutes (since I was told it was “only an ideal situation in which you only use it for 10 mins a night” and in only “best case scenario” that I would actually finish my treatment in the intended time).

I was suggested to use the night byte and was told it would only take about 4 months and my teeth would be straight. It’s been a year now and I have followed their instructions to the dot. However there is still no change. I have had to get a new set because the retainers they projected didn’t fit. However the customer is amazing just not the best product :(. My Brother in law got Invisalign and his teeth were much worse than mine and are almost completely straight after 6 months

The product itself is nice but the customer service is lacking. I've sent countless messages that were ignored or deleted. They were timely about sending out impression kits and setting up payments but they did not check on my progress. I've been wearing the same aligners for nearly two months because of their failure to acknowledge emails and photos. They claim photos are not loaded which I've done multiple times. I ask for a manager to get back to me and that has yet to happen. They offered me Bright Byte foam in exchange for my complaints.

I've had mixed results with Byte. My top teeth did straighten, but my bottoms have not. Instead of a few months, it is going on a year and a half now, and I've done 4 different impressions so far. It's still cheaper than braces, even if the bottoms aren't moving.
