I am on week 9 of my aligners and they have not fitted correctly on my top teeth since week 1. I have made numerous contacts to byte explaining my dissatisfaction. The whole process from day one has been a headache. I can’t urge anyone enough to to just do it the correct way and go to your dentist and get properly fitted as proper treatment . Currently waiting out the 7 business days for a response now that they have decided to send my treatment plan back to the orthodontist.

Seeing results on tray 4. The initial specials weren’t honored, which was disappointing. Also the whitening wash only lasts about 2 trays before having to order more.
