I started my experience a little over 3 months ago and even though I've been religious with my role, my teeth has remained relatively the same. It's just now that I'm feeling movement for my teeth and I'm almost out of packages. They've notified me to order the retainer and I'm saying my teeth hasn't moved!

The set up is easy. Everything works fine until I got to the end of my 3 month treatment. Took before and after pics and my teeth didn't move. Waiting for another set of retainers. Taking much longer than expected and not sure if it will work this time. They emailed and said this is normal but to me, this seems far from what I expected. Now I am waiting for about a month with my temporary retainer waiting for my new set so I can finish the process.

Whenever additional aligners are requested, there is a process of checking in with our clinical team for your next steps, and a short wait time before the aligners will arrive to you, to ensure we are matching up your new treatment to your previous start. We also want to make sure they arrive to you in perfect condition, and ready to wear! They'll arrive to you before you know it. Let us know if you have waited longer than the 4-6 weeks we state, and we'll make sure to address this further.

I was beyond excited to try Byte! The representatives were always prompt and professional! I only wish I had received the results I was hoping for in the recommend time frame for treatment which was 12 weeks. I am happy that Byte is at least willing to make things right though.

Don’t like them for a number of reasons. Really did not treat me like a paying customer but like a money sign. Harassing me when emails and calls and pushing for me to sign up. Just for me to find out they max out the credit card I had applied to and refused to give me military or student discount after purchasing 2500 dollars worth. Nor did they offer anything in compensation!
